The quality of products, layout of store and selection.I would like to give a shout out to Mac. Tonight I came in looking for treat bags. I stopped at the Guest Services Department where three girls were gathered talking. I asked them if they knew if you carried treat bags for popcorn balls. Yes. I was then told to go down the aisle to the back of the store, and look through the items there. I walked back and met an employee, Mac, and asked the same question. She said Ill take you to them. Viola! She found them. Excellent Customer Service! Thank you Mac. It would have been so nice if one of the three would have walked back with me. Not a big deal, but just nice to have someone take me right to them. I was in a hurry.

Heidi was amazing. She helped me with the rewards card and was so nice and I just want to send a shout out to her. Thank you so much Heidi for being an amazing person! You are the best! And you made my trip to Utah special. I live in Maryland and dont get that kind of service here.

10/29/21 2:30pm Every single time I come into this store I always encounter friendly team members. I recently had to put my dog down, which was horrible of course. My other pup had an appt for grooming at PetSmart and to cheer myself up a bit I went over to Target. Bella in the dressing room area was so friendly, helpful and bubbly. Susanne (short red hair) was so sweet and helpful as well. When going over to customer service to see if the store manager was available to let them know how great their team is every single person there was just incredibly sweet, helpful and personable. The day I needed it the most, Target and Target’s team definitely made my day an amazing day. I even cried tears of joy :) thank you so much. Centerville Target is my fave :) xoxo

Do not go here. 0/10. I was minding my business and was considering buying a shirt. Then, like we all do, I got tired of holding it so I placed it in my bag. I did not walk out of the store, I simply was walking around the store doing my shopping. After I was done browsing, I decided not to get the shirt. I was in the middle of putting it back when an incredibly rude employee informed me that I needed to leave because she “saw everything” and knows I was “stealing.” I told her that was not the case as she could clearly see I was putting it back. She still said that I was stealing and needed to leave. It was an extremely rude encounter and I was offended that I was being accused of a crime that she very clearly could see I wasn’t stealing. I am hurt by the lack of understanding and the rudeness that occurred today. Please do not waste your time going here unless you would like to be accused for a crime you didn’t commit.

This is one of out favorite TARGET stores in Northern Salt Lake City, Utah... If you get a chance visit SLC dont forget to stop at this super clean and trendy TARGET.

For the most part I love shopping here but whenever I buy food items I have to be so careful about the dates because I see expired food on their shelves all the time. I just bought turkey bacon that said used by May 13 well that’s two weeks over expired date and it was still on the shelf. Eggs were one day away from there the yogurt always have to check it because it’s usually past the day. I will just need to stick to Harmons for grocery shopping I guess and use target for other things that don’t expire

Its quick and easy and honestly way better than Walmart! Your workers are so efficient!

Super Target is legit. Is there even a better store to shop at? Seriously, if they don’t have it all here, you don’t need it. Groceries, clothes, home decor, electronics, etc... it’s a convenient store to visit for a big shopping trip, or just the quick one-off items. As always, it’s worth stopping to shop here.

Never get food here. Things ALWAYS have mold, things go expired. They are horrible with updating their inventory, I’ve never had an issue at other targets but everytime I shop or do Shipt, I literally leave with only half of my items because they don’t do their inventory well. I don’t think I’ll shop at this one, sad too because I only live 5 minutes away but I’d rather travel then get moldy, expired and not get what I went for.

This is a Super Target location with a larger than usual selection youll find at a smaller Target including a full grocery section. This is a good one stop shopping spot where you can buy groceries, pet supplies, toys, clothing, gifts, and electronics all in one outing. The prices and quality are better than average and the customer service is good. This location in particular hasnt been remodeled like many other locations in Salt Lake and is showing some age though not terribly. Extremely convenient location right off I15.

Everyone is so nice, the store was immaculate (not like ours in Yakima wa). 10/10 would shop again!

Target curbside has been amazing. I dont know that I could ever do without again. It simple. Shop on line and pay, target tells you when its ready, you tell them when you are on your way and then you tell them when you arrive then within a minute or two theyre at your door. You show them a code threw your window and pop your trunk they put your purchases in and close your trunk.. LOVE IT!!!!

We went on a Monday night around 9:00pm. It was not very busy but when we went to check out there was a little bit of a line for the self check out area we did not have to wait long. The aisles at target are quite wide so there is room for multiple carts. You can always find what you need (and also things you dont really need). All in all a great place to shop. Highly recommend. Also the cart we used was the best cart ever it was so quiet and glided so well.

This is a great target location! Employees are always friendly and I can always find what Im looking for. Even if I cant, the employees will help me! They even did a complete remodel of the whole store recently so it looks nice and new!

For the most part, I really like this Target. Their Drive-Thru Order Pickup is super quick, and I’ve never had an issue returning any items, or with any purchases.The only issue I’ve noticed is that while some of the younger employees are great and friendly, others seem to be pretty immature. Multiple times I’ve heard them talk poorly about customers while other customers could hear them, and sometimes they have been so busy laughing and joking with other employees that they won’t greet customers, and seem annoyed if a customer has a question or needs help.

The staff was very patient while I had a complicated check out. Brielle specifically was very patient and willing to take the extra time needed in order to understand what I needed.

Best shopping experience in area. Love bringing the kiddos here and seems to be the best place to keep a distance from others. Staff is great and helpful

Got stopped twice in one week to see if I was shop lifting. Ive been going to this target for years, multiple times a week. I dont know if policy changed, but its embarrassing being searched in front of everyone after I just went through self check out ans clearly scanned my two items.

To order pick up they send me to a long line of people returning items, told me I could cancel my order otherwise, which I did.Be careful with expired food.Recently 06/22/2021Bought ranch dressing from Target brand was expired the month before, it was awful when tated it, thats when we check expiration expiration dates

I really enjoy the clean and simple experience and brand inclusion that I feel when shopping at Target. I am a Target groupie, and I am totally fine with that!

Clean restrooms and well labeled products.

Because its so easy to find what I need.

The greeter was the worst ever. She spoke to every white person that came through the door except me when I was trying to grab a kart. She even spoke to the people behind me. Target isnt changing their policies they just sweeping them under the rug. My cashier was nice and apologetic. I walked past and again the same greeter told the people have a nice day and rolled her eyes at me. Target you guys are awful.

The lady that did my return was very rude to me I called earlier in the day to see what the return policy was cause I couldnt find my receipt mind you I had my phone on speaker at work and my co workers were listening because they wanted to know as well I dont really shop at target and the few times I did I never had to return anything so the lady on the phone told me that I could return the stuff I had and get cash or a target card and I made very clear I couldnt find my receipt so after work I went into target to return the stuff I got and I didnt get the lady name because I was mad of the way she was treating me she told me okay I will put the 86 dollars on your card with a nasty attuide I told her that I spoke to someone earlier and they told me I could get cash back and she said no that person did not tell you that and rudely handed me the card this was the worst experience I have ever had how are you gonna tell me what that person told me she could of explained the return policy to be me or could of been nice I wasnt trying to argue with her but I was told one thing and then rudely told another thing I will never return to this target again I always go to Walmart and that is where I will go for now on atleast the employee know what they doing and are very nice

I like shopping at Target but this Target will overcharge you. I have several experiences where the price of an item is listed as one price but at the register it scans at a higher price. Today I picked up several packs of crackers for $2.99 each but at the register the items scanned for $4.69 each. Ridiculous! The cashier was nice enough to adjust the price but if you dont keep an eye out you will be charged more. Oh and check out this pricing for Ritz crackers. How is it that sale price is more than the regular price of the item?

NEVER NEVER NEVER buy a gift card from Target! And if you do, make absolutely sure that the activation code on the back of the gift card matches the code on the receipt.Buying gift cards makes me nervous. All too often, they somehow are not “activated.” Most stores are aware of this problem, so when you take in your receipt, they will activate the questionable gift card(s). Except for massive, billion dollar Target with the high tech camera systems- they’ll just take your money and accuse you of stealing the card!I bought my niece an iTunes gift card for her birthday because that is what she asked for. Target was an easy stop at the time, but what a massive mistake!The nightmare began approximately a month after my niece’s birthday when she tried to use the gift card.  The card said it was “not activated” and told her to take the card back to the store where it was purchased. On this particular night, I went with her and had the receipt in hand. At the customer service counter, we explained the situation. The 1st customer service agent asked another girl to help. The 2nd girl blamed iTunes and told us to call iTunes. Which we did and iTunes turned us back to the store. The 2nd customer service agent then got a manager who began to get angry. Eventually he told us to hang on and left, only to return with the loss prevention manager. The loss prevention manager proceeded to loudly explain (so the whole front portion of the store could hear) that I had gotten the gift card from their store but I had not paid for the gift card. She sent me away saying there was nothing she could do for me. I asked, “so I’m just out the $25?” Again she reiterated that I had taken the gift card without paying for it. Target loudly accused me of stealing a $25 iTunes gift card without bothering to look it up on their high tech surveillance system (in which they clearly have no faith) to see that I had paid for the gift card. I have now given this billion dollar company $50 for a $25 dollar iTunes gift card, and  my dignity. Since that day, I have not been able to find a single iTunes gift card for sale in any Target stores. This leads me to believe this was a common problem that forced them to pull iTunes gift cards from their shelves. The moral of the story: DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM TARGET!

Target is the BEST! I love the decorations and cute clothes that they offer! If I was rich I would go there every day and just buy out the whole stock of magnolia products! :)

This is one of my favorite target locations! Associates are always helpful and kind. The remodel makes it very easy to wander and find things I didnt even know I was looking for!!

I had excellent customer service from a young man named Echo in Electronics. He was kind, quick, so knowledgeable, and efficient. He educated us on Xbox products and got us checked out quickly! He was great.

Employee Colton was talking about a customer right in front of them and laughing at them. When I approached him he just laughed and said “I don’t care. Tell my boss if you want. He’s right there.” Zero cares for his job or customer service. Absolutely horrible.

I loved target until I had to order online. They had ordered me 3 shirts that were only online items. They had them delivered to this store so I could easily pick them up. Once UPS had said my order was delivered to this store they couldnt find my order anywhere! My husband has been waiting and Im on the phone with him now its been 45 minutes. Im so irritated. They said this happens all the time. They need a new system. A worker named Turner received the items at the front desk. And its no where to be found! So irritated.

The Indian girl that wipes the carts, (right as you walk in) is friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and organized.

Changed my review from one star to five stars. This store has changed dramatically over the past few months. The store is incredibly clean and organized, and VERY well stocked even during our crisis. The employees greeted me upon my arrival with a smile and made sure I needed to get where I needed to find my items.

Ive found the Custom Service to be lacking. I once bought some items online and opted for an in store pickup. About 2 weeks after the pickup I noticed I did not receive all of my items (the bag was in my car). I then called to report the missing items and the associate who helped me seemed very put out. She very curtly told me that she would allow me to come back to the store to pickup those items that I previously paid for and that I really need to check the bags next time.Obviously I should have checked the bags, but they obviously should have given me all my items in the first place.What she could have said is oh shoot, sorry for the inconvenience, next time it would really help us out if you checked the order during pickup.This specific instance is somewhat small and insignificant but it has put a bad taste in my mouth.

I enjoy this target.. staff seems friendly and helpful.. bathrooms could use a little work but I like coming here.

After the renovation: They shrunk the store by putting up a useless wall. Removing the majority of their grocery section. Shelves arent stocked the majority of the time. They removed the cold bar for all the drinks. Got rid of the food court and replaced it with a starbucks when theres literally one a parking lot away. They removed the south self-checkout location. Items are all over the place. The isles are much smaller and more cramped. The new modern look is nice. Unfortunately with all the things theyve removed doesnt make up for it. Very disappointing. Whoever decided on the new design and removing items made a poor choice.

I love target I shop here all the time. But today I seen a van door open on someone van. I take a picture of the plate so I could one of the workers it so that it could be announced. I heard them let the workers in the dressing area know that it needs to be announced not once did I hear it so then I went and told another worker. They told the dressing room again. An yet again I did not hear it announced. That really disappoints me that no one announced it . Like this is someones vehicle that could of gotten stolen on. 😲😠

I love Target stores. They have good clearance, cute close, and fun home decor. One of my favorite places to find holiday decorations as well. My biggest complaint is there are Never Enough checkout lines I always have to wait more than 5 minutes to get checked out

I did curbside, and wife needed to run in to get 1 thing. I was asked to move because they were so busy, yet the 4 spots only ever had 1 other car besides me.

After not finding what I was looking for at another store, I came to Target. Their staff were available, helpful and friendly and I was able to get what I was looking for. The store has been remodeled, which made it hard for me to look for things, but once I was oriented, they had what I needed.

Target is a must go! They have everything I need in one store, food, clothes, electronics and toys. The quality of items is great!

The employees and managers at the Centerville store are the worst. Very disrespectful, not helpful or accommodating, no smiles or pleasantries, and today my family was treated like criminals because we dared ask for an exception to the no returns policy (a toy we had bought the same day was defective and all we needed was a refund - not asking for the item to be returned). It has become a very unpleasant experience to shop at the Centerville Target, and plan on avoiding it from here on out.

This Target location offers great customer service. The employees always greet you while youre walking around to check on how youre doing, and if you need help with anything. Their in-store pickup team is amazing. They guarantee your online order to be ready in 2 hours if placed before 7pm. They have had all of my online order ready within a half hour and sometimes within minutes! The store is maintained and kept as best as possible. My family and I seem to live at this store.

This Target is really well stocked and recently renovated. They have a lot of stock to choose from and very helpful staff.

I got a first birthday cake and smash cake. Aimee is one of my best friends. The cakes she did exceeded my expectation I love them. I highly recommend get your cakes here.

This store has gone down hill since its reno.Employees just standing around idly chit chatting. Pointless addition of a Starbucks, massive reduction in grocery stock. Was once a great place to shop, now not so much.

We shop at Target for a variety of products. The store has recently been remodeled. We appreciate the community support that target gives.

Superb friendly staff, and very accepting of my support dog (in training) that I have brought into their store. Never have I felt unwelcome, and I LOVE the variety of products they have a available. Very natural and organic product base, but they also carry your typical generic items. Super awesome!

Convenient, ease of transaction, availability of merchandise. I looked everywhere for a gold soccer ball for my daughter for Christmas. Everywhere I looked was either out of stock or very long shipping times. Luckily, the Centerville store had one left on hand. I was able to pay right then online, securing my purchase. It was super convenient to be able to walk in and they had my item all ready to go.

They have lots of wonderful items to choose from. I have a hard time with the clothing as I am tall and have a long torso and they make everything for girls like they are 50. I cant buy clothing here or it will show my belly button or butt cheeks. They have really nice trendy furniture and housewares and offer a great grocery store and fun holiday items. They should try to be a little more competitive in pricing as walmart is across the street.

Love everything about this store. Great prices, great clothes, great food. Its sad we have to travel over an hour to go to this store, really wish Logan would get one.

Complete ease!! I found EXACTLY what I wanted, both brand AND style online. The items were in stock. I ordered them as in-store pick up. They were available in about an hour and I picked them up shortly thereafter. My wait time in the store was less than one minute! Outstanding service all the way around!! Thank you!

This particular location is a Super Target. Along with the CVS pharmacy, clothing, home decor, kitchen supplies, electronics, and toys, they also have a full grocery section. There is also a small Cafe with a variety of food options. They have helpful staff, clean restrooms and aisles, and lots of good lighting. Plenty of free parking for patrons. The prices are very reasonable.

Fast- I ordered and an hour later it was ready. I waited in a short line and had my package within minutes. I really appreciated that when I had 2 small kids with me

I do not support businesses that require masks. I will drive to different counties to do so.

The employees here are obviously unhappy. During my 30 venture to this Target store, I didn’t see a single smile on an employees face. They were not eager to help customers and were bothered when someone dared to ask a question. I heard two employees gossiping about the customers and how annoyed they were. And the cashier was flat out rude! I left her line to self checkout so I wouldn’t be a bother to her. How sad is that?!

Great store, great mobile app, and good customer service. The restrooms are terrible though. I dread having my 3 year old tell me he has to use the restroom while we are there. Other than that, it’s great.

Employees are not wearing masks properly and not enforcing the masks. I saw an employee sneeze on product while putting it away today while their mask was not covering their nose or mouth.

My online order was filled as ordered, and I was able to pick it up IMMEDIATELY at the store later that afternoon. The easiest purchase I ever made. Thank you.

Better than Walmart. Its red!

Ive always been a bit of a Target snob. I have the Target App (complete with Cartwheel) and of course I signed up for the RedCard. Since moving to my current home, I have gone out of my way to shop at this location. They have the best selection of all the Targets in the county. The staff are friendly and when you go in often enough, they start to recognize you and ask about your life.

They had everything I needed. The workers were so helpful and kind.

Convenience! I like being able to swing by and not unloading all my kids to get things and its FREE!!!!

I selected this score, because the associate I dealt with today was incredibly rude. I came to target today, because of the Black Friday sale. I saw there were little card holders on sale for $3.00 I was super excited so I snagged it quickly because it was exactly what I was looking for, I went to go check out and it rang up for it’s original price, so I informed the associate and offered to show them, because there were multiple of them. She them proceeded to tell me that she could promise me that target would not have that on sale for three dollars, so I offered to show her once again. She refused to get me a manger or a price checker. So I got upset and told her well if it’s not on sale why does it say it is, she proceeds to blame the other customers and tell me she can’t control where customers put items I told her that would make sense to me if I found it with a bunch of other items out of place but there were a whole bunch of them. I told her if I was not going to get the sale and she refused to get someone to help me if she could take it off. She took the card holder out of my hand and took the wrong item off then walked away, when I tried to grab her attention to have her take the correct item off she completely ignored me I stood at the self check out stand for 15 minutes trying to grab her attention and or someone else’s, and she just walked past me multiple times. I finally was able to flag down someone else to assist me with taking it off. However, I felt completely mis-treated by the target associate. I felt she was completely unprofessional. I was so upset by this that I didn’t even want to proceed to purchase the reminder of my items.
