I recently purchased a used car from here. The initial contact and communication was great. The salesman, Jacob, that worked with me was great! They gave maximum value on trade-in for my vehicles. There was one minor cosmetic problem with the vehicle I purchased, but they fixed it the next day with no questions asked. They even gave me a loaner vehicle while the repair was being done. I had purchased a brand new Ram truck at an out of town dealership due to truck availability during the pandemic shortages. Within a few days of ownership, there was a Technical Service Bulletin issued for the truck and the work needed to be done ASAP.Even though I didnt buy the truck from them, the folks at Performance got me in next day and completed the work in about a half-hour.Overall, everyone was very professional and thorough. I will be taking my new truck to them for all future service work!
Absolutely the worst repair experience of my adult life. I made the appointment specifically to have the repair work done to my Wrangler while I was gone on a family fishing trip. My wife set up the appointment, provided her info, and used the concierge service. The morning of pick up, they called me, not her. And this is how the experience continues. They took my Jeep to the Chrysler service, not the Jeep as I would naturally assume. They had my Wrangler for two days and merely drove it. Never once putting it up on a rack to physically look at it. By the third day I called, and demanded to speak with the Service Manager, as any communication with my assigned Service Advisor was a joke. I told him how upset I was and told him that I didnt want them touching it. I was returning from vacation and was coming to get the keys. He apologized, and gave a ton of excuses. He did get it up on the rack eventually, and I was given a ludicrous number for repair. Part of which was not even mine. My Jeep was being seen for a potential wheel bearing issue. Next thing I know I have brakes, suspension, gears and a bad piston to deal with. I lost it on the piston. I had no check engine light on when they took possession of my vehicle. Turns out they stapled another customers estimate to my own. Everything from start to finish was unacceptable. I begrudgingly paid the diagnosis fee and will not give them a cent of my business in the future if I can help it.
Very easy process. Made our appointment,. Showed up a little early. They took us right in and we were done in about 30 mins. Everyone was very courteous and professional.
I am very disappointed when the technicians at performance dodge centerville told me they were unable to figure out what is going on with my 4 wheel drive. They explained they would have to look online at truck forums to possibly get answers. I lost confidence in them and will be looking into a different dealership from here on out. They were able to mount four tires and replace the rear shocks.
Very satisfied they were able to get me in the same day I called and fix the issue that another dealer could not find the problem after 2 visits.
I was with them when they where Chrysler Brother the name they was before now. I have been with performance Chrysler for 6 or 7 years I brought my 2011 Chrysler 300 from them. They have done all my work I really appreciate them their services they are very respectful they explain everything to you but what I don’t like is when I took my coupon in to get my oil change and the guy said we’re gonna have to charge you a little extra because instead of taking 5 quarts your car took six so we’re gonna charge a little extra. I been there before in the guys be like ma’am don’t worry about it we’ll go ahead and take care of that for you . But not this service guys we will charge you extra that hurt my feelings. I went from $45.00 to $58.00 wow I was out done. I paid it and kept it moving.

Dropped my vehicle off for inspection after making an appointment. Car wasnt able to be checked until the next day. 3 day weekend came and went before my warranty company was informed which approved the fix. They had to order the parts. Once they got the parts in it only took an hour or so to complete the work. They were good at giving me a ride home and delivered my car. Total days without my car 6. Best way I could check on the status was text. They said that were to busy for phone calls.
Recently had a dead battery and called and made a same day appointment when the service bay was very busy that day. They made room for me on short notice and multitasked to test my charging system and also did a complementary inspection of my Jeep suspension and checked tires and fluid top offs while battery underwent a long charge system test. They quickly were able to confirm a bad cell in my battery and got it replaced in short order so I could get on my way! Very happy with this visit as with all prior service visits and will only use this shop for my Jeeps service and maintenance. Highly recommend!

I gave them two stars only because they did (seemingly) sort out my issue.... However, it was a fairly minor issue, that I told them exactly what it was (what lead to it, what I noticed, and what I thought it might be-- and it turned out, I was really close). I had an appointment at 8:30 on Tuesday following Labor Day that I showed up for ON TIME. If there had been a tech assigned to it appropriately, it would have been done that day. Somehow, it took 3 WHOLE DAYS for them to even get to it... What made it worse is that they didnt communicate ANYTHING with me until the middle of day 2 and all he said was that my truck was next on the docket. I heard from the service advisor again the morning of day 3 which consisted of information I had basically already given them. What made it worse still is that the service advisor knew from the beginning I was in town from South Carolina trying to visit family and having transportation was a necessity. When they did finally get to my vehicle, they told me my rear differential fluid was low... Which adapted to the fluid somehow missing an additive that they added... They drove a couple times to ensure it was sorted out and let me know it was ready for pick up. I had to have my sister pick it up, which they were flexible about (so that helped with their rating). When I got back to my truck it smelled like gasoline... I had a good idea what it was: I had a full 5 gal gas can in the bed (as I said, I am traveling from out of town and had to go through The Gorge) that had gotten dumped over and spilled all over the place (to include the stuff I had left in the bed thinking it would be done the day of my appointment). I made sure my sisters bf had not driven it like a jackass... seems as though whoever test drove it, drove it like they stole it. The only other positive is that they waived the $17.00 bill (but this, I believe was because the issue was caused by the dealer back home not doing THEIR job properly). I cannot explain how unbelievably disappointed I was in the service I received.
They are experts and not overly charging like other Jeep dealers. Hitch that takes 2 hrs work was charged based on 2 hrs installation while other dealer wanted to charge me 4 hrs. Although other dealers are 10 min away, I am willing to drive 30 minutes to service at their location in future. They have a feature never tried elsewhere yet which is the video they send of their work done. Amazing and fast service.
While I am very pleased w Jane the person who handled my transaction and am grateful that all was taken care of and under warranty, I am disappointed that there were 200 miles added to my odometer since my warranty expires now in less than a 1000 miles as well as the gas was completely gone. It seems fair that if my responsibility w the loaner vehicle was yo bring it back as I received it as far as fueling, mine should have been the same. And to increase miles to run warranty down faster is scam like at best.
Came in for an oil change on a new Jeep Gladiator, my service, tire rotation and inspection took about 40 minutes. I appreciate the fast service. Dealer has a nice waiting area. Overall a good experience. 👍
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you need to deal with the parts department in any capacity. They are unorganized and do not seem to care. After I ordered a part they called the day it was supposed to come in so I assumed it was in. I called back to confirm and they said yes it was in. So of course I drive there to get it…after sending me back and forth between the Jeep Center and the Original Chrysler/Dodge location I ended up at the parts counter at the Chrysler dodge location. Here their were 5 men behind the counter and I was standing there with one other customer being completely ignored. When they finally acknowledge us I was told that the original reason they called was to tell me that they never ordered the part because on the day I called to order it they were getting ready to close. They didn’t even write down the part number. They waited until I got there to pick it up to tell me that they hadn’t even ordered it yet.
The sales representative need to stop trying to rush people to purchase vehicles thats not serviced and efficient for people to be safe driving. This is my first vehicle off of a lot and my experiences is not so good. I almost died because brakes and rotors need replacing on the vehicle. I spent $24,000 it was used I had to take it back to them to get them to fix brakes and rotors I live an hour and a half away did not have a car to get back and forth to work just a mess dont anyone there ever answer the phone except for sales. I gave them three stars because they did help me get in the car that I wanted but It got problems 😭😢😭😢😭😢
The appointment I called for regular service and to repair the a/c compressor for my work van was scheduled for the next work day. The communication was excellent and I received my van back early on the second day after a part that had to be ordered was delivered and immediately installed. Excellent service. I highly recommend Performance!
Zero stars if possible. I was charged $300 for them to tell me what was wrong with my dart, issues I had already been aware of. I took my car in for a free recall service and I knew there was going to be a free inspection video included so when I dropped off my car, I let the service technician know that my seat was off it’s track and it doesn’t come down all the way (only at certain angles) and that my airbag light was on. I knew these were going to be issues called out in the free inspection video so I really was just trying to make their job easier. I never even received that inspection video but it was listed on my receipt. I was NOT told these issues I called out would be at any charge. I had to call twice the day I dropped my car off to get a status of it and never got word, I then had to call 4 times and still never had anyone answer. I had to call a separate line to schedule a service to just figure out what was happening with my car. When I arrived was when I was told of the charges, I told them I was never aware that this was going to cost anything and it would all be included in the inspection. I was then told I wouldn’t be able to receive my car unless I paid the $300. This was a huge rip off. Take your business elsewhere.
Currently own a combination of 5 Fiat/Chrysler Brand vehicles that may never see your service centers again. I have never had a pleasant experience there including today.I came in to swap vehicles that both had service appointments / day prior drop-off. When I started to explain this, your service member interrupted me and verbalized we dont service Fiat. My response was that I was on your service schedule, and the last routine service was performed by your facility. I couldnt even finish that response, because I was interrupted again in mid-sentence by your service member telling me it must have been a mistake if theyd booked me or serviced the vehicle in the past. He then says, well what? Did you buy the car used from us or something? I simply asked the conversation to stop and for my keys on the pick up. Clearly, I was experiencing the same, usual, disrespect.I had planned to drop off a 3rd vehicle for service on Thursday and discuss trade-in and/or New Purchase while there, but I cancelled the other 2 vehicles and wont be purchasing my moms next car from your company. For myself, I thought Id start looking at a new truck purchase. All the same, your team there has made it very clear that you dont want my business.Please apologize to the kind lady that I yelled to proclaiming I will never seek service there again.Please share this as you feel appropriate. I work in a service industry and have held many leadership positions. Your company is in need of serious cultural changes.
I was met by two jovial service staff when I dropped off our 2016 Journey for its 75000 mile oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would be ready in 1.5 hours. Instead it was a little less than an hour! The work done met our expectations. The checkout was easy. Another helpful staff member got us on the road quickly.

Excellent service by Jane and her crew. We were planning a camping and boating trip but the parking sensors erroneously detected the boat trailer as an obstacle and we werent able to use reverse. We were also having issues with the vehicle not starting/slow to start after a gas fill. Jane was able to get all parts earlier than expected and the crew worked feverishly to get it done on a Friday afternoon before close. Thank you to the whole crew for getting it finished and with a professional and courteous attitude!
I was quoted for a remote start and 1.5hr labor installation at a price over the phone from the parts and service department. I arrived for the appointment and advised the gentleman of the price quoted. Dropped the car off for the day. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the same gentleman stated that the price had changed. The price was almost $300 more than the quoted price. Including 3hr labor charge. I wonder why they would perform the work without notifying me of the price difference. From everything that I read, the remote start installation is a 1.5hr install. I believe I will be looking for a new dealership service department to work with.

Fit me in last minute as an issue popped up before a scheduled college trip with my oldest. Called at 4pm on Thursday had me safe and road trip ready by 930 the next am. Couldnt ask for better service than that.

Best service experience I have had at a dealership. It was so easy to call and schedule. Once I got to the dealership, they really listened to what I was wanting to achieve with the appointment and even took extra time to look into an issue. They kept me in the loop on their progress. We’ve got 4 Jeep vehicles in my family and I’ll be insisting we bring them all to Performance Jeep rather than the previous dealership from now on!
Worst jeep service experience I had ever had; been driving Jeep’s since I was 16. These people are at best unprofessional borderline crooks.I had a door issue, took them three weeks and still no fix. Taking my car somewhere else.
They do not return calls even if you leave several messages with managers and with service.. I have called and left voicemails several times but they never return my calls. It seems that after they sell you the car theyre just happy with the money they made.
Very Satisfied with my purchase from performance Chrysler. I when in looking for a big horn with a high towing capacity with a budget. They working getting me the best deal for my money. We came in the afternoon and worked with Tony M to figure out the best truck for value. Then workout the details as well. All the sell personal are friendly we have used the service department and looked just for fun a few times before getting serious about actually purchasing a new truck.

No direct contact to apologize or discuss.Aside from one call from a service manager to give me an 800 number for me to call to have my brand new Gladiator towed to the dealer service, not one person called me to update me on the service over 3 days. I had to call every time and no one in service even answered the phone 9 of 10 times. They didn’t even call me to tell me my truck was repaired and ready. Most frustrating, not one person even seemed to care. Worst dealer service experience I’ve ever had. I will never use them again nor recommend

Our time at Performance started off rocky, however Tim was an amazing salesman and made my first time car buying experience more than I ever could have hoped. I drove off the lot in my dream SUV that has made me so happy. The Jeep needed new tires and Performance was quick to order them, replace them, and offer my a loaner car at no cost to me. I felt valued as a customer and will continue to bring business to Performance Jeep.

The sales man was really nice but i wasnt buying a car. Came to get my airbags replaced on a recall and the people in the shop part where i was to get checked in were pretty rude and were basically ignoring me until i screamed asking if i was to pull in. highkey wouldnt go back lol
Absolutely horrible experience. I bought my Ram truck new in 2018. Two weeks later check engine light came on intermittently. Took it in to get serviced and they said they could not do anything unless it stayed on. This went on for a year until finally light stayed on and they had to rebuild my transmission. 2 days after they rebuilt my transmission light came back on intermittently. This lasted a few months until transmission went out again this time they put a rebuilt transmission in and it took almost a month to complete. Thiat transmission lasted 30,000 miles and went out. They kept my truck for 3 months to replace the transmission again. I have had it back for 2 weeks and it is leaking transmission fluid. Sean was very rude never provided updates. He gave me chryslers 800 number to call to get a loaner instead of the dealership dealing with it they had me do it.

I used the valet service to pick up and drop car off and it was wonderful. The man who picked up my car was super nice and wore his mask the whole time, driving my car etc. much appreciated. I received a text once my car arrived at service, which was nice. I didn’t get my normal inspection video via text, which I really like, but overall the experience was great. My sales person George Argue and the service manager are awesome. Thank you!! ✌🏻
We just had our 2020 Jeep Wrangler serviced and oil change done for the first time. It only has 4941 miles. Came home to find oil pouring out from underneath it. Called the service manager. He offered to have the oil change done in my driveway and I said no. I told him to have a tow truck come and pick it up. They did. He said they didnt have another vehicle for us to use while our Jeep was getting fixed. My wife had to find a way to work and back because they couldnt furnish us with one. Well have our service done by another Jeep dealer after this.

Clear communication on some parts availability and timeline to get repairs made. Things took a bit longer then anyone wanted but the dealer did a great job of managing a difficult situation. Mac in service was great to work with.
Very disappointed with my visit. I left without having repair done, estimate was outrageous. 2 parts with combined cost of less than $100 and the cost was just under $1,000. This includes $270 for diagnostic of which they charged me an additional $25 for shop fees. Shop fee for what, no work was done. I would not use this dealer again.

Great app explaining vehicle needs, repair costs and super easy to pay online. I was surprised how long parts take to receive given I can have most things delivered to my home with hours. Staff was polite and courteous, but I had to engage to get updates.

Bought a used Honda Pilot from the Dodge dealer in February. The buying process was actually pretty good. Other than one of the windows not working when I arrived (which they fixed), everything went well and I felt good leaving. However after taking the vehicle home, I quickly noticed oil leaking on my driveway. I got underneath and found that they stripped the oil pan threads when doing the oil change. I emailed them about it and they never responded. The local honda dealer quoted me $600 for parts and labor to replace the pan. Be wary of service done here.**Update 4/28/21: Thank you for responding to my review. You mentioned that you want another opportunity in the future. Your opportunity is to take action regarding the issue at hand. I appreciate the apology, but whether you take action or not to correct the damage is what really matters.
Doug was my service adviser. He kept in great contact with me. When our spare car went dead and they didnt have a loaner, he worked very hard to find a rental co that would give me a decent rate. He found extra software updates that fixed our problems and that cost us less. He recommended new tires but didnt push us into getting them until needed! He gave the car a wash and it came back extra clean. GREAT JOB DOUG!
Lois Ryan has been my sales person for nearly 20 years. I would highly recommend stopping in and working with her. JB is the operations manager. I have dealt with him since before I met Lois. They make a great team and will to all they can to ser you get into the car you need.
It was the single best experience at a dealership Ive had. They had a great selection and my salesman, Tim Cain was excellent. He was well prepared and very professional. Tim had the vehicles I was interested in already set aside and ready for me to inspect and drive. After I purchased the vehicle, he also made sure I understand the various vehicle accessories. I would recommend Tim and this dealership to anyone looking for friendly and professional help in purchasing a vehicle.

Came in for a warranty repair. I had to be back in the road by a certain time and they had my truck fixed and I was on my way home at the time I needed. I also really liked that the technicians have cameras and send you a video of what they found and what was repaired. Definitely a cool perk of getting work done here.
Did not listen to me when I told them about the problem and probable cause when I scheduled the appointment, and did not fix the issue. Even though they told me to bring it back if the problem continued, I will be taking my truck elsewhere.
This is my first time visiting this dealership as I am now a owner of a Dodge Journey. I was more then please with my entire experience. The gentleman I handed my keys too was very friendly. And wore a mask when coming in contact with customers. He I formed of the waiting area and let me know how long my oil change would take. And it took a little under an hour. I am a returning customer for life. Couldn’t have asked for a more friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.
I had questions for staff being a newer Jeep owner and they took the time to clarify everything. They also were ready for me at the time of my appointment and promptly serviced my Jeep
They went above and beyond to get my repair done due to not very convenient hours for someone who has one vehicle and is 45 minutes away. Cudos for the team!! The down side was that I had taken it in previously for a rattle for which they said it was my sway bar links. I took it back for the repair and regular oil change and regular maintenance (cabin filter was to be changed) They fixed the links, changed the oil and rotated tires. They didnt do the cabin filter and it still has a slight rattle. I noticed they had a guy who didnt work on the vehicle drives them from the bay to the pickup area. Had the mechanic driven it, he would have heard the rattle. You are supposed to get videos of inspection and I not only didnt get one when diagnosed but I also didnt get one for the repair. All I got was the video of my oil change.

Matt Finn == Great SalesmanAfter a week of rumination and thinking on my purchase of a used Jeep here I can say there was nothing but excellent, quality service.As I was purchasing my first car out of college I had heard nothing but dreadful tales of people sitting in the dealership for hours on end filling out paperwork. Thus I was pleasantly surprised, as were my parents who had gone through the rigmarole before, with how quick and painless the entire process was.From the get go there was no pressure, and no one breathing down my neck to get me to buy anything but the perfect vehicle for me. Test driving was easy, and afterwards when I had settled on the car for me I was able to fill out the credit application while out eating lunch, received constant updates on the process, and buy the time I had finished up and returned to the dealership I was able to get out of there in no time flat, car in hand and a smile on my face.Special shout out to Matt Finn, who was an excellent salesman! He was nothing but helpful, talking me through options and working with me and my price range without any badgering to go big and bankrupt. To any potential customers I am sure all their sales people are great but Matt is the one to look for. And to the managers reading this, dont worry, I ended up walking away with a car still in my price range but 3k more than the car I had walked in to look at in the first place.Additional shout out to Alex in finances, who was spectacular walking me through all my options and getting me through the paperwork in no time flat.That is enough for this essay, thanks for the great service Performance CJDR!

We left my car for warranty work on Sunday night as my appointment was on Monday. We did not get any information from the dealership, so I called twice and left messages with scheduler and my husband did too. Tuesday, I get a text message saying car was ready for pick up. I wanted to talk to a service person as there were unanswered questions before I picked the car up. I called twice and my husband did as well. We talked to schedulers again and they said they would email the service person working with the car Then said a manager would call us about our questions. No return calls. We picked up the car on Wednesday without any of our calls returned. This is not the type of service I expected and will not return.

Overpriced for the same service I got with a lifetime warranty elsewhere. I had to constantly call to get updates on my vehicle, they never returned any of my phone messages. I feel I was being unfairly charged after being told several different prices for the same job because I am a woman. Never spoke to the same person twice as if I wasn’t a priority to the service provider assigned to me. Hope there’s another Dodge dealership service station that’s fair to all customers.
They have been absolutely amazing to us!! Doug Hutchinson was so honest and knowledgeable for us!! We will return in the future for business!!

I purchased a 2021 RAM 3500 that had a bad valve stem extension from the factory. I first took it to Dave Dennis, who did absolutely nothing to help me. I left there and went to Performance CJDR. THEY WERE GREAT!!! They were professional, courteous, and thorough. Len Bisping, in the service department, got us right in and took care of the issue in about 10 minutes! I highly recommend this dealership’s service department.
I’m still having issues with my suspension system the jeep is drivable now but warning lights are still coming on I need to bring my jeep back for more work on the suspension system
Went there for a oil change and tire rotation...they gave me one heck of a deal. Who knew you could get these services done at the dealership for much less than the quick lube places ..
Service department was terrible. No communication on there behalf. Vehicle went in for what was explained to us as a day process and 5 Buisness days later came back and was not repaired. We bought 2 vehicles within the last year there. They lost me as a customer sales and service wise.
Usually they are good but this service call, not so much. Went in for a UConnect software update. Got the car back quick and the paperwork said they completed the update. Found out later that they didnt. And they didnt tell me until I called in to ask. They also told me there was no update available. UConnect helped me do the update so that I could update my map.
I brought my Jeep Patriot in for some recall work on the subframe. It seemed like a pretty serious repair from the research I did. The team at Performance CJD gave me a realistic timeline and kept me updated. I am so pleased with my experience.
Today I inquired through the internet about a used car. I spoke with Libby on the phone about the car’s availability. She said it was there and that I needed to make an appointment to test drive it, “to make sure that the car was there.” An appointment was made for 7pm. When I arrived, I was supposed to talk to Ken about getting me a “salesman to pull the car around for” me.I asked for Ken and got Doug. He took a bunch of information from me, that I have already given through the internet. Then filled out the form to test drive the car. This took about 10 minutes. (No other customers were in the showroom nor on the lot)He told me to wait at the door and he would pull the car up. After waiting for a few minutes, he came back in and said “I have the key but no car.” Nothing else was said.After a few minutes where he was on the phone he approached my wife and I and said, “I think my GM’s wife took the car home for the night.”This was the last thing that he said. There was no apology, no referral of help or accommodation in any way. The sales manager was also there and never spoke to me or my wife in any way.I do not consider this to be the customer service that I deserve (see your wording in the above paragraph). We made an appointment (at about 2pm), drove 45 minutes one way, and was offered only that someone took the car home. As you may understand, this was a very frustrating way to spend my evening.Obviously, this is the only interaction that I have had at Performance Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, which also leads me to believe this is how their service would have been if I would have purchased a car there.
Ive had multiple bad experiences with this place. As a Jeep owner, Ive called on them before. They usually dont answer calls and one has to leave a message. Ive done that three times and have never gotten a return call. So just recently I HAD to deal with them for a Jeep recall. Fortunately I was able to get through to make an appointment this time. But the service was dismal at best. First, I was told Id be charged $125 per issue fir every issue I wanted them to address other than the recall issue! Outrageous! Then, they cut me loose after the work was done without even discussing with me any follow up needed, or anything. Very disappointing. They are a poor representative for the Jeep brand.
A second horrible experience with the service department. The day I dropped my car off, I was asked if I’d come back another time since their check in system was down, this was in addition to being told they were being overbooked. I said I had an appointment now and would like to keep it. I was then told that people think having an appointment means the work is going to be done right then and there to which I responded that I never suggested that? I simply asking to keep my appointment to drop it off. That set the tone. Additionally, as I was talking to the guy a woman inquired about her car, to which she was told “I know about your car, we’re screwed on that.”I was told he’d order parts immediately and maybe they could even get it done sooner than the roughly week to week and a half time he believed it would take.A week goes by with no communication. I reach out, I’m told they’ve got the parts and will start soon. Another week goes by with no communication. I reach out and get a quote for work and ask for a breakdown of cost. No response. I call and leave a voicemail, no call back until the next day. I’m given a breakdown of the cost and give approval for some of the work I’d like done. Another week goes by with absolutely no communication. I reach out and am told they’re just now finishing one part of the repair and I’ll be updated. I patiently wait almost another week with no response and call again. They were just thinking about me I’m told, the work is done now they need an alignment and the fixture is down and a guy is coming that day, I’ll get an update. No update given, yet again. I call, again, and am told the fixture is down and it’s suggested I talk to a manager which I agree too.Manger is out of office and isn’t back in that Monday either after I get no response and decide to call. Eventually I get someone to transfer me to another manager who assured me he will make the situation better. Long story short I’m eventually contacted and told I’m getting internal parts pricing and labor removed which amounts to an $80 savings from the quote I was originally given over the phone. That just doesn’t add up and I make that known and he tells me he doesn’t recall quoting me what I said he did….I wish I didn’t see that coming. I go in person and sit down with the service director and It gets to a point where I’m told they can’t help anymore than 10% off for my trouble. He just doesn’t have that ability. The service director doesn’t have the ability to right his team’s incompetency. He blames the long turn around time on part orders to which I let him know a week in I was told the parts were there and he essentially brushes over that inconvenient bit and tells me the company takes a hit if they discount the repair any more.Exactly! You had my car for just shy of a month and didn’t update me one time other than to return my calls, overpromised and underdelivered, gave me excuses the entire time, promised a better experience, and then shifted blame when it came time to own the situation and when it’s all said and done you shouldn’t take the hit and I should? Absolutely absurd Performance! Be sure to advertise your 4 week turn around time because it must be somewhat expected behavior and even the service director can’t do anything to make it right.
Customer service is incredible! The girl who runs the desk at the jeep service maintenance is very personable and honest. I never feel rushed when asking questions and she does a great job explaining everything!
Kevin, the bald guy, was so great! He was super friendly and very knowledgeable! We absolutely love our new jeep! Will definitely buy from here again 😁
