Eric was kind, helpful, and efficient. He replaced my car battery and had me in and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Pricing here is much more reasonable than what Autozone and OReillys are charging. Wouldnt hesitate to come back again!

Called to have my battery replaced- they were the third Walmart I called and only one to pick up the phone. Staff were very friendly, checked they had my battery in stock, and gave my an appointment for the same day. They changed my battery quickly and were super affordable. I appreciated the good service and would definitely recommend.

Nice staff but they stop accepting services 2 hours early and werent willing to even mount and balance 1 tire in that time span but didnt advise that when I told them I had to go get the flat tire since they werent answering the phone I visited without the tire to make sure they had the size

Could not reach anyone on the phone for updated store hours (which after driving to two different locations that where closed before 5pm I needed to speak to someone) and finding the number and additional info on the walmart app wasn’t possible nor was there an option to be transferred to automotive via the walmart phone number.

I ordered some tires online and made an appointment to get them installed. When I arrived they had technical problems on their end and Pablo at the tire center tried to accuse me of trying to steal tires! He said on his end it showed the order as unavailable and that that’s what people do when they try to steal tires!!!! It was so rude and unprofessional!!! He couldn’t admit maybe they hadn’t figured something out on their end and accused me of not paying for my order even though I clearly showed him multiple email confirmations, receipts, and my Walmart.com account. I called the customer service line and they also confirmed to him there was nothing wrong with the order. I waited for an hour just so they could figure out it was something wrong in their end. Even though my tires were sitting right there in the shop they never updated my online order as delivered even though it had been delivered 4 days earlier and that’s why they couldn’t release my tires, I felt so disrespected and I’m never coming here again. I don’t care how cheap the tires are one should never get accused of stealing because they can’t figure out their online systems. It took two hours to put tires on. Should not take this long with no chairs or anywhere to wait I had to sit on a crate holding tires in the store.

Save yourself some time and grief. Needed a replacement tire soent 20 minutes filling out paperwork only to find it was not in stock. Went to Discount tire in an out on 30 minutes.

I came in for an oil change and was greeted immediately with the best customer care from Pablo! They had my car ready to go in about 30 min. Thank you ! 😊

I had purchased tires and needed them mounted and balanced. I called two different stores even went to one then gave me the same pricing. I came to this Walmart at 7 and was given a different price. I spoke to Justin the manager and he ended up taking care of me. My frustration was not with Jerry but Im sure he was confused at why two different stores told me the same price. Jerry was very patient with me although he did not explain the breakdown of the actual pricing at first. But he was a very nice man. He showed me the breakdown of what is usually charged. And he understood the frustration I was going thru. Thank you Justin and Jerry for taking care if a frustrated customer and turning it into a positive visit.

Been doing business here for years. No issues but they do get busy sometimes so expect some wait times. Not an issue for me as I usually leave my vehicle there. They have the best prices on oil changes.

We had been here for an oil change..its first come first serve basis. They are always busy. Reasonable price, good service.

I just want to mention one great employee of your facility. His name is Hassan. Every time I come to get my oil change he is very efficient, positive and punctual in a very hectic work situation. He does a fantastic job! I will definitely come back again.

The people running this auto care center now are awful. Both my husband and I tried to come through one afternoon (which had an understandable wait time) and then again EARLY the next morning. This morning the man who tried to help me said I would have to wait for THREE HOURS. He then proceeded to point to cars who pulled up after I did and say I needed to wait for them to be done first. First come, first serve is a bold faced lie. My 15 minute need had to wait for 5 oil changes because that just happened to be the only door open?! Pathetic. I wont waste my time or another dime of my hard earned money here. It appears that free with road hazard protection actually costs you in time, because these guys will stick you in the back of the line.. all day.

I spent over an hour and a half waiting for them to put new tires on my car. Unfortunately I was informed by an employee that no one has started working on my car and everyone went to lunch so my car will be another few hours. This was absolutely unacceptable!

They were very short staffed and my initial phone call took about 25 minutes. Also, there was a bit of tension amongst the workers (result of being short staffed).However. They installed my new tires and everything went well. Didnt try to upsell me and each employee I interacted with was pleasant to me.

This Walmart Auto Center seems to care about there customers and making sure the job gets done right. The Atmosphere is great

Went there for an oil change now, Saturday 11/1 at 12:10pm, this one opens at 12:00pm . When I said I need an oil change, the lady at the counter said they are not doing ANYTHING today. Not sure why they are even open then.... funny!!

The tires guys at this location were amazing. I have always bought my tires at discount but Walmart is now at the top of my list of places to go.

Counter person could not process a cash transaction without managers oversight. It to the counter person 15 minutes to deal with cashing me out for an oil change with me having exact cash change.. Extremely poor training!

Jose, Issa and Jerry was great. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable with a vibe that would make you want to return for future service.

Theyll charge your battery for free. Theyve helped me so many times with it I owe them something. Good group of people. 1 review said how they had to wait 30 minutes... and ive had 1 experience where i waited for an associate to get to the auto center front desk for about 5-10 minutes unfortunately... So ill give them a 4 star... still is a good place.

I took my vehicle in to have the tires rotated and balanced and left with a missing center cap to a wheel. When I went back and told them they acted like it was no big deal and made no effort to make it right. The piece they misplaced and lost costs approximately $50.The guy that brought my vehicle around also left it in neutral and turned it off. He failed to put it in park.I guess thats Walmart quality for ya.

I got there around 15 minutes after they opened at 7am and they said they were still waiting on their assistant manager to unlock the doors so they could open and when I asked when he would be there the employee said they did not know. Good thing I got up and went there early to try and beat a line....

Was quoted 2-2.5 hours and am now sitting here with no updates on my car after 4.5 hours. I’ve literally been sitting, waiting. If you are running that far behind how about you let your clients know so we can just come back at another time. This is ridiculous and no one behind the counter seems to care at all. Thanks for wasting my day to just put on 2 tires that I brought with me. Next time I’ll literally just go anywhere else.

After being told to wait outside I sat for 30 minutes to be told is was going to take a very long time. And the older caucasian guy was rude ontop of everything.

Three different stores in Highlands Ranch and Centennial do not pick up there phones in automotive and if they do, they do not speak English. Then they hang up. Impossible to deal with.

Bit disappointed the people are little lazy and taking so much time to work on cars and even the oil change or tire service is completed they are not moving those cars for a while. (keeping those cars in the lane )

Everytime I come here its a 2 hour wait. Today told the same thing. No one was ahead of me. Laziest workers on the planet.

They did a fair job mounting my tires but were pretty rude and almost unwilling to help from the start.

Called Wednesday at 10am and asked to get an oil change. They said they were done doing oil changes for the day and to come Thursday at opening. Went Thursday at 7am and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. So frustrating.

Good place for tires, quick oil change

I bought a car battery at this Wal-Mart a month ago. When I paid, the employee asked me for my phone number for the core return. When I went back to return the old battery, the manager told me he wouldnt return my $12 deposit without the receipt. He refused to refund it with my phone number even though I was in the system as having bought my battery there. To me, Wal-Mart just stole $12 from me.

Bought a new set of tires with the warranty. They never put the warranty in their system, sothe only way we can prove it is to retain the receipt with luckily does show we purchased it.

I buy my tires at Walmart because the warranty is honored nationwide.

They said 2 hrs then after 3 I say something and then its another 20 minutes. Wait 20 and it becomes another 20 minutes. Ive watched them move my truck 3 time to let someone who just got here have there tires worked on. This has got to be the most ignorant Walmart tire shop Ive ever been to.
