I had about the worst experience possible with the service department. I found them to be very slow, unorganized, and have very poor communication. When I tried to hold them accountable for a mistake that was made, they would not own up to it and instead tried to bully me and basically said it was my fault for rushing them. I feel that they simply do not care about the little guys. Perhaps if I didnt live out of state or a had million dollar company, my experience would have been better...

I have dealt with this dealer on ag tractors for 15 years. It has always been a struggle. Service has been slow and often cannot diagnosis the problem. Every trip fee, computer connection, spritz of brake cleaner is billed in addition to labor rate including travel time to your farm. The final straw was an issue with my 755c this fall they continually failed to misdiagnosis. We have spent over $10,000 and months on repairs and still struggle to run a solid day. Billing is an absolute disaster with numerous errors. Watch your bill closely, there were items on there that were not even related to my account. Parts are outrageously high priced but thats probably true with any dealer. What really gets me is their parts drop fee to drop parts in their drop box that is already on their route. Most other dealers will deliver to my door for no extra cost. If you ever do try to get things straightened out be prepared to be on hold for hours. Im done with altorfer cat. Hopefully zeigler will be better to deal with.

Extremely helpful! I had a starter fail that I replaced in November. Called the parts department, they sent a replacement the next day. I was fixed up and back in business with very little down time. GOOD WORK!!

This place is great had antifreeze leak on my truck got me rt in and fixed answered all my questions was very nice.. cheaper than peterbilt by $15per hr and peterbilt wanted to wait til tonight to fix me and wouldve had to come here to get the part anyway
