Be careful they will provide services in charge you for them without getting permission. They called me and told me about some problems with my vehicle when I got there they already done the work and charged me for it and I never asked for them to do that. An extra 140 bucks that I didn’t want to spend. To replace some lightbulbs.

I preordered a 2021 Polaris Ranger Northstar Ultimate Crew from a dealership that Young Powersports bought and my preorder didnt get transferred for some reason. Friendly staff but reepairs and service told me i didnt need an appointment just bring it in. Re0airs were made timely but after an upgraded tail light i didnt approve of didnt connect. A adaper harness was ordered taking another week came in on sat now im told my last piece to be done has to wait because an apptm. Takes priority. So now an hrs worth work has to wait potentially days
I buy almost anything vehicle related from the young automotive group so buying my rzr I already knew I was going to young powersports but when it came time to have the first service done I of course chose young because of my past experiences with the company but young powersports centerville has fell short of those pass experiences in the service department was told when dropping it off a week ago it would be ready in a week and as of today it will not be ready until Monday which I already call Wednesday and they confirmed it would be ready today.

I called these guys and ask them if they had a part that I needed and they said that they did. I told him that I was going to drive down there and buy it right then. I got there about 30 minutes later. When I got there they said that they had just sold it. My suggestion to them would be that if you are down to one part left and you have someone call in ask them if they would like you to put it on hold. I would’ve happily made the payment over the phone.

Excellent customer service! I only needed a minor adjustment and minimal fine tuning to make my motorcycle run more smoothly at elevation, coming from sea level. Adjustments were made quickly and the bike has never run this well. The staff was friendly and eager to answer all of my questions, giving me piece of mind and allowing me to be a more educated owner and rider. A huge thank you to Tri-City Performance!

I had gotten myself into a major bind trying to install some electronic equipment on my Victory motorcycle. After 10 hrs, I decided to throw in the towel and seek an expert. I called Kurt in Service, he knew exactly what I was talking about and he said I could bring it right in. He had it installed (properly) and running like a Champ in about an hour.Awesome service dept. They also informed me I had a recall I should have repaired and to call them at my earliest convenience to have that work done. There is another Victory Dealership closer to my house, but these guys have my business and gratitude!
Sales staff was fine but their service department needs serious attention. They’re completely useless and unbelievably rude. They have no interest in helping you even if you have a simple question. Take your service needs elsewhere!
As Victory dealers all over are packing it in and unloading the last remnants of Polaris red-headed stepchild, Tri-Cities seems dedicated to helping Victory riders stay on the road with gear, parts, and service. Great selection of bikes, and talking to Nick (cool guy, looking forward to do business with him in the future), they dont plan on leaving their showroom empty any time soon. I will be back to spend more money.

I had a bad experience with another local dealer/service department and decided to call Tri City for a second opinion. I am glad I did. They went the extra mile and fought for me when it came to some warranty work I had done. Great experience with Tracy and the service department. They have definitely earned my business.
Costumer service at their service department is absolutely horrible. The employee at the service desk acted annoyed the second I started telling him what noise my four wheeler is making. I had brought my four wheeler to them a few weeks ago and they couldnt find anything wrong with it. So I took a video of the four wheeler making the noise while running it in the mountains to show him. He didnt care to see it. And basically told me he didnt know what to tell me. And acted like he didnt care to have his mechanics look further into the issue.
Called to get a recall done on my Rzr. The parts were not in stock and they called me back a few days later and said they were in and ready to be put on my machine. Setup an appointment, took it in and was out the door within 10 minutes. Zero downtime! Thanks Tri-City! Top notch service!

My bike broke down on me while I was riding, I stopped by the shop to see whats wrong and I received an amazing service. They identified the problem immediately and offered a quick fix. They even fixed one my tail lights that was broken without me asking. The issue was fixed within half an hour even though they were super busy and they didnt charge me anything.

Called to try and get 3 machines in for the POLARIS RECALL And was told because I didnt purchase it from them that I was not a priority and they wouldnt perform the service on my machines for 2-3 months. Bad customer service if you ask me. Will not even look at this company when Im ready to purchase more toys.
Phenomenal experience. This was my first time into Tri-City with a broken RZR Turbo. The parts, and service department were absolutely amazing! Saved me a few hundred dollars and were happy to get me right in and get all my recalls taken care of while it was getting fixed. I didnt expect this type of treatment since it wasnt purchased through them because alot of dealerships treat you differently if that is the case but not these guys. I truly was pleased with the communication and how fast and well they took care of me.I would highly recommend them and will be return for future services.

Gotta give a HUGE shout out to #tricityperformance ! Just traded my 2011 900 xp for a 2018 XPT4. Wow! Love the machine but love the Sales and service I recieved from the entire Dealership. The parts guys even helped drag my million accessories I got out to the truck. Skid plate harnesses street kit and many other things! Top Notch Dealer . Trish took care of everything. Easiest purchase experience Ive had. Even had a slight misshap where the coil connector came off at 5.8 miles. They were trying to help me on Sunday! Cant put a price on Good People treating you as such.
This dealership. Trish in particular. Is worse than dealing with a cable or cell phone company. They give a new meaning to poor customer service. Not only are they rude, arrogant and demeaning. Trish will lie to your face. DO NOT use this dealer. If you are in the market for a Polaris product. Do yourself a favor. Drive to Toole and deal with Steadmans.

We were referred to Tri-City by a friend and are so glad we took their advice. The entire staff was amazing to work with. They didnt try to force any additions on us and really listened to what we were interested in. They got us an amazing machine at a great price. I was having quite a few issues with my atv, one being a gas leak . Being that this is the first time I have owned and Atv I was at a loss. Lonnie took the time to go over everything with me .I decided to leave my atv with him to have the repairs done .Im so happy I did . Its now a few months later, and my atv is still running like a champ. Best dealer hands down. After a fire in our RZR that was 9 months old that we bought from another dealer, we contacted that dealer located in northern Utah and Polaris. After months of an investigation polaris said it was that far north dealer that caused the fire and polaris would not help. I was dumb founded and surprised by polaris lack of concern and was never buying a polaris product again. Then a talked to Trish, Loni and the great people at Tri City. The assured me they would build me a new machine and make this whole situation as good as they could. Trish helped us design and build the best looking car out there! Loni, chad, Tracy and the guys killed the build! The attention to detail and the quality of installation is A+ 1st rate! Do not make the mistake i made and buy a machine from a dealer that ia giving you the cut rate prices that are way lower then the others your machine might light on fire with your family inside it like ours, instead stick with this quality, respectable, proffessional company! TRI CITY Performance has been awful to deal with when it comes to the Service Department. We wont take our Sportsman 570 there anymore. The Technican we have dealt with really needs a Customer Service class.The Service dept people are not happy to see you when you arrive or happy when you return weeks to months later to pick up your vehicle. They dont look things over with you at drop off or pick up. There is NO COMMUNICATION at all with these people. They want to do the least possible to remedy the problem.Really anyone can sell you a vehicle because if you want it and the price is right youll buy it.The REAL TEST is how do you treat your customers after the sale. Tri city performance scores a zero for customer service in the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Wish I would of seen these reviews before, because the people complaining about no communication are telling the truth. I have sent a letter to Polaris also making them aware of how terrible the service is.

Great dealership, they seem really knowledgeable. However my favorite thing about them is that I usually call dealerships that are closer to me first, but every time I talk to them they have to order the parts in. When I call tri-city they always seem to have the parts in stock for my sled.
Good dealer, service department is one of the best around. Not a fan of the parts departments mark up- I usually order my parts from rocky mtn atv Mc at cost and take them in when I need service.

If I were to rate this company on customer service and communication I would only give them 1 star out of 5. I am very disappointed and upset with this companies communication and follow through. We took our 800 Rzr to them to have some work done. Our Rzr seemed like it was starving for fuel. Whenever it got hot we would shut it off to cool but would have trouble getting it to start again. We had to wait several minutes for it to cool before it would start up. We explained that to the clerk at Tri-City Performance. They explained to us that they were a little behind and that it will be a few days before they could look at our rzr. We understood and told them that would be fine. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them,we decided to reach out to them. They decided to put a new computer in it without our consent. We gave them 2 numbers to call us and we heard nothing. It was 6 weeks before we got it back. They took it upon themselves and ordered part without consulting with us first. The part was the computer and ran a whopping $750.00. We were glad too have out back and excited try it. So we took it out the weekend after we picked it up to test it and it ran worse than before. On our way home from our weekend we returned the rzr and told them it wasnt fixed to put our old computer back or refund some of our money. They told us no they couldnt due to the fact that the $750 computer was used. So instead they threw more parts at it and it still wasnt fixed, on top off charging us another $270. Then told us the next step was to pull the motor. We said hell no and brought it home. Once home we cut off all our accessories, and cleaned every plug. Took it out it still seemed a little ruff, but ran a lot better. We decided to check the fuel pressure ourselves and it was 3500 when it should have been 3900 to 4200. We called Tri-City and asked if they checked the fuel pressure. The person we spoke with did not know and did not have any time to check the notes in the computer. So we decided to change the fuel pump ourselves which was another $360. Took it out this weekend and it ran like a dream. Had no problems. The hard part about this is that you seen to be at there mersey. Money is tight and we could have saved a lot of trouble and money with just a phone call.I am disappointed in the communication,follow through and customer service from tri-city and wanted too make sure no one else gets taken for a loop.

Service department is terrible. Ive tried to deal with Chad on a couple of different occasions. Both times, I felt that he was rude and dishonest. It is a shame that he treats people like this as it surely drives business away. I will be purchasing multiple machines in the future but not from Tri-City. Someone should tell Chad he is hurting this business or put him somewhere he doesnt have to interact with customers.
