Tasty coffee and awesome service. Met the owners son Nick, who was very knowledgeable about the drinks and food, and met his father Jed; a very nice man with a true passion for his coffee shop. An owner who put his blood, sweat, and tears into this company; as a small business owner myself, I understand the challenges, and he’s doing an amazing job at keeping his business going. This will be our local hangout! I highly recommend you try this local coffee shop; they won’t let you down!

Was looking forward to an excellent experience. The time is now 806am and they are still closed. Their hours say they were supposed to be open at 7am. Dark as a dungeon and nobody answers the phone. Website does not even work . Hoping they will show up soon and exceed my expectations.

Popped in for the first time yesterday. Presently surprised by the charm- the adorable pup and friendly service. The highlight however was the iced cold brew- it was PERFECT and quite literally the best cold brew I have ever had- smooth- deep- non acidic- just good stuff.

Was working in the area and looked them up, looked like a nice place to get some work done. Showed up in the middle of their open hours and they were locked up with a closed sign. Hours posted said they should be open and I double checked Google. Need to communicate hours online if youre not going to be open...

Although they dont have a TON of options, the coffee is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is great and a pretty solid place to get some work done in quiet with a nice drink. The family that owns the establishment and the other amazing employees provide great customer service. Friendly, Quick, Delicious. Id recommend the Latin Avalanche its my drink of choice when i go.

Coffee was just not good. nice people, but when he asked how to make an espresso drink that was on their board I knew I should have left. 2 stars for the cute puppy!

Once in a great while, my boyfriend and I will have the same day off - when we do, this is usually the place we go. The coffee is great, and the music is relaxing.Try the Kaladi.Sit down at a table - inside or outside.In a fast city, this is a nice place to slow down.

Twice I’ve showed up to this coffee shop 20 minutes prior to an appointment in the same building. My hope was to grab a quick drink. Each time there was one customer ahead of me who had already paid but not received their order. The individual running the place took 15+ minutes to fulfill 1 or 2 beverage orders and I was never even told hello. Both times I had to leave for my appointment without being served. This business is very slow and does not acknowledge customers in queue.

This place used to be great when the original owners were running it. Since ownership has changed it has gone downhill. The two times I went to grab a coffee on my way to work I waited an unreasonable amount of time (10-15 minutes) for my drink to be made. First time there was a line, only one person working and she seemed overwhelmed. Second time the wait was better but my latte was not made well at all. Stopped by again this past Saturday to give it another chance and it was closed. Theres a sign posting hours and it should be open at 7AM but was not open. With other options for local and chain coffee shops this place wont last much longer. Too bad because it used to be great and still could be with better management.

Our Favorite Local Coffee place. Great staff, fun relaxed, environment. We love taking a few hours and coming to play board games as a family.

Coffee is roasted locally by an award winning roaster. The coffee is not burnt or rancid like so many commercial places. Lots of space to meet friends. I am a near-daily custome since they opened a decade ago. Prices are better than others too. Free refills. Great family owns. Yeah, 5 stars.

Nice atmosphere and extremely friendly service. Thought is was produced comparably too some of the larger chains. Would definitely come back.

This was a neat spot with unique drinks. The steamed vanilla milk drink was a great dessert type drink, but much better than Starbucks. The service was very friendly. Ill make a point to go back when Im in that area

I have never been here before and I was a little lost to begin with. Im assuming the young lady who rang up my order is a student but I am glad she got my questions answered! I really needed a pick me up as I waited for my friend. An older gentleman made my drink and when I got my cup you can tell the favor had sunk to the bottom. I am willing to give this place another visit though because I was able to relax. Plus, Koda (may be misspelled) is so sweet!!!

Always friendly, incredibly sweet people. Relaxing environment, too. I prefer this place over Starbucks! I definitely recommend this shop!

This place has really gone down hill. The burritos used to be amazing like the vegetarian burrito but last time I went they didnt have any. Workers are unenthusiastic and no vibe anymore. The drinks are now just so so.

Ive been there recently and had a cup of latte and burrito. As any small independent business, they should have better management and customer service. Unfortunately, both sides need some improvement.

If you are tired of the over-roasted, underflavored chain coffee houses, give this place a try. Great coffee drinks, nice selection of food items, and a friendly staff come together to create a great experience. I used to live near here, but went for the first time (actually the first TWO times) while back in Colorado for a Christmas holiday visit. Highly recommended.

I come here for live music on Saturday mornings. Staff is friendly although a bit inexperienced. I wish they have more breakfast/brunch options, but its a great place for a weekend morning coffee and chill.

Love love love this place and ladies that work there. A bit overpriced but since I work in the building I get a small discount. Go visit, daily drink specials, fresh hot/cold drinks. The veggie breakfast burrito and grilled cheese panini are my favorites

Wow...my entire family and I were planning on going to Carino Coffee when we visit Centennial in 2 weeks, until now. Pay your employees, and treat them with dignity and respect. The words you chose to use withYour employees is simply disgusting. Until then, I will tell everyone I know to avoid this establishment.

They offer soy hot cholocate with cimm. Their bake goods are fresh! The server is friendly and offer some free taste simples.

Just got here on a Monday at 8:45am and the place is closed. Supposed to meet someone here and that is ruined. Not dependable I guess. Try to come at your own risk.

I think they have new owners. The staff is different and the menu items have changed. The vibe has also changed. I hope they pick the momentum back up.

Really wanted to like this place but was just ok. Not the greatest, staff are nice.

I was considering going here but it really concerns me that every comment the owner disagrees with seems to be under investigation by his legal team. There seems to be a lot of people saying the same thing about not paying workers and being racist. Im all for standing up for yourself but threatening to sue people on google reviews seems really petty and immature. Ill take my business elsewhere because the owner seems like a psycho.

Very frustrated. I waited 20 minutes for a egg and cheese bagel sandwich, had to leave to get to work. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Love your products but the workers need to be more on top of the service.

I found this coffee bistro last weekend and loved it! It was warm, cozy and welcoming. They had a couple of guys playing music, the coffee choices were extensive and the pastries were yummy. I had a Kaladi latte, which had subtle tones of vanilla and creme de cocoa allowing the rich, sweet coffee taste to come through.This a great local business that gets involved with various groups in the community near Southlands. I will be back!

Dropped by this place today to do some work and was very impressed. It is very cozy, has really good coffee, and the barristas are very friendly. They do not play loud music as it seems starbucks is keen to do these days. I was able to just sit down and focus on my work. I had a specialty latte and was also very impressed with it. I didnt try the food but will next time and update here. I do recommend this place though.

I have been coming to Carinos since 2009 (admittedly, less frequently since management traded hands) but I wont be coming back. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and after waiting 15 minutes asked how much longer it would be. The young woman working informed me breakfast sandwiches typically take 5 - 10 minutes to make. I waited another 15 minutes and, after watching another customer--who had come in well after I did--receive a breakfast sandwich, requested a refund. Though the employee did ask why I wanted a refund, her attitude was poor and her apology was blatantly insincere. This employee had numerous opportunities to address the situation, as I approached the counter twice and was in clear view of her station, but failed to demonstrate basic customer service. I cannot express how disappointed I am to no longer feel inclined to support a small business due to their extremely poor business practice.

The staff at Carinos is superb. They can make anything, hot, cold, blended, fancy or whip on top. There is plenty of room to move around and perfect for meeting friends or clients. I highly recommend Carinos for every day of the week!

I come here as often as I can for coffee, they have wonderful seasonal lattes, and the staff is amazing. Its warm cozy and the perfect place to have a coffee while waiting for any of the other services at the bridge centers.

I am obsessed with this place, however the young employees like to close the shop 30mins to an hour early. I am not okay with that. Dont be lazy. I was very disappointed twice already.

My cousin and I went to starbucks first (neither of us are coffee shop goers.) We were not too fond of the crowded loud vibe. We were looking for more of a laid back environment. We found that here. A beautiful amazing live band and they even have some bomb ass empanadas. Their coffee was way better then starbucks and the service was phenomenal. Great energy great people just adore the place.
