I never thought being poked in the eye could be such a pleasure 😜 jk ... But seriously, Dr. Gary is absolutely amazing! His staff goes above and beyond and hes beyond kind, gentle, knowledgeable and helpful! As a diabetic, I would not trust anyone else with my vision and eye health!

Poor customer service. Does not pick up phone and did not provide prescription immediately after appointment. This is a waste of everyones time. Should consider automation or better overall system of doing business.

I found the doctor to very helpful. I called him with an emergency at 9:45 pm and left a message. To my surprise, he immediately called me back. He instructed me what to do in the meantime and made room for me in his schedule first thing the next morning. It is a nice clean facility with a newly resurfaced parking lot. The office has an outstanding collection of prints/paintings. I will definitely go back!

Dr Walters has been by eye doctor for over 30 years. I highly recommend him! especially if you have poor vision. He has always been able to fit me for contacts and glasses that give me the best vision possible. His staff is always friendly and courteous.

Overall a very bad experience and Im thankful Ive found quality care elsewhere. The reasons for my 1 star rating are as follows: Dr. Walters misdiagnosed me, is illegally withholding medical records, thinks 8 weeks is a legitimate time frame to return phone calls, and is overall very rude and unprofessional.It is my assumption he is withholding my medical records and the office notes because they are incomplete and substantiate my claim of a misdiagnosis. Not only is withholding my medical records a HIPAA violation, its not representative of a legitimate medical practice. I have made several requests both verbally and in writing for my records AND THE NOTES. If my Medicare and HIPPA violation complaints dont get their attention, perhaps a subpoena will.Dr Walters claims his standard time frame of 8 weeks to return phone calls is completely reasonable. This is absolutely absurd. Not only have I worked at several reputable medical practices, but I often have to reach out to various medical practices regarding myself, children, and wife. I have yet to come across anywhere else that its not SOP to return phone calls within 24 hours on a business day. At most legitimate medical practices 24-48 hours is the standard.When I dared to very nicely bring these issues to Dr Walters attention, he told me that I should be nicer to people who have carried me. I asked him what he meant by this statement and he did not care to elaborate. These items I spoke to him in a completely flat and emotionless tone. I still dont know what he meant by carried you since he hasnt even done the bare minimum, yet the billing system seems to always be working just fine.Finally, the parking lot, waiting area, reception area, bathrooms, and diagnostic area, were ALL very dirty and unkept.Im sure if you have simple needs for something like near or far sighted correction, and you are willing to put up with the above, then go ahead and take your chances. Otherwise if you have low vision I strongly recommend you avoid this place for your own health and safety.

Very friendly staff, and Dr. Walters really takes the time to explain any issues you may have with your eyes.
