The service was lack luster and I felt like I was a bother to be waited on. Xfinity overall is not impressive anymore. I feel that they have lost their edge and the employees reflect that.
I had made the mistake of booking my Xfinity services through a third party- I went in to the store, and the problem was immediately fixed. Jessica K. took excellent care of me- she fixed the issues created by Updater (3rd party) AND got me a better price and a much earlier appointment. On top of that she was very pleasant, understanding, and professional. Its well worth making a trip to this location

Comcast is easily the worst company Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Every time Ive had an issue and have come into this store, they act like the solution is some easy fix, but when applied, it does absolutely nothing and my issue persists. No matter how many times Ive contacted their customer service, visited their store, and replaced equipment, their internet cuts out 8-10 times every day. I work remotely and this has cut me out of more meetings than I can count. NEVER use Comcast!!
Stopped in to see about switching from Sprint to Xfinity. The process was made so easy, the staff was awesome! I would 100% recommend it and this store.
Very helpful staff. They are quick and to the point. I went in store at exact closing time. Once they saw me coming they reopened the closed door again as they saw me and realized i was only there to return my equipment. It was quick and easy.
Very nice store with lots of products to look at while waiting to speak to a representative. You should make an appointment on line to help streamline the process. I got my issues resolved in about 15 minutes. The rep was courteous and efficient. The store is kinda hidden from Countyline Rd. Look for the La-Z-Boy store on the corner of Yosemite and Countyline. No need for a mask as of 8/20/2021.
Ive been to this store multiple times. When Ive been, normally Sundays, they seem to be well staffed so the wait is not over 5 to 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Going into the store is much better than calling in and getting overseas tech support.
The Lone Tree store on county line lacks customer service. One time we upgraded our modem and returned pur old. Had some questions that they said they didnt have answers and to call the 1-800 number. Today we returned all our cable equipment since we canceled that. We ger home and have no internet service. Hmm interesting. Drive back over there and they tell us that everything is fine on their side. I return home, still no internet. Called the 1-800. Turns out the disassociate my modem with my account too. Even though I didnt return a modem. So everything was not ok. Hire some people that are actually helpful and know what they are doing
Pretty sure it was this store that gave an unauthorized user access to make changes to my account.
Horrendous, impersonal, unhelpful customer service for the duration of the time I’ve dealt with this store and this company. The only benefit they offer is that they are cheap - but buyer beware - you get what you pay for.
Set up two appointments which we received an email confirmation for. Waited at our house for the scheduled time window. No one showed. Called only to find out they saw two appointments on schedule and decided to cancel them. Had to reschedule and the same thing happened again. Ridiculous.
Quick and easy in and out. Picked up two extender pods. I had recently moved my home office to an extra room further away from my new Xfi. I previously couldnt get online with Google Meet. Video lagged and audio would cut out. Xfinitys Speed Test had me between 80 Mbs - 100 Mbs. Without being on VPN, I am now pushing 420 Mbs. I just wish they werent so expensive!
I noticed there was an issue with my phone bill in June 2020 (9 months ago?) and have tried every possible way to get it resolved: opened two support tickets with Xfinity, attempted to call the store rep countless times (voicemail is full), my emails to the same store employee dont go through, and when I have visited the store a handful of times, I get empty promises. I have liked everything else about Xfinity mobile, but this is terrible customer service and I dont know that I can recommend it.Update May 2021: This issue was never resolved. I regret signing 2-year contract or I would have changed carriers by now.
Shatara has gone above and beyond in helping us with our issue we were having. Xfinity has made a few goofs with our account but Shatara has made it easy to deal with :)

Closed my account in February. Got calls from a spam number that said I owed money to Comcast. I called Comcast to confirm this. They said no I owe nothing. Fast forward to June and my credit got hit with a 63 dollar bill that says Im past due. Effected my credit rating big time.
Xfinity online store and this store is out of sync and they cnt even see whats available online...fact that i can donthings outside this store.that i cannot do from inside the store and vice versa makes a really frustrating experience

Had employee help someone that was here yesterday in front me even though they walked in 25 minutes after me. when they allowed ANOTHER person on front of me Who checked in line I had enough. I called them out. Oi only needed equipment and they didnt give a dam. Slow AF. TERRIBLE DESIGN TERRIBLE EXECUTION.

Came in about a month ago to get my service/SIM card switched to Verizon I had issues both will calling in to Verizons customer service and at other locations, as I share a plan with my dad and it is under his name.Aleks was incredibly helpful, and took care of the process quickly. The rest of the employees in the store were kind, friendly, and helpful as well.

It is very frustrating to have to call an 800 number instead of being able to call the store directly; HOWEVER, I was blown away at the level of customer service I received. Everyone was very kind, welcoming, and genuinely wanted to help. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes even though I was fully prepared to spend an hour. I would greatly recommend this location.
Absolutely impossible to talk to a human through the support contact numbers available through their website. I would never recommend Xfinity to anyone unless it is your only option. This isnt about the particular store location, just the customer experience in general.

Xfinity literally stole $55 from me. I called and asked to be disconnected at the beginning of the month to make sure they cancelled before the next cycle of usage/billing; the gentleman said hed disconnect me within a couple days (after I made sure he knew to terminate me before the start of the next cycle). I disconnected the same day I called to connected with a new (less expensive) internet provider. When I went in to this Xfinity store to make sure I was all payed up and my account was terminated the lady at the desk kept telling me I disconnected 2 weeks after I made the phone call. I guess they billed me for less than two weeks of usage that I didnt use for $55 after asking to be terminated. The lady did not want to work with me and kept reminding me of the termination date which was 2 weeks after I called asking to be terminated. I distinctly remember puling the plug the same day I called which means it was impossible for me to have used their internet service. This whole experience has disgusted me so much that I will never go back to Xfinity and never recommend them to anyone. Xfinity, please dont steal from customers who are leaving your service because your rates are ridiculous.
Nice location. Waited in line outside for 15 minutes. When allowed inside, was told I should have an appointment. They took care of me anyway since they were not too busy. All observed Covid19 protocol.

I had an amazing experience here yesterday. I made an appointment to return some old equipment after I did an upgrade of service. I made the appointment for 1:30pm. I arrived at 1:17pm. I was greeted at the door and checked in. A lady called me up about 2 minutes later. She quickly checked in the returned equipment and gave me a receipt showing that it had been removed from my account. I walked out of the store at 1:24pm. The entire visit only took 7 minutes! And everyone was super friendly and helpful.

I came in here to try to get my Comcast cable channels whittled down a bit I was overpaying for just it being me, talking to the customer service rep made me feel like I was at a used car lot😣 the way he was trying to sell me my same package saying I wasnt really going to save any money if I opted for another smaller package. I left feeling like I was being put together like in a sleazy used car commercial.

Xfinity owes me $20.00 for services they failed to provide me over 3 months ago. I have spoken with customer support over 5 times over these weeks (3 being supervisors) and have been lied to every time. For a multi billion dollar company it sure is being stingy over $20. I guess they need it to fund their raising of service fees and implementing more data caps next year. If not that then towards another yacht for the CEO. I want my refund I was owed!
Came to this location to cancel my internet and return my router, since I was unable to figure out how to cancel my service online. The staff were professional and fast, I got out of there in less than 5 minutes. Considering how much telecom companies try to make cancelling difficult, I was very impressed.

I waited a long time time, and, when a rep finally called my name, he was polite but curt. Though Ive been offered internet-only service promotions each of the last several years, he said that I would have to pay their normal price (whatever that is from a company always offering promotions to stem cord cutting) for service for three months before I would be eligible for unspecified promotions like that which is currently effective. Ive been a reasonably happy Xfinity customer for years, and, frankly, I think I deserve better than that. Ill be looking for another provider who doesnt offer a low price today only to jack up the price later.
Comcast/Xfinity has shifted to kind of like Apple Stores, where its open and airy and you check in at the front and then someone appropriate to your needs comes over to bring you to a station and help you. I had a tricky customer service issue and they helped me promptly, spent a while helping me, and solved my problem. Surprisingly great experience. Valerie was awesome.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They told us 10 different things each new person we talked to. They ran a hard credit check on me which negatively affects my credit and then told us they didnt even need to run it. Everyone is on a different page and no one seems like they actually know what they are doing. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Easy to change my tv service. Got info on their Mobile plan. Not very good trade-in pricing but that wasnt their fault. I will still save $100 vs Sprint for cellular.
Friendly staff. Front desk girl needs to be a little more through in explaining if you have a wait or not. Maybe it was her first day (I dont know). First time using Xfinitys services so lets see how it goes.

I usually dont write reviews but this time I am compelled to. I went to the Xfinity store to sort out some problems with the bundle I had. Alex, helped me out. He was a great help! It actually walked out happy and satisfied. Id recommend Alex as a representative any day.
So far, I am very impressed with the customer service. Over a week in with my new phone through Xfinity, I am also enjoying what they provide and have great connection. I went in during a very busy time and was 12th in line! That was not a problem for Alex who kindly answered my plethora of questions and even patiently listened to me tell him the story about how I cracked my phone. My own mother doesnt care about that! Great job guys!
Dont waste your time calling Comcast/Xfinity. Itll take five calls over the phone with unnecessary transfers to get simple issues resolved. Just go in person to receive extraordinary treatment and better deals to boot. You might have to wait a little bit but its worth it to avoid headaches and problems. Employees are knowledgeable, competent, and go above and beyond to take care of you.
I started with xfinity service for a year my bill was $78.56 a month for internet and a home line which when I signed up was something I had to have to have the service. Fast forward to a year later xfinity jumped my bill up to $258.67 for the same service of internet and phone. At the time I had xfinity mobile to “combine my services” for easier payment continuity. I asked 3 different customer service representatives to cancel my service with the xfinity home services for the next 3 months but they didn’t note the change which xfinity proceeded to continue to bill me even after I returned there modem months previous when I didn’t want there services. Then when I called to pay my xfinity mobile bill, xfinity was paying the previous balance I wasn’t be serviced for to recover “ there funds” from me. Then my phones get shut off the day my wife had a neurosurgery appointment for a lump on the back of her head, please pray for us. When I went to reconcile the situation in person, the xfinity representative told me that I had to pay $850.67 before my services could be restored, without any payment arrangement even though the nation itself isn’t doing well and I’m a veteran with 4 kids. Then I called a couple of days later to work out something payment wise that would get me out of debt but the xfinity representative that I got a hold of 45 minutes later told me they couldn’t help me without an old card number that wasn’t mine or on the xfinity app or website under my account information. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE, these people are actively against there customers so SAVE YOURSELF, before you end up at there mercy. They are unjust noncaring THIEVES
There was a wait but the person by the door made my equipment return painless if I agreed not to wait to the reps behind the computers. In and out and no hustle. It was a great way to be able to have some more time for other errands.
I had a very positive experience here. Both times I have been Ive already to get in and out quickly. Guy at the front greeting this day could slow down a little not use as much shorthand voice. Sales rep was excellent. Since Im not switching to anything else this certainly meets expectations

My internet bill went up $15 per month. When I went to this store, I was not let in because of Covid 19. Instead, I was told somebody would call me back when my time came. They did, and when I told them my issue, they said that the promotion I was on was no longer available and that there was no other promotions available. What about the current $39.95 per month for inernet? Thats all I have, and I am now paying over $85 per month. I then asked to talk to a manager, and I was told that I would soon be called. He/she never phoned me back.With the hardships inflicted by Covid 19, Xfinity could care less. This company is intent in charging as much as they want, and their employees could care less about helping their customers. This companys whole business system is geared to making as much money as they can from each customer.Beware of Xfinitys current promotion of $39.95 per month for internet. They will hold this price for you for one year, and then raise your rate. The Xfinity store will not help you, and their telephone customer service is a joke.

Samantha Johnson was my representative, incapable of doing what I asked her to do with my Xfinity account. When a cancellation and a transfer are very two different things and I made that clear. I also asked her to ensure that my equipment was returned, clearly she cant do that either because they are still listed on my account 72 hours later. Horrible customer service.

Hidden fees to cancel and if you accept a promotion at setup it basically makes cancelling your service a nightmare with way more fees. The employees were not very clear at sign up and then rude when we tried to cancel. Never using this service again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! We had a year long contract with these guys, I called almost every month because we lost services so regularly. Sometimes they would fix it, often they would say it will self resolve but a certain time. But they still charged us full price even though we were without services often.Because of this, I have had many interactions with their customer service department. They are also awful. Takes 20 minutes to get past all the prerecorded stuff to talk to someone and that person rarely can fix the problem. I cancelled servicea at the 1 year mark after having faulty services for the last month of our contract. They tried to charge me extra for using services past the contract date. 2 months later I am still fighting with them over 5he extraneous charges they are trying to get from me. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Wow! The best experience Ive ever had with Comcast/Xfinity. We went just to take back our old equipment and were immediately greeted by two associates who even opened the doors for us. We handed over our box of equipment and they told us they would scan the barcodes and send us an email in a couple of weeks. In and out in 2 minutes (although we stayed and walked around for 5 minutes) 😁 I wish all my Xfinity experiences could be as golden as this one. Well done!

We visited highlands ranch location 3times spoke 3different associates to deal with my phone activation. . Each person gave me a new answers or could not figure out the problem. I got my phone upgraded from Samsung premium care which I had no problem with 1time upgrade. Last person Lamar said phone has to be registered first and let us know with registered status. It has been almost 2weejs,no updates, emailed twice but no answer. I ve been ignored and mean time Xfinity takes my service fee out of my account. Deserve zero star!! Im escalating this issue big time and we have been Xfinity customer ever since they opened. What a great service and who is the manager? Or is there a manager exist?
Yes I am yet another person who does not like Comcast but has essentially been stuck with it. Calling their customer service number has mostly led to hours of frustration and unsolved problems. My experience at the Xfinity store has been quite the opposite. Every time Ive come here over the last few years Ive had my problems solved quickly and effectively. Ive actually felt like the employees there care about helping you and they know what theyre doing. This store has been the lone bright spot Comcasts customer service since I became a customer 10 years ago.

Nice people but dont go there for a phone. You end up ripped off by by xfinity mobile same way they rob you for cable service. Got $250 off my phone and told its a good deal then I see the same phone at best buy on same carrier they use for $400 off. Plus the plans at verizon were the same price so I ended up paying g $150 more for the same thing while being told xfinity gives you great deal. Garbage company all around and will never get another phone from them again. The people there are nice enough but they are also nice at best buy and I could have saved $150 of.my hard earned money. Will never recommend then to friends, family or anyone that comes to.my shop for work.
I had to return some equipment here and was about 15-20 mins early for my appointment. That was no problem. They got me in and out super quick even though they were packed.
Went to this location to change out a box and Jason Phou totally messed up our account and nothing worked after leaving there. Luckly we had a technician come out on a sunday and was here for about 3 hours trying to fix the mess. Jason gave us xfinity one box that didnt work . Never again. Idiots work at this location.
I went to the store to return my old equipment - I upgraded to the wireless cable. A simple thing. I was there 40 minutes by the time I left. The process of returning boxes seemed to be rather complex.
This is asking for a rating of the store, not of Comcast services. The store is great, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Wait times can be an issue but you can book an appointment online and skip the wait.Keep the reviews and ratings relevant. If you have an issue with Comcast as a whole it makes no sense to rate this store based on that.
Needed a new remote, staff was friendly and efficient. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Ready location to get in and out of. Pro tip, go to the street to the east to get out, much easier than the main street.
I like Comcast new layout. Multiple seats, water and a tv for entertainment while you wait. They take your name and equipment at the front. There is a screen where you can see where you are in line and what station to go to when its your turn. It makes the wait better. Ive been here twice in the past month and been happy each time.
