As always top notch professional service and customer focused employees. Really appreciate the video and service summary. This past visit there was some miscommunication and misunderstanding on the service to be performed. I was shown a price the day before and just assumed it was the correct price for the service. When I arrived the next morning I dropped the car off and left. When I picked up the car later that day the price was much higher. A New employee the day before had shown me in error a price that did not include the labor. The General Manager said he would make it right and he did! From day one Lexus of Dayton has lived up to and at times surpassed my expectations. Thank you for making this past service a positive experience. You really lived up to your slogan ... a SERVICE company that sell cars....
Im always treated like a welcomed guest at Lexus of Dayton. I dont even own a Lexus! I just happened to have bought a vehicle from their pre-owned lot, which included servicing. The little video of the technician detailing the multi-point inspection is a valuable touch.
They did a professional and timely evaluation and repair of a broken part under the car. My service rep was friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed throughout the process.
Car wasnt washed properly after service preformed. You guys used to make the cars look really good. Not only did they just spray it with water they didnt even dry it off. It was a terrible wash job. Also the loner car had BIRD POOP all over the roof. I took it to the wash myself and used my money. The ac is running fine but until you guys do way better the motto service company that sells great cars does not apply. I really talked you guys up to my fiance, she was with me. You used to offer water or coffee. No one said a word to her but other customers did get asked. It looked BAD and so did I after speaking so highly of LEXUS OF DAYTON. Very disappointing.
As I’ve experienced for many years with driving several Lexus vehicles bought or leased from Lexus of Dayton, the service department’s work is impeccable in every respect. This includes not just the work itself but also the friendliness of the staff, the flexibility of scheduling, the communication regarding the progress of the work, the always on-time completion, and of course the comfortable surroundings of the customer lounge if it’s not necessary to take advantage of the offer of a loaner vehicle.

This location does not respect Lexus owners unless you buy from them. I had a warranty issue with my Lexus, which was covered by my warranty, but because I didnt buy it from them and the location I purchased it from was willing to pay the deductible, it still wasnt good enough. As a service advisor, Justin told me if I bought my car from them that they would cover everything, but because I did not, and my warranty only covers 100.00 labor. The labor rate is 149.00, and I was told I had to pay. The difference Of the labor rate just because I purchased my Lexus in another state the only reason I bought it from another dealer I was living there until I had to relocate for my job, the dealer I purchased it from I asked about this kind issue I was told it other locations choice to honor or Not. So now without getting my car repaired I have to try find another Lexus dealer that willing to assist me with my issue. The point is I would recommend not to waste your time going to this location for any problems with your car because all they are going to do is try money grab from you. This dealer does not respect Lexus owners and the service department only trying to find ways to holes you for more money. Don’t waste your time going here unless you want to be holes For more money. They dont take care of the customer base.
Great experience with my routine service. However- spent over an hour with the Sales department and they did not follow up with me like expected. They were working numbers and told me they would call me the next day at a prearranged time and they did not. I even called and texted the salesperson and no reply. Very disappointing. Looks like I will need to work with a Lexus Dealer in Columbus. The sales manager even spoke to me at that time and then crickets.

Great service from check-in to check-out. Upon arrival, was greeted by service ambassador, who, once I told him my name, he used it throughout the entire check-in process. There was a recall on the car and the service ambassador stated that if they had the parts the fix would be made during this contact. If parts had to be ordered, he would notify me. Once the car was checked in, we move seamlessly to the loaner process. Great experience, the only ding would be that the loaner was not totally clean; but it was not bad enough to make it an issue. Received an text message from the person doing the service and was totally blown away how he walked through the check and he repeated the same thing as the service ambassador, about completing the recall service.Was called and told the car was ready for pick-up. Upon my arrival, the front desk associate greeted me with a smile and welcome and she did her thing and my car was brought to me.I was completely floored by the service and attention that they gave me. Some say,, well you paid such and such, so the service should be stellar. That is not always the case. However, Lexus of Dayton is STELLAR!!! Having had other brands, this service was beyond my expectations. They are a great group to work with.

I was very satisfied with my service. My vehicle was taken in minutes after I arrived and the customer service was the best. Everyone I had contact with was very nice and all my questions were answered. I had one question: when I arrived back in Nashville that same day, I checked my Lexus app and there was something on there about the seatbelt. That was on Saturday night and I guess you were closed on Sunday. When in the app on Monday to call about it and it was gone. Wondering what was up with that!
I called about a 70K service and they had an appointment available later that day. Took my car exactly when my appointment was and gave me a time estimate and hit that as well. Very pleased with the entire experience. Discovered Lexus of Dayton right after moving here a few years ago. No one else touches my car. Fast, professional and diligent!
The team at Lexus of Dayton kindly reset my cars computer engine so it would learn how I drive and stop shifting so strongly upon acceleration. That was very nice of them to do. However, when we made the appointment no one mentioned that it would take more than 2 hours. Especially during this Covid-19 pandemic, it would have been nice to know. My husband ended up walking around the area for quite some time.Everyone there was kind and courteous. The car was nicely washed and runs great. I appreciate the 6 month check up.

I brought my car in because I didn’t know how to operate all of the gadgets associated with my car. The service team gave me a thorough service report and video that I can refer to if I need to. My daughter took my vehicle in; I previously called and scheduled an oil change and cabin filter change. I got a call it was over $1k, they were planning to perform services not requested, I had a replacement engine and all those services were performed. I still don’t know if they replaced cabin filter as my display still show it needs to be if they did, they failed to reset message code. Not ecstatic about service, my 21 yr old was told the wait was 2.5hrs for services not requested, Lexus didn’t bother to call and discuss prior to and I would have never known if my child didn’t think to call and tell me it was going to be longer wait and that’s when I asked to do an oil change?

We own a RX350 and bring it to Lexus of Dayton for maintenance. I normally do basic maintenance myself but some things are not worth my time and always treated well here. When experiencing time delays, service advisors have treated us well and went above and beyond, every time. Simple things like driving us home, providing loaners, and just being nice and having a clean waiting area (with drinks) is always appreciated! Thanks!

I did a 40,000 mile service for my CPO 2017 ES 350. Scheduled online, got in and left with a 2020 NX300 as a courtesy vehicle for the duration of the service (your own car has to be a Lexus). The service manager sent a short video walk/talkthrough of the underbelly of my car; no issues detected but recommendations were made for tyres and brakes for next service.I picked up my car 1.5 hours later. My car exterior and interior were cleaned as an extra courtesy, which I appreciated. Air freshener next time? 🤣🤣🤣Thank you Lexus.
