Its was a very nice, clean and small music store. The staff was very kind and the prices very reasonable. I bought a ukulele from them and am loving it!

I think it is a great place to purchase anything for kids school music new or used. Great pricing. Stopped in today for reeds and treated amazing as always. Check out before west. West music much have shiny rooms and such but pricing is better here!

Service has changed for the worse. I have bought two, brand new instruments from here. Recently called to discuss problems my daughter was having with her clarinet and was treated like it was my first time in the store. I was advised to buy a new one while the clarinet was sent for repairs.Went to West Music instead and was treated much better. They fixed my daughters clarinet and even provided a free loaner.

Our family has been going to Griggs for our instruments needs for years. Theyre always polite, always willing to help out and answer any questions you have.

Super helpful and personable staff. Had almost everything I needed and happily ordered what they didnt. I was on crutches at the time and I was walked to my car with my purchases!

Excellent service, and knowledgeable advice Manager will not oversell what you do not need, but really understands accurate instrument applications for students.
