Great place I live on the coast, Tim always works with me when I need my motor service done I can drop it off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon saves me a trip

Location- easy to get to from town and from the freeway. Easy to maneuver lot to drop off or pick up boat. Close to Costco.Store Front- has most all the essentials available. Friendly staff willing to assist and get your boat back in the water or winterize for storage on the off season.Shop- well equipped shop and knowledgeable staff able to repair and maintain all modern boatsCost- good pricing for quality service

The work was done on time and as promised. The cost was reasonable. Tim was knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions. It can be tough to trust someone in this business but Ill go back to 4 Seasons and not be worried about getting screwed.

I am rewriting my review of the service for my Tohatsu 3.5 hp outboard engine, because, in checking, I was not correct about when I brought it in. In any case, I was not happy with the service. It was there for two months and never got fixed. It is not a manufacturers problem, nor does it have anything to do with the oil I put in, as you are implying. Both have been ruled out, since the oil level is fine and you have supposedly looked at the engine. I can only take you at your word that you replaced the carburetor, which appears to be leaking still, but I do not believe that a real effort was made to fix the engine. What I wrote down as the problem was that it did not accelerate in forward gear and the engine dies out. The exact same problems still exist. I dont have the patience to take it back there.

Always a positive experience with Tim and his staff. Ive never been overcharged for any boat repairs.

Worst experience ever. Overcharged by over a thousand dollars and the work was not complete and even broke the floor in the boat and refused to acknowledge it. Thankfully my insurance came out and said, yep they are at fault. They paid for repairs except the deductible. Dont go to this place.

Dont use this place unless you want to pay new prices for used stuff that is broke within a year. Never go there again, do not return calls, did wrong repairs, took 6 months to do stuff just all out bad experience!
