I had my breaks done on my last car recently before getting a new one and they performed the service very fast and cheaper than all the other shops I contacted. They had the tire I needed in stock and were able to get it put on my spare rim in about 5 minutes right before closing. Great customer service!

First time customer and very impressed with the fast, professional service. Needed some specialized trailer tires, which they had in stock, and for 2/3 the price of the competition. Also decided to balance my truck tires while there. Everything said and done in well under an hour. Theyre 30 miles from me, so not exactly the closest tire shop, but Ill be back next time I need tires.

These guys were great, I showed up with no appointment about an hour before they closed wanting to get all my wheels balanced, they got me in right away and had me done before closing. And for only 10 bucks a wheel, which was way cheaper than anywhere else in town I could fine. The guys were very friendly and quick to answer a few other questions I had. I will be back when I’m due for new tires

Excellent independent tire shop on Rt 99 just South of CP... with prices very close to costco... but much better personal service and information about best tires for you. Comfy couches with reading materials for waiting. Costco usually requires hours of sitting on a hard metal bench. Quality Tire is s shorter wait and a much better overall experience. QT sells Michelin, Toyo, Goodrich and other premium and discount brands. Wide assortment of rims. Very professional operation.Scotty is the local owner.Recommended.

Great service, friendly staff Ive bought 3 sets of tires and a leveling kit, bought a truck and had a clunking noise in the front end, stopped by and they put it up on a lift and let me know what the problem was and what was needed to do the repair myself, I will be retuning to this place if I ever need tires or suspension work done, competitive pricing and work done in a more than reasonable time

My favorite tire shop in the Rogue valley. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I go in to get my tires rotated without an appointment and i am in and out fast. No 2 hour wait like some shops.

There is no reason to shop anywhere else for your tire or tire related needs. Quality Tire is an honest, local, and reasonably priced local tire shop in the Southern Oregon area. They have warranties equal to all the other big name tire shops but without all the hassle, high prices, and lies. Why shop anywhere else when you get better prices, better service, and better overall quality with Quality Tire.

My friend needed tires so we went to Quality Tire because another friend recommended them highly. Joel gave her a few options and was very kind and professional. She ended up getting a set of Coopers (Made in US) for an extremely reasonable price. While there, they also rotated my tires (for FREE) and I ended up making an appointment to have a front end alignment (which I wasnt aware I needed.) . Joel and Jeff both helped us and answered all our questions. They are very low-key and polite and helpful, and we were in and out in about 45 minutes. When I need new tires, they will definitely be my go-to guys; they also offer free rotation and flat repair when you purchase tires..... Also Ive shopped around and their prices are the best Ive seen!

Fast, fair and friendly. I bought four new tires from a car dealer, then took the car back to the dealer two more times to resolve a balance issue. The dealer discount offered on the tires was great, but the dealers tire tech was not. I brought my car to Quality Tire, and they diagnosed the balance problem in minutes. It took them less than an hour to fix it, and they charged me less than they had quoted. Cheap tires have a cost. Next time, I will go to Quality Tire and get the job done right the first time.

I went in to get my tires balanced and less than 30 minutes later they told me I didn’t need to pay because it was just dirt buildup, which they cleaned out for free saving me $40. Absolutely amazing staff and customer service. Five Stars!

Update 4/16/2020I went to Les Schwab, big mistake, they were quoting me services on brakes I didn’t need & also looking to charge me an arm and a leg for service. I was quoted over 600.00 by another local Tire shop to get an alignment, and Replace a worn tie-rod ..Then I went to Quality Tire, and they Aligned, Balanced my tires, and replaced the Tie-rod for less than 1/2 the price of the Larger, Nationally known, shop...They did it the same day, and my car drives like new! Ordered a lift kit, they said it would take a week to arrive after agreeing to pay an extra fee . One week passes no call, I call back and they said to wait for a call in a couple of days . Two weeks pass, I go in . I was informed that it would be a couple of days till I could get taken care of . Go in a couple of days later ... parts were never ordered . How do you run a business? Could’ve gotten taken care of anywhere else in town by now .

Ive been getting my tires from quality tire since I bought my first car at 16 years old, fast foward many years and probably 14 or more sets of tires and 4 or 5 flat repairs later the professionalism and quality of work is just as phenomenal as ever. 10/5 stars, prices are fair. That being said IF they had the same set of tires 50% more expensive than the competitor Id STILL buy my tires here just for the high quality customer service and sound ethics at quality tire. Fortunately for me low prices + awesome service, why go anywhere else? Awesome awesome buisness wish i could give more stars.

Yesterday, I noticed a low pressure warning on a tire. I happened to be close to my mechanic and had them take a look. Sure enough there was a screw in the tire. I had road hazard insurance from where I bought the tires in San Jose, CA, but the nearest place that could service the car was in Koos Bay. Clearly not an option. So my mechanic called Quality Tire and told them I was on my way. When I got there, I received a very friendly greeting and was assured that the tire would be fixed right away. I decided to have some windshield wipers put on at the same time. I was directed to a clean and comfortable waiting area. The car was done in no time at a more than reasonable cost. I know where I will be buying new tires when I need them. I strongly recommend Quality Tire.

I came in looking for affordable tires. Within a half hour my new tires were installed for a great price. This is the second set of tires I have got there. I will go to Quality Tire for my next set as well. They will also balance and rotate for the life of the tires.

Called John to order some tires for my 07 silverado and made an appointment. Dropped my truck off in the morning and had my truck back my noon. They did an awesome job trimming to clear the 35s.

On a recent visit, I was concerned when I arrived at how busy they were but I was taken care of and out of there so fast I had to bring them homemade cookies! Great guys and more than fair pricing.

I have specialty tires, and while other places were very rude about patching versus replacing, quality tires was willing to take a look at it. They not only looked at them, but they patched quickly and sent me on my way. Very professional and nice.
