I recently bought a used vehicle from AutoNation. As a thank-you for my purchase, the service dept. manager sent me an email to come in for a free tank of gas and a free bottle of washer fluid. When I got there, the service manager arranged to get the gas but never got me the bottle of washer fluid. I expected him to introduce himself and offer his help any time I needed service, but he didnt talk to me about any of that. I think AutoNation missed an opportunity to earn my business because they did not offer a coupon for an oil change or a percentage off service. I dont expect to go out of my my to go back there for general service. Ill go somewhere more convenient.
Standard 50k service. The mechanic did not tighten my oil plug after the service. After I went out to get into my vehicle I noticed a massive oil spot under my truck – the entire skid plate was full of oil and constantly dripping. The mechanic took my truck, topped off the fluids and pressure washed the oil out. He drove my truck around the lot and was never wearing a mask and tossed me the keys – sorry masks are mandated.I was also charged to have my tires rotated, the wheels have pretty significant markings on them from off-road use – they were never rotated. I called and reported these issues to the team and the manager told me there is no way he can keep an eye on everyone, they are grown adults and he only has 2 eyes. If they cant perform a BASIC task how can you trust them with maintenance of your vehicle.
Terrible! I was told it would take 60-90 minutes for my service. After waiting almost 3 hours with no word I tracked someone down and was told my car was done but my guy was busy, so after another 30 minutes he finally came over. No apologies for the wait. He then proceeded to argue with me about the USB plug, which doesnt work properly, telling me to just not use it. Completely unprofessional!
Trying to book a service appointment is a huge pain. They dont answer the phone, the online booking service shows no appointments for the next 4 months, and they dont return emails. Huge waste of time trying to set routine maintenance appointment after they sold me an expensive service plan. Maybe this was a bait and switch. Give you a good deal on a service package, yet they wont let you make a service appointment. Management needs to step up and figure things out.
People in Finance really do need to learn what it means to effectively communicate with clients (in any other sendero it would just be the norm) the min u notice a hick up pro-activly reach out to the client ASAP! Hey so an so we have a bump in the road! Let pow-pow an figure out what (if any) our options are (an if their arent any) an move forward from their! We have VERY DEMANDING LIVES an waiting for a phone call thats not gonna ever come is Dis-resectful @ best!Id have 100x more respect for the person/business who takes 5 min an gives me bad as I do good news .. its not nesseririly what u do, sometimes the real issues are WHAT U DIDNT DO.. beleive me when I tell u this experience will def affect my opinion of not only AutoNation but Toyota as well for a very long time to come!
This place is always super busy. The service people are nice. The shuttle service is slow even when there are 2 shuttles running. I cant wait 2 hours to be dropped off somewhere. Take a Lyft if you need to be somewhere. This last service apt they left my car a mess. It smelled of heavy oil, the rear seat head rest was taken off and tossed in the back. The sets werent clicked back into place and the plastic shields were left off the seat rails.
Service center tried to charge 1200 for standard 30000 mile check up, Toyota on Alameda and Havana charged 500. Be sure to price out services before being ripped off.
I went in for 6 month service on my new Rav 4. I also wanted them to fix gas tank issue. I called and left my VIN, so they should have known it was in need of fix. I made appointment a month ago. When I picked up car, they said they needed to order parts to do gas tank fix. So another visit. Why didnt they HAVE parts ready?
Generally do a good job and are friendly enough. But the service seems to always take longer than they expect.
I have a three year Toyota lease that is almost up and I have brought my car there for all of the service. Never once in the three years have I had a good experience. They’ve all been bad. The people that work there are dismissive, combative and inept. I brought my car in for a recall repair and an oil change and they forgot to do my oil change while my car was there for six hours. The sticker in the windshield said it was due, the dashboard indicator read “maintenance required”. David B was playing on his phone when I came to pick up my car and then lied and said I told him only to do the recall repair.
It’s no wonder this place has 3 stars. Compulsive liars to wear you down and little respect for your time. If you’re looking to spend all day at a dealership to be disrespected this is the place for you. I recommend going elsewhere simple as that.
I bought my car one afternoon and unfortunately I did not see that the car had a broken windshield and too many scratches but since it had snowed I did not see them. They offered to fix the windshield but not change it. It took 2 hours to sign the papers because they were pressuring me to sell me protection for my car a maximum of 2016 with 50k miles. In the end, I bought them protection and I have my car with a broken windshield. be very careful when shopping here
Theyve always done great work for my car. And theyre good with keeping up with checking in to make sure I havent forgotten my service needed on the vehicle
I recently revisited Toyota and purchased my second business truck today. After visiting three other dealerships, this was my last stop and yet again, they came through for me. This place never disappoints! Erin Gafford was extremely helpful with find the perfect truck and negotiating the terms of the purchase. Canin Ritz was great with the financing terms and clearly explaining the items included in the deal. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone I come across looking for a new vehicle. Thanks again!
My experience was great from beginning to end. I went in to get 2 recall parts fixed and a tune up, and I was seen 2 days after I called. I got reminder calls and texts and was easily able to drop my car off. Travis was in charge of my vehicle, and he let me turn down some services I do myself without pushing any extra services on me. He was very communicative about when my car was done and explained thoroughly what the process was. My car took a bit longer and I was told about the delays and felt very cared for. Ill definitely be coming back for future services.
Never had such a great experience at a dealership service dept. Customer service A+Thanks ladies and gents
They are charing diagnostic fee. I replaced a part as they recommended, but still changed diagnostic fee.
4 hours for an oil change. Need I say more. Guess they rotated my tires. Totally unacceptable when they tell you 90 min.
Took over two weeks to schedule vehicle for service. Took a half day to do oil change and tire rotation. Picked up vehicle and service team messed up balance and alignment on tires. Took it back to see if they would fix it, and they told me no. Sad part is, it has less then 30k on tires and bought the vehicle from same dealership. You should always balance if vehicle and tires come from your shop! Very poor service.
This is the worst place Ive ever been we could not get any customer service when asked about sales person the lady at the desk she never got back to us until we got up and were leaving then everyone wanted to help us it was too late communication is a key to customer service
I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance to change my tires. I get there, an associate greets me and tells me the tire change will take 2-2.5 HOURS to do. Says his guys dont work past 7pm so Id have to leave the car overnight (nevermind that I got there at 4pm with an appointment...).He makes me wait 10+ minutes while chatting with another guy. He comes back, says they dont even have tires in stock for my vehicle! Whats the point of a flipping scheduling system if youre not going to use it, Toyota?Havent seen service this bad since I lived in California. Unreal.
Had Maintenance check on my car. The Staff is very nice and friendly but, the wait was over 2 hrs.
Good honest place that does dependable work
I travel all over for work and play. As a result Ive had my Tundra serviced around the country. When it comes to professional servicing these guys are the best. When it comes to outstanding customer service Sarah and her team are second to none.
Highly recommended, Zapp walked me through entire process....
My wife took her Rav 4 in because of a squeaky brake. The service tech said she needed all brakes replaced at $250 each-$1K.She told the tech she had brake work done within the year but the tech didnt bother to pull up the records. She took her car to Toy Car Care down the street for a second opinion. They fixed the squeaky brake for less than $200 and said all other brakes were in good shape.
Jesse Christy was super helpful in buying my first car! Very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. It was a stress-free experience! Would absolutely recommend!!
Wal-Mart of dealerships.
Couldnt be any happier with Autonation, especially our sales rep Misha. He is knowledgeable, patient and respectful toward his customers. I have no complaints about any of the 3 purchases/leases made with him over the last few years. I look forward to continue working with Misha and definitely recommend Autonation to anyone looking to purchase a car.
Follow up. Came back to pick up my truck and was told the recall I asked to be performed didnt even need part and they could have potentially done it today. So frustrating. Now I have to bring it back for a follow up viat in another two weeks. Was not even offered an explanation or given any recompense for my time or trouble.
I was sent an email asking to review, so here it is.Edit: After three visits, they corrected it. Still wouldnt trust their techs with anything.I went to get 35,000 mile service on my Tacoma (main concern being tire rotation). I was concerned with the truck slightly pulling to the right while driving on flat roads as well, so I had them check the alignment.Of course, according to them, it needed one. Had no reason to not trust them, so I opted to do it. When I picked up the truck, it still slightly pulled to the right.I checked the alignment print out they gave me, it was not for my vehicle. Had the date from the day before on it, different VIN and different tire size. Then I checked the tire pressure they said were all at 32, they were not.I brought it back in, they said they just grabbed the wrong paper work by accident but would do the alignment again. Even after this time, still was given paper work with the wrong timestamp on it, as well as wrong customer name and VIN number.Cant even give me the alignment paperwork with my correct VIN... which leads me to believe they never actually did it either time.Wrong with paper work:- Tire pressure- Alignment paperwork- Also possibly the tire tread and brake thickness, as I cant be sure what to trust on the paperRight with paper work:- Amount charged to my credit card
Great service; however, their prices are definitely on the higher side.
A friend of mine in the auto industry told me that dealerships were taking a hit with the Covid19 stuff going on. I thought about trading my Dodge Ram for a 4Runner because I thought it might be a good deal for both myself and Toyota. Needless to say in the midst of the Covid19, Toyota saw it as an opportunity to absolutely try and rake me over the coals with my trade and then tried to justify why they were doing it. The salesperson named Misha was very condescending about the whole thing as well and act as if this dealership is too good to make a deal. I asked for lease and got finance numbers. Misha stated that everyone wants to finance and not lease. Didn’t even know the real value of what my trade was worth. Tells me a lot about not only this sales person but the leadership at this dealership as well. Apparently This dealership chooses to stick its nose in the air and act unprofessional even when they need customers now more than ever. Well done Misha, I’m sure that you have made both Toyota and Adrian Perachiv (The GM) very proud. Hope this isn’t a reflection of all your dealerships.
I have been taking my 2016 Toyota 4Runner to AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe Service Center since we purchased it; however I am now having second thoughts, as it appears they did not do the work they claimed to have done.I brought it in for its 25,000 mile service, which involved rotating the tires and performing a multi-point inspection. When I collected my car at the end of the day, I reviewed the paperwork with the service advisor. Everything seemed in order.A couple days later my wife and I were driving up in the mountains. It began to rain and snow. The windshield was getting a little hard to see through so I cleared it off with the wipers and some wiper fluid. I needed to clean the windshield a few more times, and thats when the car ran out of wiper fluid. I was a bit surprised by this, as I knew it had been serviced just a few days prior. When I returned home, I double checked the Multi-Point Inspection form. The Washer Fluid Level & Condition box was checked as OK (meaning that there was plenty of fluid present). In reality, it was almost empty, and after my short trip, was bone dry. This made me wonder if any of the other items on the inspection, or the work order, was actually completed or not!Although the service center had my car for the entire business day, and they had plenty of time to do the work, it appears as if the form was just pencil whipped. My trust in this company has been damaged. Im not sure if Ill be returning in the future.
We had a great experience here. The sales staff was super helpful and did not pressure us to buy.
I do so much business here I dont know what else to say about how awesome they are. Great cars great service great people and everything else is great
Advisors are fast and interaction time is low. Pricing is typical dealership.
Great service on recall issue and Travis was great
Paid $1500 to have a repair last less than 3 months. Asked about their 12 month, unlimited mileage warranty for precisely the same issue, they suggested vehicle was in an accident since the repair, even though it wasnt, conveniently voiding the warranty. Wanted another $1500 to fix same problem again.
Charlie Mulllison in the fleet department is the only person in the world you need to ever know for all your Toyota needs
Always ready for me when I arrive for service. They even wash my vehicle. I love Toyota!!!
NOT HAPPYIn the middle of my purchase the salesman slips in an extra $1000. Bucks! I guess he thought that I wouldnt notice. He also put a bunch of after sells in there without even talking to me about them! I went to him with the Exact model car I wanted, he didnt even have to give his Spiel to try and sell me, im handing him the sale!! When I confronted him about it he said oh the discount changed a little bit First off $100. or $200. Dollars is a little bit, a $1000, is a lot, at least it is for me. And when was he planning on saying something about it? This is the very reason Car salesmen have the reputation they have! Dave you still have time to make this right.
Horrible Service department. Bought a new car here. New alloy wheels and tires placed on car. Tires placed inside out. Took car on road trip. Had bad vibration to steering wheel. Took car to Discount Tire and found out that the cars tires were never balanced. Reported to service manager. I would strongly recommend not going to this dealership for any service. Had the oil changed last week and tire stem caps left off car. After three bad experiences I will not go to this dealership ever again.
Took my Taco in for service. Fast, clean and friendly.
I submitted car at 2 PM with complaint of squealing noise. Seated in waiting area. Lost patience at 4 PM after getting no update. Searched the service consultant and he was ready with estimate and didn’t care to come to me. He said car needs drive belt replaced. At 4:08 PM I approved the replacement and he went to shop floor to tell mechanic to proceed. At 4:46 PM he said it is done. Part $58 and labor $160 !!! Killer labor charges. I just googled what should be drive belt replacement cost and found how fool I was. Other hard working repair shops deserve your business. Stay away.
I bought a car from here back I September. After issues between the dealer and the lender I thought things had been resolved (my lender still contacts me for the dealers paperwork). However, I have ran into issues with the info from the dealer to the dmv multiple times and even after getting another temporary registration, the dmv has yet to receive the info from AutoNation. They have not contacted or have avoided all of my calls regarding the promised issues to be fixed... ie cracked taillight upon purchase. This process has been frustrating and I do not recommend buying from AutoNation Toyota to anyone. Additionally, if this is how I expect AutoNation to operate, not only will I never do business with any of these dealers, I would heed everyone else to stay away as well!
I took my 2017 Tacoma in for regular service. And also mentioned that my GPS wasn’t working. They checked it out. And blamed it on Hail Damage repair when the headliner was removed. The only hitch to that being the headliner was never removed and the GPS stopped working 4 months after I fixed the Hail damage from the exterior of the truck. The wire they are trying to say was cut by the Hail repair was never touched by ANYONE since the truck was built. And I tell them this and the service advisor refused to hear my side of it and kept blaming it on Hail repair.
Jesse Christy was a wonderful help . Inquired online, and Jesse immediately contacted me and helped so much .
Why make an appointment if youre going to have to wait all day anyway??
I had a great experience, Sarah the Service advisor was very knowledgeable and on top of it and kept me updated on what was going on with my 4Runner.Highly recommend talking to Sarah for any advice on your Toyota.
Ask for Lonnie - he is very nice to work with
Got an oil change here they were fast and friendly and super polite to my fiancé. I think our service writers name was Jeremy or Jeremiah and he was great too
4 wheel alignment for Highlander was done on time with 10% discount and Corolla air bag inflator was replaced free of charge 1 hr before promised time. Travis, the service advisor was courteous and very knowledgable!
Should be an option for no stars!!! Typical crooked car dealer, promise me the world, then fail to deliver... Sales rep told me specifically to watch for fading on my clear bra, and it was a warranty issue, after it faded, Dave in customer service refused to honor the warranty I was told the clear bra had... Stevenson and Emich have lifetime warranties on their clear bras that cover fading.... I guess I will be talking my money to them! $70,000 truck purchase, Youd think they would value my business
Been going here for years for purchasing vehicles & maintenance, great experience every time
Great service. Quality Work. Decent prices.
Took 2.5 hours to get a oil change and tire rotation. In all my 7 years of owning this car I have never waited this long. I even let them know when I got there I had an appointment at noon. That I was 30 min late for. Will NOT be taking my vehicle back here.
We recently bought a great 2 year old Lexus NX200t from Chip. The price was fair, the process was easy and the inventory was amazing. I work really long hours so they stayed open for me and we got the whole deal done in less than two hours.
They usually get me in and out fast. Staff is friendly.
Polite guy that give us a shuttle ride
Went for an oil and filter change. They did a tire rotation on my vehicle without asking me and did not do a oil/filter change that I asked them to do. Charged me ~$25 for the tire rotate after a 2 hour wait. I asked them why no oil/filter change done and they said it was a mistake. They kept the vehicle another 45 minutes and came out and told me that oil change was done. Everytime I go in there they do a ~70-$80 synthetic oil change and ask me to come in after another 8K miles. This time they asked me to come back for another oil change after 3.5K miles and gave me no paperwork showing anything was done as far as oil change was concerned. Not sure if they have or have not changed my oil at this point. Mine is almost a brand new vehicle, dont want to mess it up because these people are too concerned with making money instead of taking care of customer properly and ethically. Seems pretty shady to me- wont be going back to them again.
I bought my vehicle here. Every time I bring my truck for service, the service writers are awesome, straightforward, and arent trying to do anything sketchy. This is why I drive 30 minutes across town to get any work done, even oil changes.
Clean n remodeled pretty nice to wait yor vehicle n have snacks n drinks
Sales group was great! Service department has been awful! Nearly impossible to get in touch with someone. They ran my car into a pole while changing the oil and had to fix the dent. Had a TSB (google it) issue with a new car but got the run around for months before they sucked it up and fixed the issue. I am writing this review while on hold with the parts department (12 minutes and counting) because for the second time, a clip on a trim piece has failed. Rather than try to get them to fix this one, all I want to do is buy the part and fix it myself. Guess I’ll have to buy it online because I’m hanging up in 3...2...1....
Staff at AutoNation Toyota was outstanding! David Fredkin was very knowledgeable and had a no pressure approach.
Love my Toyota Autonation Service, but they can and will try to make you believe you need more work then you really do. Be careful.
Took my car in today for its first service.thought it would be okay since I bought my brand new vehicle here with no problems. However, greasy handprints on the hood of my car and oil drippings on the engine cover. Not impressed with the sloppy nature of my service and will probably go to a different dealership in the future. I guess I expected more from Toyota.
I’ve been here several times for service. It’s a mix bag, but lately more negative than positive. I had very high hopes for this place at first and even recommended a friend who brought his Tundra twice and got really bad service both times. He’s done with this place but I still wanted to believe so I’ve been back a few times. Be prepared for outrageous prices, long wait times even with appointment, a good possibility that the service wasn’t done properly or there was a lack of care.It feels like a majority of the employees have a disdain for any combination of their jobs, the customers, or the details and they are trying to do the bare minimum or take as many shortcuts as they can while saying anything to get more money out of you. Definitely doesn’t feel like they are trying to take care of loyal customers.I don’t mind spending good money here. Got a brand new truck (good experience); ordered the TRD exhaust here and had it installed (not a good experience); the TRD intake install here (great experience); Toyota care services; oil changes; tire repairs; etc. I ‘ve been here a fair amount and want to like it here, but even the latest experience was ridiculous and frustrating. This was the first time I booked the appointment using their online calendar assistant and put detailed instructions for what I wanted them to do, checked a box requesting they call for clarification (never got that call, did get the automated reminder later that day tho) then explained what I wanted when I got there. Two hours and some upselling later they tell me the work is done.Immediately I see they neglected the most important detail. Time to wait another 45 minutes. I wanted an oil change (and would’ve to pay for) but that wasn’t done, it also does not seem like they topped off any fluids, which is specifically stated in the Toyota care brochure at 15k. Feeling disappointed that they did the bare minimum, but it’s not worth paying good money for terrible service.
I take my Tacoma here for maitenance. I was drawn in because I thought it was a dealership... I am bummed they dont include an exterior carwash with service (which I had become accustomed to). They did accept my Toyota car care and have been honest and up front about the services, my cars needs, what services can be skipped etc. They really seem like they are trying to save me money rather than nickel and dime me to death. I totally appreciate their candid responses and up front nature. Will take my truck here for as long as Im local.
Not military friendly. If you dont believe me then try to buy a Tacoma. Once they figure out you are active duty, price goes up. Look at all the TRD PROs. They are all marked up from 5 to 10 thousand dollars. If this is not being taken advantage of then I dont know what is. Take this advice from a 23 year active duty veteran.
Said I need recall service. The guy told me I probably wasnt in the recall when I dropped it off, but they would let me know. They called back and said I needed almost a thousand dollars worth of work, but the recall didnt pertain to my car. SCAM!
I needed a repair of shocks and struts. My vehicle was there for a week and I never received an estimate or any communication. I left messages with the service center that were never returned.
Great service! Bought from them twice now.
Everything went really quickly and painlessly. Got the car I want at the price I can afford. Thanks Ian!
Friendly and speedy service
They normally provide good service. But sometimes they miss it.
Good service they have and reasonable car rentals.
Worst service ever... going downhill since I bought my truck there, you are just a number, experience was horrible, service technicians take short cuts, went in for my 15k service which includes a tire rotation, it was never done yet service manager stood by his tech, proof is in the pudding, flat tire that was plugged a month ago is still in the rear passenger side of my truck where it was before I pulled in, tire pressure was the exact same psi before I pulled in, 29psi!!!! What else are they taking shortcuts with? Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership.
Terrible customer service. Unethical and disrespectful. All I needed is an oil change and even that was not possible here. Why even bother on sending coupons or calling and asking how service was. Really disrespectful to loyal customers. For past 11 years I changed oil on my Toyota’s only at Autonation but last 4 times it took over 2 weeks to accomplish that.
They repaired my tire, checked the pressure, and added air at no cost. Great service!!!
Service advisors are always great and helpful.
Very professional and helpful.
Friendly. Shuttle if you live/work close. Not sure about the quality of work.
My husband and I went to AutoNation to look at a truck my husband found on Craigslist weeks ago. He spoke to Greg Philbrick multiple times on the phone before we drove (7 hours) to look at it, as well as had a friend from Denver test drive it for us. Greg assured us he would put the truck aside for us to test drive upon arrival. We were given the complete run around from the moment we got there. One man came up right after we sat down to talk to Mr. Philbrick to tell us someone else came in 20 minutes before we did and wanted the same truck. He said Theyve been in before and have TERRIBLE credit so they probably wont be able to buy it so cross your fingers. We sat at the dealership for over 30 minutes while Greg chatted with us about his golf game and another dealer showed the truck to someone else. I asked Mr. Philbrick if there were any other comparable trucks on their huge lot we could look at, and he declined. He didnt ask us to do a credit check, he didnt ask to look at the vehicle we were interested in trading, and he didnt want to show us any other vehicles. We finally decided to go to lunch. We went across the street to eat, and felt incredibly confused. How could a dealership be a profitable business when this is the way they treat their customers? Did they assume we had terrible credit because we are young? We went back to the dealership and asked if we were going to be able to look at the truck that day. Mr. Philbrick immediately took us outside and the truck was parked right out in front. We started to walk over to it and Mr. Philbrick said its on its way to detail. I asked why and he said it had just sold.At no time was there an explanation or an apology. It was the most unprofessional, bizarre experience we have ever had at a place of business. What kind of professional tells customers about other customers being credit-challenged, in Mr. Philbricks words? My husband called to try to speak to a manager after we left to try to make sense of the whole interaction, but had to leave a message and of course, we never received a call back.We live in a small town where every interaction at a business counts, and where word travels quickly. If a car dealership were to treat customers like that here, they would not be in business long. I have never written a negative review about anywhere we have ever been, but I am truly at a loss.
I was pleased with the service I received. 😄😄😄😄
Good friendly people!
Thank you again Dasha, you did a great job!
Trustworthy, thorough, punctual, honest, clear communication, and reliable.
Overpriced. Recommend Toy Car Care just up the street.
Uhhh. I pulled in for service and about a dozen employees walked by without making eye contact. Welcome to AutoNation!
Jez is always nice and you dont feel pressured to get every service there.
Best Dealership in Colorado!
Was not greeted for about ten minutes, then switched me to a guy with no emotion. When I told them I was not happy with the trade in value, about 600 less than Kelly blue book, sales rep seemed very angry and was very hesitant to return my keys.
Night security ran my daughter off when trying to drop her vehicle off after hours.
Always friendly and great customer service!!
Checking out the inventory..
Good customer service in the service department
Im so disappointed I waited for 2 hours for the sales man to buy a car I had in appointment with him and he was busy with other customers and he makes me waited for him till I left.
Friendly, quick service
Committed to proper vehicle maintenance
