Logo Concepts is by far the best swag company Ive ever worked with! I refer them to everyone I know because the Logo Concepts team goes above and beyond. Ive had many brainstorming sessions with them and come up with some crazy ideas that they were able to pull off. They have a HUGE selection, best pricing, and amazing customer service. Our swag needs tend to run more high-end than pens and t-shirts and we have always been impressed. I also love their events to help generate ideas and give us the opportunity to see/touch/demo swag options in person. Had some issues with my order over the holidays with some work clothing and the representative I conversed with went above and beyond to fix the problem. They always have great ideas for whatever my target audience is, they stay within the pricepoint I need and, super bonus, their SWAG events are fantastic and always give me fun new ideas! They have been extremely helpful with our t-shirts. The ink and quality has last much longer than other competitors.

This company is not attentive to detail and messed up several of our orders. Sizing, logo colors, placement, etc. The owner, who is the only one knowledgeable on products, is very difficult to reach and is often out of town. We have since switched companies are are very pleased.
