I had 2 orders of Windows from here totalling over $10,000 and I get one window that is labelled right bit 3 narrower than it is supposed to be. I call them and take the window back to get it straightened out. Then I wait 3 weeks and call to find out status of order and then am told it isnt ordered and they will not eat the window. They sent a guy out to my house without my permission and measure all my Windows and tell me I am wrong. Not impressed by this at all. My next window order and any other building material order will go to another business. I lost 3 weeks of time waiting for that window to come in. Not even a phone call from them. I guess they just thought it would go away.

Been there several times for various materials. Always friendly and helpful. Will visit again.
