My daughter dropped off her car for a diagnostic check, still covered under warranty. She needed brakes and her head gasket was leaking. They called her the next day later and said that it would cost $7,700 to fix everything. She had her transmission replaced by an affiliate less than a year ago. Even though items should have been covered by her warranty, they still wanted more money. We decided to save money and get her brakes done for 1/3 of the cost.We went to pick up her car after 2 weeks and her car wouldn’t start. When she walked in they knew exactly why she came back in. She never had problems with her battery prior and it was another problem. She drove it for 30+ minutes and parked. It wouldn’t start.They like to avoid warranty work and charge extra when they can. If you have a college student who is looking for a reliable used car, I would avoid this dealership.

My prior review from yesterday disappeared so I am inputing a new one. It should be stated that in the years of service on my Nissan Maxima at this dealership, this is the first time Ive had problems. Unfortunately, the problems in this case are not inconsiderable. After working on a loose ground wire on the antenna, the following electrical systems no longer work (and they had no prior issues):a) clock radio no longer displaysb) radio no longer retains last station listened toc) doors no longer lock via key fobd) key lock no longer locks rear doorse) interior manual lock switch only locks driver doore) except for driver window, windows no longer operate.I have a call into the service manager and will update the review with the (hopefully) successful resolution.

Once again the service on our vehicle was performed correctly and on time. I want to especially underscore my Miller representative, Lonnie. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and clearly a solid member of the maintenance management team. I feel confident that Lonnie will steer me straight on my vehicle needs and often goes over services that are needed within the next cycle. He is promotional to the Miller group, but fair and straight with the customer. Well done.

He was so kind in taking me in when the service department was not accepting walk ins and was absolutely full. Somehow, someway he got me in and kept me updated the entire time. I feel this lack of respect that they make me wait all day for a tire, being a loyal customer of you, I do all the services and repairs here and they are going to disrespect me at this time. lose a whole day of work because you do not have the ability to solve something as simple as changing a tire expeditiously, it should be noted that the vehicle cannot be rolled because the original Nissan spare tire does not fit correctly with the vehicle causing additional worse damage to it just by presenting a poor design and Nissan is not responsible for that.

Super friendly service, explained in depth what my car needed. I took my car in for a multi point inspection and they were quick and told me everything I needed to know and sent me a link to look at and approve the estimates and repairs. I called the next day as I had to leave my car overnight and they were super friendly and gave me an estimated time of when my car would be finished and it ended up being slightly earlier which is great. Awesome staff with great attitudes and were very friendly when I payed as well. Overall a great experience!

Well, I started looking into Nissan trucks and met with initial sales force team and they were great in accommodating my experience with test driving the vehicles I was interested in then started looking into other dealerships but inventories suddenly started to dissappear fast. Larry H. Miller had what I wanted sort of, but good enough so sales manager ended up getting involved and finally we were able to make a deal. The entire purchase and paperwork seemed seamless since I was in a hurry all the time they did not hesitate by doing all paperwork ahead of time so all I had to do go and sign and they even brought some of the remaining paperwork to me to sign at a shopping center. How cool is that. These guys are awesome.

I went in to get my gear shift assembly diagnosed and was assisted by Luke. He was very courteous and professional in the way he stepped me through the process to repair my problem. I dropped it off around mid morning on Saturday and by mid afternoon Luke called me to give me the findings. He explained my options and from those available, we came up with a plan for my next appointment to have the repair done. Very satisfied with the service so far.

Im highly disappointed with the service department here at Larry H Miller Nissan. They take your money and treat you unfairly. I purchased one of their deals for 3 oil changes and when I tried to get the last one, I was told it had expired. I already had an appointment and my truck needed service, so I agreed to the service despite feeling ripped off. The service advisor helping me gave me some line about the money I paid being sent to another company and that because the deal had expired they couldnt get their money back from that company either. He also quoted me a time for the service which they exceeded. After that, I decided I wanted to talk to the service manager to tell him they should do right by the customer and honor the deal I purchased. Also, to tell him about the extra time I had to wait. The service advisor suddenly told me they decided to give me a discount. I really appreciated that, but still wanted to talk to a manager. After looking for him, the advisor told me the manager would call me when he had a chance. Ok, fine. Then the service advisor really sinks himself and his department lower by telling me they usually wash cars after theyve been serviced, but they didnt wash mine. I told him that that was a simple thing they couldve done to try to make me happy and now theyre giving me the shaft on that too. He said, but the back window was down. Seriously!!! They couldnt figure out how to roll up a power window on a truck THEY sell!!! I WAS a loyal customer, but not anymore. I sincerely discourage anyone reading this post to ever set foot in their service department. Itll be a rip off and an insult to your intelligence.

I recently leased a Rogue and was very happy with the customer service. My rep was Jared Shuck - I was especially glad that he listened to me - I gave him my timeline and he respected it. I visited lots of dealerships and many of them continued to call/text after I asked them not to - Larry Miller Nissan respected my space for decision making.The lease was done electronically and Jared delivered the car to my home - it was super convenient and safe!Also, have only had the Rogue for a couple days but its great so far. The center console has a lower level pass through! A friend commented that its like a little car basement where I can tuck things away to keep it beat. 😊

They slipped in an oil change package in the tax and fees section when I bought the car. So I deal with it. Oil change reminder comes on today so I call to make an appointment and they expire? How does an oil change expire if I get it changed every time my reminder in the car comes on? No exception, no bring it in, of course well give you the oil change you purchased. Just a big F you.Update! Upgrade from 1 star.Service manager calls back and honors what I had paid for. Still bemused by service packages expiring. At least they made good on what I paid for.

I took my 2018 Leaf in for a 3 - year service which was to include a free multipoint inspection and no other service. I was given a written estimate of $0 for the service. I received a phone call after the service was complete stating that I would be charged $45 for a battery checkup (plus shop supplies). The service advisor indicated that somehow or other the charge for the battery checkup was erroneously not included in my estimate. That was disappointing. Other than that, service was courteous and surprisingly quick. I also wonder what kind of shop supplies are required for a battery test...

They have also done their best to work with me during this past year due to financial challenges. I also got a free service on my last visit due to long wait times. I highly recommend this location. This was the first time I was shopping for a new car for myself. Everyone involved made me feel sure and secure that I was getting what I wanted and got it I did. Loved the experience given covid protocols too. Patrick is such a professional and the finance guy was such a knowledgeable person. Your dealership has two strong figures and they made my first car feel like I was winning in this turbulent year.
Every time I try to call this place, they either dont answer the phone or they cant help me at all. Now I just called for an oil change IVE ALREADY PAID FOR and they are only doing appointments. How do they not allow walk ins? Especially, if Im already a paid customer? Go to Tynans Nissan on Havana. They are so helpful and have always had my back!

Besides the hour and a half I had to wait for a simple oil change, my experience was good. They didnt push any extra services on me. I donthink they need to work on scheduling a little better. If you make an appointment, make sure to allot plenty of time for the service so the next appointment gets seen on time.
Multiple services that were previously performed were recommended most notably a brake fluid flush that was done the day before. They seem out to scam uneducated individuals. Their prices are also really high. Ensure you get a second opinion before using this service center.I do not recommend this shop.
BUYER BEWARE.......I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the Salesperson Jake was great. However, the finance person, Joaquin, was a different story. I have contacted both the G.S.M. Richard and the G.M. Steve to share my story, unfortunately, they believe their employees story.My wife and I turned down the extended warranty on our vehicle much to the disapproval of our finance person Joaquin. The nearly $2,700 was not in our budget. However, suddenly, he magically was able to save us money by lowering our finance rate and by doing this, it would only be $12 a month extra for the length of our term which was 60 months. We decided based on this amount that we would add the $12.00 a month for 60 months or $720.00 to have the extended service.After the new paperwork was ready for signatures, I realized the amount financed had changed drastically. I asked how did this happen. He told me that we decided to add the warranty. Yes, but this is $2,100.00 higher and I was expecting $720.00 higher. He then showed us a piece of scratch paper that he had written 66 months instead of 60? He did not tell us by adding this warranty, that this was going to add 6 extra months to our payments, he just took it upon himself to change the contract!Well, after that the room grew incredibly cold. New paperwork needed to be drawn up again. This time without the extended service.All we wanted to do was hurry up and get out. Looking back on it now, we should have simply left this dealership. I regret not leaving!
I called at 5:20p & spoke with an employee about a transmission issue and that I was supposed to drive out of town this weekend. He told me I could drop off my car tonight and they could work on it tomorrow morning. I drive 30 minutes to this location, made it before 6 as discussed in our call and informed that they cannot get to my car this weekend. I am very frustrated that I called ahead, drove thirty minutes, and left unhelped & unhappy.
I was pleased with the service I received. The service rep apologized for the delay cause by the part being brought over from another dealer. As always I do not mind waiting a little longer than expected as long as I am kept informed.

Went in to get my car checked up for a long term drive. The front left wheel felt like it was uneven when I drove slowly and would steer left whenever I would drive on the highways. Garrett was very professional and explained to me the process that he took to fix the issue. When I took my car home it felt like I had just bought it brand new. Horrible service experience. I came in for a rough idle and difficulty starting my car in the mornings. These guys misdiagnosed my vehicle, telling me that the rough idle was due to a bad alternator. I put a brand new alternator in the car and the rough idle is still there, keeps getting worse. They said my car “started beautifully” every time. The day after bringing my car in, it doesn’t start unless I rev the gas. The car now smells like fuel. I tell them this and they have no sense of urgency whatsoever. They tell me “it’s a new problem, sorry. We can schedule you for next week.”I spoke with several other mechanics in the area who were all concerned about the rough idle and fuel issue. Thankfully one of them actually had a sense of urgency and got me in the same day. I will never return to the dealership for any service.

He worked diligently with our warranty company to find the best parts and approval to get the extensive work completed. We are very impressed with the Larry H Miller service department and particularly the technicians who worked on our vehicle as well as our service advisor! I came in for a simple break change. And left with a messed up battery,starter,and my entire Center console now does not work and a/c is stuck in the on position.
Luke was great and made the already frustrating process of having your car serviced much less stressful. He answered any questions I had and walked me through the steps of my car repair! Absolute scam. I will never ever bring my vehicle here again. I approved an estimate in writing only to discover that the estimate really meant nothing as they added additional hours without prior consent and approval. Explanation, it was an oversight sorry for the miscommunication. Absolutely bogus and horrible way to run a service business.
This is my second visit in a year with a terrible experience. Last visit, I specifically said I don’t want anything but one item fixed and they sent me an email suggesting I fix several others without a call. This time, I wanted a few things fixed and a customer service rep called me on the phone and spoke with me about what I wanted to fix and not fix. I told him I filled out the items on the web page you sent by Email and asked him to look there as there were several items. He then called the next day and said he thought I wanted things fixed that I denied on the form. I said no. He then said- oh we already fixed them. Y’all are thieves.

I bought the maintenance package with the intention to change everything; all filters, oil, etc. Only the oil w/filter was changes and tire rotation. Not even the truck was washed.
I visited this dealer to try out some cars as I’m very tall and car shopping can be a hassle. Patrick Day helped me check out 4-5 different choices. He was very helpful and politely followed up the next day. I’d recommend asking for Patrick if you’re looking for a new car. He’s great.

Went to get a oil change and to fix a loose battery by appointment at 8am havent heard anything from them and stopped by at 1130 to find out what was going on, they havent even started on my car yet, after all was said in done the car was out by 430pm, horrible service would never go or recommend

Over the past two years I have brought vehicle to Larry H Miller Nissan Arapahoe. The first time I brought it I have an extensive service to ensure all maintenance was up to date as I had just purchased the vehicle. A week later the front parking sensors failed. Odd timing but noted. Later I brought my in to have a window replaced after a break in. Days afterwards, the first time I had vehicle at higher speeds a piece of trim came off that window. I was told there was no wat that the trim from the replaced passenger side rear window could have came off due to the window replacement. On this visit, I was informed that the EGR valve was bad and that the vehicle was 19 days past warranty. There was no attempt to work with Nissan to see if they would cover the issue. Nothing. Further, I brought the truck a month or so ago and reported the engine light had been coming on and off intermittently and no codes were recovered. That was within the warranty window. I truly feel that I am not receiving any benefit from taking this truck to the dealer vs other mechanics. I will not be returning to Larry Nissan for service or to purchase a vehicle. In fact I was looking to buy my girlfriend a Rouge, and will be looking for a different vehicle. I do appreciate the military discount.
They did great work on my recall, but with the Nissan customer service they said one hour to complete. With the service tech he said hopefully around two hours, but it took three hours. I did tell the service rep when I got there that i would wait, so they were aware that i was waiting at the dealership. They also only sent someone to update me once I asked someone to check on it for me. I believe it was a sales rep. It was finally done fourty minutes later. They did offer me a ride when I came in, but was considering it was only going to be two hours i waited, because me going home would have woken woken up my husband who works graveyard shift. I just expected better customer service. I will go to a different location if I need service again.
Alan was a super cool guy. A real person, not some corporate drone that becomes annoying after 5 minutes of talking. He is obviously passionate about his job and I hope to see him there again when my lease is up.
Jay Kim was a fantastic and exemplary salesman; he was very honest and attentive to my highly specific requests, and his manager was, unsurprisingly, also a phenomenal salesman. Everyone I encountered was very genuine, honest, and took the time to help me figure out what decision I wanted to make while being very patient. Patient enough that I was able to explain my thought process to them and theyd help me work out the kinks in my plan to make a better decision, and be more comfortable with whatever decision I made. I wasnt expecting anything, but even if I was, my experience would have still surpassed any expectations I could have set.
