I had installed new water purifier system in 2020. Superior water is very professional and follwup for any concerns. A recent issue was rectified correctly and they were prompt in service.

We had several plumbers come out for a water softener install quote at my residence. They all stated they would have to put several holes in our finished basement ceiling except for Superior. We went with superior and the install went awesome. Shane and his crew did an awesome job install and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! They didn’t have the fixture color we wanted for our RO water tap, so they even offered to install one with another finish and come back and replace it once they get the new part in stock. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Shane is a true professional. He was able to redesign a sub par install of our water softening system, and took the time to explain every aspect and answer all our questions. 5 stars!

We used Superior Water and Air to install a water softener at our new house. Other vendors said the could not get our whole house onto the softened system as the water main was a ways away from the utility room and the would have to make significant cuts in the ceiling to make it happen.Shane was able to not only get the whole house on the water softener, but did it without cutting any holes in our basement ceiling.5 Stars, great guys and a great company. Ill use them again for future plumbing needs.

The team at Superior Water has been exceptional to work with. The technician Joseph is extremely professional and friendly. I decided to install the water softener to the cold water after the initial installation. Shane (master plumber) was happy to install it at a later date at no cost. I love these guys! Theyre professional, friendly, punctual and responsive. We had Shane, Elliott, and the rest of his team (didnt catch the 3rd techs name but was equally professional and friendly) install our water softener and reverse osmosis systems in both our old home and our newly purchased home.We had a very small leak issue, but as soon as I notified them, they have been completely on it. Patrick was most responsive in checking out an Alert Text report from our Eco Water System. The system sent an alert that we had used twice the amount of water as normal in a 24-hour period. We feared we had a leak. In reality, No Problem. We had washed 2 loads of clothes on a Monday instead of on the regular Tuesday wash day. The Eco Water Softener System software/app really tracks consumption with fine tooth comb detail. :-)

Great service. I really like my system. I have delicious reverse osmosis in my kitchen, which is as clean and pure as Smart Water. I also have a WiFi-connected refiner system in the basement which cleans the water for the whole house and removes particulates. I can open an app and see my daily and monthly water usage. I get an alert if there’s a constant flow for a long time—it’s protection against plumbing leaks and flooding. Highly recommended.

I recently had a water softener and reverse osmosis package installed. The first gentleman John, who was very nice and helpful, came out and explained everything to us and we went forward with purchasing. The install technicians were Shane and Elliot. These guys were very professional and knowledgeable. I was worried with my house that they would need to cut dry wall and run extension cords, but Shane made it happen without any issue. Great company to work with! They take very good care of their customers. We got them to install softener and RO system we bought through Costco. They did great work. During remodel, plumbing company mixed up connection on our RO system and damaged the RO membrane. Superior came and fixed everything and re-sanitized the system. Did fantastic job!

Just had a water softener system for my house as well as a RO system installed for our drinking water . The experience was great. Everything was installed just the way it was suppose to and they installed a bypass so my lawn wont get watered with conditioned softened water. Everything was hooked up and started and they explained how everything worked and cleaned up behind them selves. Very happy with the service we received and happy that Costco decided to use ecowater systems and superior water and air to install. We purchased a reverse osmosis water filtration system from Superior. After doing a lot of research we felt their Ecosystem water filter was the best on the market. Their Water Treatment Professional, John Dean, came out to our house and helped us pick the best system for our needs and didnt try to oversell us on features we didnt need. Shane, the master plumber who did the installation did a great job and was very courteous and careful with the mask and gloves during these trying times. We got a water refinery installed at our home. The experience was great from start to finish. Shane the installer was great. Had a great experience with Ray! Had an estimate on Tuesday and got everything installed on Friday. Quick, easy, & professional. Got everything schedule through Costco and got 15% cash back! Water test was a scary thing since we have been drinking out of the tab for years. Had no idea how gross our water really was. Excited to start using our new spout and it really looks nice on our existing sink. They had to drill a hole to fit it & installation was a breeze. Took 45 minutes to have safe healthy water. Would highly recommend!

Ray did the installations of a big blue filter, water softener, and reverse osmosis filter for us. He knew his stuff, and did a great job. We did have a minor drip at one of the reverse osmosis connections, but he gave me his personal number to call if a problem, and came out right away to fix.

Sean even helped me with leaking shower while he was here & only charged me for parts. ( Much appreciated as we were at our wits end with that shower leak ). Our water softener installed is top of the line, remote monitoring with it to.measure water usage and rock levels. The water tastes really good, if possible to believe and super clear! Had our annual water softener and RO service accomplished by Joseph. He was phenomenal!!. He noticed the original installers did a substandard job and did not install valves on either side of the big blue carbon filter, so he fixed that. He also mounted our other two filters and membrane to the wall (original installers just placed them on the floor). We also had him install a pump to increase the water pressure of the RO and ice maker (overpriced in my opinion at $250, but works great).If you need service done by Superior Water, definitely request Joseph. You will be impressed!! He also wore his mask the entire time and was very respectful of social distancing.

Superior Water and Air installed our EcoWater Purification and Conditioner/ Refiner System, which we purchased through Costco. Service was prompt and courteous, and the installation went very well. My husband and I just purchased a water softener and reverse osmosis filter for our home, through Costcos Recommended Contractor - Superior Water & Air. Marcus came out to talk to us about the units and their products and to consult with how we may be able to fit a softener into the cramped basement. Marcus took a good and well thought out look and asked Master Plumber Shane to swing by the next day to be sure we could install the softener. Shane came by, and with a lot of knowledge of both the softener unit and in his field. Shane answered some tough questions and explained things quite well, my husband and I understood. We were able to quickly grab and appointment and two master plumbers (Shane and Sean) came out to fit our systems in tight spaces. They were very smart and gave us good instructions on how to use and monitor our new products, before leaving the job site. We have been using Superior Water for almost 5 years. They did a great job on the install. When we need service they are very prompt and professional.

Shane with Superior Water is amazing! I had a plumber install a tankless water heater in my house as part of bathroom remodel. It never worked properly and made loud noises when igniting. The original guy made some adjustments but never worked as well as tankless water heaters should.Another plumber came out a year later but he just flushed our lines and it still worked intermittently. Then almost 2 years later, it stopped igniting completely. I found Superior on Rheems website as an authorized repair company. When I explained the situation to the woman who answered the phone, she was very helpful and said she would put me in contact with the master plumber. Shane came right out and quickly diagnosed the problem was a propane gas unit was installed and not a natural gas unit. After no replies from the original plumber, Shane came back out and installed the correct unit and worked with Xcel to get me the increase in gas that tankless water heaters require and worked with my city inspector to rush my permit. I now have a quiet and efficient tankless water heater. So happy! Superior is really superior!

They presented without trying to bend any truths or convince us of benefits that werent present (the company prior to them literally claimed the clean water could cure cancer), so the honesty was deeply encouraging. They even pointed out the errors in the previous presenters information.The installation was smooth and effective. The gentleman who did it was extremely knowledgeable and very positive to work with. He made certain that we were well informed when it came to what our system did, how it did it, and what was required of us over time.Over the lifetime, so far, weve called Superior out twice to deal with issues. The wasnt theirs in either case and theyve never hesitated to put their services to the task of making things better.My experience with plumbing companies is limited to two, and this is by far the Superior. Alright, thats corny, and theyre still the best Ive met at what they do. You cant go wrong.

It was time for our annual water system check up. Superior Water and Air was very responsive. They set a 2 hour window only a couple of days out. James called us about 10 minutes prior to arrival, arrived early in the two hour window, was knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. He took care of our kitchen reverse osmosis system as well as the whole house system. He showed me how to reset the monitor, if necessary and was patient and helpful when answering all of my questions. I highly recommend them as well as James!

Shane and Dennis were great! I had a leaky toilet in my rental and couldn’t get there to troubleshoot or fix it. Shane immediately set us up for service and was such a treat to work with and Dennis was super quick, professional and tidy. Having dealt with unreliable /sloppy plumbers before I was a little skeptical but they were so quick, nice and clean. I imagine I will use them again if needed.
