My riding lawn mower wouldnt start. Had Pioneer Service come pick it up, they diagnosed and fixed it up faster than expected. The price was reasonable and no problems have occurred since. Happy with the work that they did, and definitely would recommend.

Noah took time to answer many questions and explain my mower problem in detail. I hit a rock with my John Deere, bent the shaft. After giving me choices I decided to replace the engine. He was fair and fast. I requested warranty proof and received it. Im happy to have the rider back doing its job. Thanks Noah!

Really incredible service.He got me in and fixed when I was in a pinch and I found his repair to be flawless and much faster than any other place had offered. He called with updates and overall I am very happy with the care he gave my Toro MX5000 zero turn, I will never go anywhere else from now on.Prices very reasonable as well.

I Absolutely 10/10 recommend pioneer repair. I took my snow blower there after many attempts to try and fix it myself and they instantly fixed it and had it back to me in no time. The Technicians are very nice and provide affordable work

The person that answered the phone need an intensive Customer Service Training ASAP, very rude and unprofessional. I will not recommend to my customers.

Went for a seasonal tune-up on almost new (used 1 month last fall) mower and was told $52 for all parts and labor. Was told a diagnostic would be performed and it was repeated (by Sam) that $52 would have me up and running. Today he called to say that my carburetor needed to be rebuilt and my bill was over $200. When I said no, I still had to pay $102.43 to get lawn mower back! It still doesnt start. Stay away from these people!!!

I went in 3 years ago looking for a new chainsaw. Todd asked what I would be using it for and recommended a Jonsered 2255, So I purchased one. I heat my house and pole barn with wood, So i cut alot. The saw is everything I could ask for. It has tons of power and chews up anything you throw at it. Today I was cutting red oak, hickory and maple. I could bury the 20 bar and it wouldnt even bog down. I couldnt be happier!

This is in response to my first review. Yes, I am sure this is the right repair shop. This is the shop address in my phone where I went to pick up the tractor. It was probably put under my son Jonathans name. I am sorry to give such a poor review, but I can hope you understand how disappointed I am with paying for a diagnostic that was very poor and cost me a great deal of money and time. Not to mention my son having to pay to have his lawn mowed while I worked on getting this mower fixed myself amid my own limited time.UPDATE: I emailed my receipt. I noticed on the receipt our last name was spelled incorrectly. I hope this helps.
