Horrible customer service
The worst place to shop. The cashier was arrogant and rude. I think her name was debra. I wouldnt go here again unless I was buying crack. Which they were selling in the store. Just ask for debra. What happened to customer service?
The employees here are the nicest I have ever dealt with. The morning shift staff are the greatest! Food and coffee always fresh.
I just left there and the employee seem to not give a thing or two about manners. I’m big on that and they lack it bad. The hotdogs are good though, so can’t complain. In my professional opinion: Fire all the current employees and get a set of new and young (customer experienced) people because every time I go there the old people seem to be very bored with their job.
The staff is very friendly. They always have deals going on which I like and what can beat coffee hot/cold and soda for only 99 cents.
June 12, 2018Cumberland Farms, Inc., 165 Flanders Road, Westborough, MA 01581To whom may concern:Hello, I stopped on June 12, 2018 at one of your Cumberland farms location at 478 Broad St, Central Falls, RI 02863 About 1: 15 PM on pump #7. I walked inside I asked the cashier to please $10.00 on #7 & one slice of cheese pizza. I went to pump, try to pump but after few tries the machine said in progress, after couples of minutes waiting, I went inside and asked the cashier why the pump #7 is not working. She asked me do you have a receipt,? I said no You did not provide me one! , Then she look in the cash register and said what did you get. I said I just paid $10.00 for gas and 1 slice of cheese pizza. She then found the transaction and she said someone on pump #1 already pumped, and its your lost & we are not liable. I said Im on Pump #7 & how can someone come, pump with out a credit card or paying inside first and use my gas payment? something is no right.!I asked for the manager. The manager stood behind the cashier.... I called the police.I asked the manager for the 1800# for corporate office she denied it. When the police came he requested the number and she provide a Bad number you will see the attachment with the false number the manager provided.Meanwhile I overheard two employees on the back saying are you calling the police for $10.00 .... they also said I thought he did not speak English.I have heard alot about this location that they overcharge people for items, or people pay with a $20.00 & the cashier said it was a $10.00 also cashiers charge more for items or cashiers wont give the correct change to their advantage!!!I was once overcharge, I questioned the cashier telling the item is priced & marked, he said the sale is over, So why the price still on?What is the Gimmick here?I have called numerous time the number on the receipt I left messages, no one has returned my calls.The Distric manager ( Tim ) He was supost to contact me. Who knows when.THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED AFTER 2 WEEKS OF COMUNICATIONS.MANAGER APOLOGIZED...WILSON ABC
