Most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with!! Scott came to our house 6 months ago to give us a quote on replacing windows on our 3 seasons porch after the derecho. He also took our broken window frame because they would need it to replace the window. They would not answer calls, messages or emails. Finally after 5 months the receptionist said they would need to pass on the job but they have still not returned our frame that we NEED to get our broken window fixed!! They screwed us over big time! Stay far away from this place!!

Worst Customer service ever!!The Gentlemans wife is very rude and not a nice person to work with she doesnt understand how to treat costumers. I did end up taking my business else where because of her rudeness and how she treats her costumers. I will not be recommending to others.
I was here to take a quick look at something that was being installed by a contractor so I cant give an in-depth opinion, but the person who helped us out was friendly, the selection seemed well stocked, and I would go here again.
Needed help replacing a broken piece on my glass shower. Extremely helpful over the phone, and made me a replacement in 5 minutes when I brought the broken piece to their shop.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!First of all Scott was a very nice and personal salesman and I could tell he had experience in what he was selling.My wife and I purchased a door for our new steam shower in early December 2016, we were told by Scott that the custom door would take 2-3 weeks so we ordered it. After 5 weeks with no word I called Scott and he acted like it just came in, We scheduled the installation and they didnt show, I called and he gave me some excuse but whatever because we needed a shower door so we scheduled it again, they showed up and installed the door late January 2017.A few days later I realized that the top seal was never installed and created a quarter inch gap which lets the steam escape so I called the office and talked to Scotts wife Kathy with my concerns, she told me that Scott needed to deal with this and she would leave him a message.I never heard from him.I called and left 2 more messages over the following 2 months and still no call back.In April I received a email from Kathy with the remaining bill attached, again I responded that I am happy to pay the bill after they completed the job, Still no response.I decided in October that I would give them one more opportunity and emailed Scott, He called me the next day and told me that he never got the messages. Whatever the excuse he gave me didnt really matter to me because I just wanted the job completed. He told me the day and time that they would be here to finish the job so I stayed home from work to meet the installer at 9 am sharp.Guess what? he never showed, I called Scott 35 min after and left a message then I went to work(2 1/2 hours late). He didnt call me back until 5:35 pm and acted like it was no big deal and wanted to come the next day. I was so frustrated that I told him he deserve a chance to fix it and that I would hire another company to finish the job.My plan was to pay the other company and deduct their cost from the bill and pay off Glass Concepts but Scotts first response was to yell at me and say Ill see you in court and them hung up.This company has no leadership, They obviously dont communicate with each other and they have no respect for legitimate customer concerns.Ive been in business myself for 36 years and know what it takes to be successful, obviously they dont.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
