Thought we would get great cabinets, but owner closed the doors, took our money and others as well, and not giving it back to our designer or us, and had not even begun to build our cabinets which we were told they would be installed in 2 weeks!! Staff were great to work with, and owner screwed them over as well! As far as Im concerned hes a thief and liar!! Dont know when Ill have a kitchen back at this point. Thanks Brothers for making our holiday season soooo great!!

Just completed our 4th project with Carl (M/bath). As usual, quality and finish top notch. All deadlines and promises kept. Installers professional and neat. Looking forward to our next project with Brothers (the dreaded laundry room)

Unprofessional, rude, and just all out not good people. Good luck if this is where you want to get your cabinetry done. Only people who knows absolutely nothing about this trade would hire these guys and say they did a great job.

Although I love the cabinets, this has been a painful experience. Terrible customer service, incorrect measurements, delay after delay. The scheduling process is very strange as they will cancel last minute but cannot tell you when they can get you on the schedule again because they create the schedule daily. What??? If you decide to go with this company, take my advice and withhold some $$ until you are certain everything has been completed correctly! 4 stars for the finished cabinets, 0 stars for customer service.

We recently did a top to bottom remodel of our kitchen. Brothers Custom Cabinets furnished the cabinets after skillfully advising us on all the details of configuration, design, wood and hardware. The designer came up with some excellent features we had not thought of and, though the footprint of our kitchen stayed the same, it is so much more functional with the reconfiguration of storage. We are very pleased with the way everything turned out! The cabinets are everything that we imagined and better in terms of quality, appearance and functionality. Their installation crew deserves special mention for their skill, efficiency and pleasant attitude. Honestly, we could not be happier with the outcome – we highly recommend Brothers!

We have been very pleased with the work that Brothers Cabinets have done for us. They have done both our kitchen & bathroom cabinets. Their craftsmanship on wood cabinets is excellent. We had a problem with some paint chipping on white cabinets, and they made it right at no charge to us.

You will need a full-time project manager and no time limits to work with this cabinet shop. Mid-grade shop that misses deadlines. If you are under a timeline, better spend the $$ to finish on time. Five jobs in the last year - none on time and without significant drama (i.e time, excuses, quality)

Brothers built me a custom Murphy bed. I even got to design what it looks like! Its gorgeous! I strongly recommend this company!

High quality cabinets! Best Ive seen around town.

Made several errors with measurements and tried to install cabinets that did not fit and were wrong. He then blamed us and tried to make us pay for the changes. It was their fault. They never remeasured and yet, had the correct measurements. They were very slow and messy. When they came in to touch cabinets up, they got over spray on our brand new wood floor. Avoid this place at all costs.

Promises made, Promises NOT kept.I referred this company to our customer and what a mistake that was. They held up our project and put a bad mark with our customer. Avoid these guys.

We spent an enormous amount of money on these cabinets and are sick over it. They began to chip imnediately after one month of light use and have only gotten worse from there. We are literally heartsick over it. Brothers staff were terrible at communicating, weeks late on every deadline, but had no problem sending us a bill before the cabinets had even been fully installed. We asked them to come out and address the insane amount of chipping (which to.their credit, they did) only to have the chipping continue regardless. Im talking huge chunks of paint as if a toddler took a wrench to the doors.Save your money and sanity, go with Home Depot. Our old home had Home Depot cabinets that were half the cost, experienced zero dammage, and actually arrived on time.
