I experienced significant delays getting a project done, staff said it would be ready in an hour, I arrived back at that time, and they hadnt started it and proceeded to make me wait another hour. If you are okay with the staff wasting your time, then go here, because the prints turn out exceptionally well.

Worked on putting together a 550 piece mailing to go out first week of December. Unfortunately, there were some delays getting documents prepared and approved so we were suddenly bumping up against Thanksgiving. I decided to give Copyworks a call since they are local to see if they could help.Worked with Gijs on the project. He was quick to respond. Didnt over-promise. Kept me informed of what they could and couldnt do and the timeframe. VERY PROFESSIONAL.As it turned out they were able to do the WHOLE job, not just 1 or 2 pieces. Due to the size I also received some price breaks on the color copies. Had I had more time, I would have paid to have them collate too, but that just was not a reasonable expectation based on the circumstances.Copyworks will be my first call for jobs like this. They/Gijs earned the 5 STAR review and my future business.

I had a document that was almost illegible, copyworks and my doctor at St Lukes hospital squared it away I have nothing but praise for everyone at copyworks. The staff was informative, courteous, and respectful. I have nothing ill or bad to say about copyworks. They are the greatest!

We needed passport photos to renew our Passports, for an eventual trip to Guam.

This company is replete with professional, courteous, and intelligent folks. Time and time again, whenever a project of great import is due, the staff at Copyworks never EVER fails to meet my standards (believe me, they are very high.) Moreover, the value is more than premium; it is exponentially higher than anything I could have asked for from a full service company. Please never hesitate to dive into Copyworks to achieve your business needs at a great cost.

Stopped for a quick printout. This place is well maintained and good ambiance... You can use the system for 20 cents per minute. They let me use the system to take the print out for free. One A4 print perside is 12 cents I guess. The store representative were nice and friendly.

I opened my tire shop, Arcadia Tire Co. in Cedar Rapids, Iowa USA a year and a half ago, and have been dealing with this incredible, fantastic, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, artistic, accommodating local company since before we ever opened... I also perform with 2 bands in Iowa, and cannot express the economic value, and welcome easiness the staff continually lives up to.. even now, they repeatedly continue to surprise me, and everything they need to outsource is also beyond the best quality, nevermind what these guys do in-house! Ive gotten GREAT DEALS and incredibly satisfactory service, every time, on everything from: stickers, note pads, coroplast signs, posters, banners, show tickets, ad design, flyers, keychains, calendar magnets, etc, etc! You will NOT find a better place for these kinds of personal, professional, promo, or everyday items, and more.. SO GLAD I chose them.. they remind me more all the time. . Rude people, they ignore you. No front marker on building. Went past the place and to a UPS place. This ate up a few minutes and the people would not even answer a single question.

Their self-serve copiers have a new payment system, requiring a credit card or a code from an employee. Either way, you only have a few seconds between each item you copy, or the system times out. Not worth the hassle to me, having to unlock the copier 3 times to make 4 copies was annoying.

Worst customer service I have ever had at a copy works. I wanted to print 6 pieces of paper on a Saturday morning. First problem: I went to print a google doc from their computer, the printer listed on the sign did not exist. I went to the front to ask for help, employee continued to organize UPS deliveries, rather than acknowledging a customer. Second problem: When I finally did get things printed, I needed lamination. The employee took my things over to the machine and then answered a phone call. He continued with this phone call rather than put them on hold to start my lamination. The phone call lasted 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the line is forming and he is doing nothing towards finishing products for in-store customers. Final problem: They refused to apply my teacher discount and I ended up paying nearly DOUBLE what I have in Cedar Falls for the same product.

The staff at Cedar Rapids Copyworks is always kind and helpful! I use their services frequently for personal and business use. Their pricing is fair and their services are convenient for me.

I have used this location a number of times and the location in Ames years ago. I am impressed that the experience between the two stores have been the same. I have had a few print jobs where the papers were too light and they were redone along with one time were a mistake was found a week later and it was corrected in a spiral binding which appears to be a pain. Been very happy with the service and will use again.

Where do I even begin with how awful of a company this is! I should have known after going to Copyworks for the first time and everything was disorganized and nobody even knowing what I was talking about I should have diverted my business elsewhere. Instead silly me, I sat down with an employee and picked out everything I wanted and provided her with questions and she didn’t know 3/4ths of the answers and informed me she would get back to me. I said that was not an issue and the following day she called me although forgot to get ½ the questions I asked answered. Then I hadn’t heard from her for about a week so I went in to check on the status of where we were on getting the questions answered, she avoided me at all costs and another employee was starting to help me. I informed that said employee that I had previously stopped in and was still waiting on answers from about a week ago. So, the employee who was avoiding me actually couldn’t avoid me much longer. She then told me she didn’t get those answers as she forgot (I repeat FORGOT) about them. (How do you forget about a customer?) Shortly, after the visit I received the response to my questions and went through with the printing process. I requested a proof as this company doesn’t seem to have everything all together and was informed it would take about 3-5 business days to come in. I waited until end of business on the 5th day to follow up on it. I went in and was informed there was a miscommunication they only sent us a digital proof. Please note; I submitted them a digital proof, they provided me no further evidence that they were capable of producing what I requested. I asked to speak with a manager- she was absolutely unpleasant to work with. She tried to push everything off as if it was my fault and her faulty employee could only do so much for us. I waited and received the proof a couple days later which were off centered terribly. I requested them to have that adjusted and they informed me it indeed was! I went forward with it and said send to print, I then received 150 copies of the off centered piece of work that I requested to get fixed. Copyworks, did one good thing and caught it and requested it to be reprinted although, with the reprint it was off centered again and that was the best they could do. I asked to be refunded and this exact employee told me “I’ll talk with management on Monday and get back to you right away with the answer.” Monday, came and went so on Tuesday I reached out and asked when my refund would be sent through as that was a legitimate request. The employee told me the only way to accurately refund me is by receiving the misprint back. After, she informed me that there was nothing she could do. I needed these prints handed out prior to the Monday so there was no way to deliver these awfully misprinted items back. So, my best advice to anyone looking for a printing company -DON’T GO HERE!!

They where quick on getting my order ready but they made a mistake which cost me almost $100 more than what I was quote . All they said was sorry they hired new people
