I love this little place. We visit every anniversary weekend when we travel to Cedarburg from Madison. Before the pandemic, the interior was a cozy little spot to enjoy some of the best coffee and chai in town. Those delicious brews are still available via window service. Great people with a progressive vibe. Love sipping their brews as we stroll the town.

Great coffee house! How does this coffee shop take the same ingredients as other coffee shops and make a better tasting product? I had a matcha green tea latte with skim milk and sweetened with sugar free vanilla syrup and couldnt believe I was making sacrifices to be calorically responsible - it was delicious! Friendly, fast service too.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Great drinks and vegan muffins, as well as others! Outside seating with wifi. Great place to spend a warm afternoon watching the world go by!

I love going here. Before covid, their shop was small and quaint and just gave off a welcoming feeling. I especially loved their butterfly pea leaf lemonade. The barista was extremely kind and slowly poured it so I could watch it change colors. Its definitely one of my favorite coffee shops. I have taken a lot of my friends here and shown them this hidden gem.

The Dragon Tongue Chai is the perfect blend of spice! Everyone is exceptionally nice there and absolutely wonderful. I long for the days I can sit in the cozy coffee shop. However, the window service is a great way to keep people safe during COVID and safety first. I love that the owner sacrifices some business to keep patrons safe.

I went to the java house today and the sevace was great. I got a butterfly lemonade and it was amazing. Alec was an amazing sever (; I was wearing a yellow dress.

Best coffee shop in the city... The food, pastries, knick knacks are all locally made, either by the Java House or another small business. The service is personal, memorable, and makes you smile. The drink selection is crazy, and you can ask for any variation of any on- or off-menu drink your heart desires. The staff will be just as excited as you are to try a new drink concoction, and just might end up adding it to the menu!

Ive been coming to Java house for over 22 years. The staff is ALWAYS so polite and the product is top quality. I love the ambiance and the vibe of the shop. Id have to say that of all the coffee shops I frequent in SE Wisconsin, Java House is TOPS. I used to deliver coffee for years. So you can imagine, Ive been to a lot of coffee shops! Keep up the good work!

Its a small place, cozy and warm feeling. My friend was not sure which coffee to try and they gave her a small cup to taste. Coffee was delicious and the cranberry muffin was tasty.

Was my first visit at the Java Café and really liked the coffee.Enjoyed The Ric Woke me up after a nasty dinner my sister and I had. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the staff. Would return back, thanks for the coffee. Check this place out.

Great coffees,and sweets.A couple of things I noticed though, some people get offered a punch card, while others dont, and some are asked if they would like the coffee beans ground, while some others even when they ask are told the grinder isnt working(?) Or its a 30 minute wait.I say this because we have seen the grinder being used while weve been told it is out of order. Just like the punch card, Ive seen it too many times, and each time we go, I am told they dont have a punch card.Now, we dont go as often.Now a day new has dawned!I was contacted by the new owner, and after 2 test runs, everything is running fine!Thanks!We also have another favorite blend. Java House Blend.

I wish I could give a higher rating because I used to work here; it has since changed ownership and the quality standards seem to have slipped. There are many little knick-knacks lying around and tucked in places which are odd as well. I am a young person, but this place is no longer reminiscent of days gone by under the original ownership when it was clean and an emphasis on a high quality cup of fresh coffee and espresso.

Nice variety of drink selections, low-key, cozy atmosphere. Ideal for chatting/playing games. We visited all the coffee places while we were in town and this was my overall favorite. Just a friendly, comfortable place to be.
