Took an RSX for an inspection, was told what needs to be done down to the smallest of details. Overall very satisfied

I won’t go anywhere else! Dan is very nice and I trust him. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with other shops so I was weary at first. I had some major issues and he explained everything very well to me. Now my vehicle is back on the road with no issues. He answered all my questions and even took care of some minor things I really wanted done quickly. They gained my trust and that’s a hard thing to do. 10/10

The mechanics are very knowledgeable and their prices are reasonable. And once you’ve been a couple of times they get to know you and your car. That’s particularly important when you have an older vehicle which may need more attention. However, unlike national chains, they never offer coupons or discounts. Saving something on repairs would be helpful when it takes 4 extra days for a part to come in for your car. Or waiving the $80 fee to inspect your car when you’re having them do the work would be nice.

This place was recommended to me by a co-worker who has had a few Hondas. I own an Acura MDX and they are the only place i trust to work on it. Reasonable prices and quality work. Clean, friendly, honest and professional. I wish every business was run like Car-Isma.

If you own a honda, and are not taking your car here, you need a reality check.These guys have been extremely helpful, and the work that gets done is A+++. Very knowledgeable, and very accommodating.I mentioned that I was feeling under the weather, and didnt want to get anyone sick. Not only were they great about contactless drop off and pickup, but as I was not feeling well, I asked them to have the car running for me when I picked up. Guy on the phone joked around a bit, but when I got there, my car was warm, and running.As long as I own a honda, I will not go anywhere else, and neither should you.Thanks for everything, Ill see you again soon.

Been taking my cars here for years. Ive owned three Hondas and have found Car-Isma to be just as, if not more, knowledgeable than a Honda dealer. They are honest, affordable, and use Honda quality parts. I just wish they had a shop in the southern suburbs of Milwaukee, but I gladly make the drive to Cedarburg for great service.

I just happened to stop by on my way home to ask a question about whether the oil level in my van was safe for traveling this weekend, and he said it needed to be changed. It was 3:00pm on a Friday, and he said he would take care of it right away. He also noticed my battery was weak (which I had also begun to notice) and replaced it, making our car safe for travel within 40 minutes. I am so thankful to have such a great place to service my Honda so close to home. Every time I go there, I am treated with respect and kindness, and they are always good about answering my questions and explaining things in a way I can understand.

My first Honda. Bought it used and I did not trust where I bought it from. I wanted to take it some place that I could trust. They checked it over and told me what I was going to need. Fortunately just maintenance. Great experience.

Best Honda repair and maintenance shop in southeastern Wisconsin. If its out of the way for you, take the day off and enjoy Cedarburg while you wait for your car to be finished. We throw the bikes on the car when we need some work done on the car, and off we go.

They specialize in Honda and have been going there for years. I feel they are fair and honest with their customers. They do quality work.

The service here is very good. They know Hondas inside out and offer excellent advice and service at all times. I will probably continue buying Hondas because of the service offered at Car-Isma. It is refreshing to find this place after having the misfortune of taking my car into the dealership in Glendale. There service there was appalling, despite having spent $28,000 on a brand new car. Thank goodness I found Car-Isma, Honda should close its service division in Glendale and send all cars here to ensure customers receive the service they are entitled too!

Trust very important with auto maintenance. Who gives you an honest assessment, knows what they are doing and charges a fair price?This is why we use Carisma. Father and son, along with seasoned employees. And this is why we have two Hondas in our extended family as we know we can use Carisma.Interestingly we discivered Carisma when selling a Honda...the buyer insisted on Carisma for an inspection.

I had my 2000 Honda Civic Si front alignment serviced. The staff were very nice and professional. The only problem is when I drove home the front left tire felt a bit off. I checked the lug nuts and a few of them were not fastened. If I had driven longer the tire would have came off. I dont trust this place.

They never try to pressure me into getting something fixed I didnt expect to. They tell me what else is wrong in passing and charge a fair price for the work I asked for. That is why I always end up going back to them when I can afford to fix what was suggested!

I am not one to leave reviews normally, but today Im compelled by the rudeness and utter lack of respect shown towards me and my wife. We were recommended Car-isma because they specialize in Honda/Acura. To date, we have only had small items done here, oil changes, tires mounted and balanced etc. Nothing really to report either way on the service. Today my wife came in for an oil change and it had snowed a fair amount over night and continued into the morning. When she pulled into the the lot, it was not plowed and she was unable to see that a large boulder sat just off to one side and hit it with her drivers side front tire, blowing it out. This boulder is not marked (nor is any of the lot to be honest). After talking to my wife, we weighed our provided options - put the spare on and head home or wait for them to order a new tire - which we would pay for at full price, no discount even on mounting and balancing or anything was offered. When I arrived to the shop, I spoke with Ken. I asked about the boulder, why it wasnt marked and why their lot isnt plowed. He tried to tell me that it had been plowed once, but based on what I saw (photos taken) there was no indication of plowing being done. But thats where the conversation turned. He asked why I was being a D*ck and proceeded to imply my wife (in her honda odyssey with our 2 year old in the back) was driving too fast and slid into the rock... something he tried to back pedal on by saying the Continental tires (4 month old, ironically mounted and balanced by Car-isma) were junk - not the word he used and while these are all season tires, they get terrific reviews on Tire-Rack which was probably why she slid to begin with. It was clear that he had no concern for me as a customer land lacked even the most basic customer service skills resorting to name calling and condescending behavior.Needless to say, we wont be back here, nor will we recommend friends and colleagues to come here. I had already started taking our vehicle to the Intl Honda in Sheboygan anyway.. sure its a bit further to drive, but they have superior customer service.

This is the only mechanic I truly trust with my car. My family have owned several Hondas and Acuras over the years and these guys have maintained them all. They kept our old 89 Accord running until last year, and even then it ran perfectly fine the day we sold it. They had even done some work on it for us they didnt charge for.Now Ive moved out on my own and have an 07 Accord that had some major issues when I purchased it (never buy from EvS). They fixed it up for an extremely reasonable price. They even fixed the license plate bolts which had stripped for no additional cost when I took it in for some regular maintenance. I called after I realized I had forgotten to ask and they had already done it.Forewarning, they only work on Honda and Acura (who is manufactured by Honda) but if you have one of those brands I cannot recommend them enough.
