Pharmacy-always a problem with insurance. Repeatedly ask for information Promise meds one day, then next, then next, then out of stock. Talk to 4 different people, 4 different answers. One or two hard workers, the rest act if they are doing you a favor. Total chaos. Worst Walgreens I have ever used. Manager in a few days a week, store manager the same.
A sloth could help me better if he was employed at this pharmacy. I highly recommend using the Grafton location instead.
The store was clean, I had 3 separate staff check on me to see if I needed help. And one even came back after I said no and made sure I was finding what I needed. Great people here. Cashier was kind, and accommodating. Good prices.
Excellent staff. Rx always ready. If waiting for Rx no longer than 30 minutes if extremely busy. They are always busy. Great customer service!
Nice people but super slow Rx. 45 minutes to pick up a Rx.
David, at the Cedarburg store in Wisconsin was so kind and helpful. He is a treasured employee and very intelligent with his knowledge of Walgreens policies. Thanks, David.
That Maddie girl needs to be fired, completely incompetent and rude
Was not able to pick up my prescription this evening through the drive-through. When I pulled up to the drive through after waiting for the car in front of me the pharmacist rudely said “we are closed” and goes on to explain that they closed at 8 o’clock. She then asked for my name and looked up my prescription. While looking up the prescription, she asked me if there was a car behind me and I indicated yes while she rolled her eyes. She told me it looks like our insurance is not going to cover it or she didn’t have our updated insurance information. As I was ready to hand her my insurance card she indicated she could not do it tonight and I would have to come back tomorrow. I asked if she could send the prescription somewhere elese and she said I could go to West Bend or Mequon where they could look me up. As I was driving away I picked up my home to call the store to speak to a manager; my phone was still indicating it was 8:00. After speaking to the manager he indicated I should call back tomorrow for the store manager. Overall, poor customer service all around and it is not the first time the pharmacy has let us down.
Filthy store inside and out. The vestibule rugs are caked in layers of old and new crusted dirt and salt. The vinyl tile flooring as well as ceiling tiles are discolored and present an unclean/unsanitary feel. There winter snow and ice contract must have a stipulation that reads put down two to three times the salt necessary to make it extra, extra safe. This shortsighted, reckless, and stupid salting approach makes no sense. Over-salting does not equal extra safe for the walking public. As a person that enjoys and requires clean fresh water to drink, (not salt contaminated ground and surface water) I am disgusted and offended by Walgreens and there total lack of concern for my or anyone elses health. Shameful, absolutely shameful.
Everyone was very nice and but one employee name Tyler was extremely helpul
Works in a pinch. Pricey.
