I definitely would not say they are the most professional. I have been in their store twice. Once about 2-3 years ago while I was just window shopping. And then once again about a year ago when I was trying to sell a pistol. The employees behind the counter seemed nice, except they were unable to offer me a price for the pistol. They called what I believe was a manager who walked up, took about 10 seconds to look at the pistol. He then asked me what I wanted. When I gave him a price he said no (smirked) and then just walked away. He didnt give me a counter offer or anything which is somewhat standard in the used gun transaction process.I have never been in a gun store and had this level of bad customer service. I refuse to go to their store for any sort of product after this. I find this sad because the manager (or owner) could have at least offered me some secondary options (consignment, trade in, etc.).

These folks have a unique auction. They sell everything from vehicles to home goods, furniture and occasionally guns and accessories. A preview video on the web will give you an idea of what will be featured at any upcoming auction. Fun event as you never know what may be available for bidding. Friendly folks and a very good auctioneer staff.

I have 5-10 years of attending Millard auctions. It was way better when Liska auctions gave them competition. Byron and a few employees have an arrogant altitude which is rather annoying but the last firearm auction they sold ammo taped together with half empty ammo boxes. Really, come on keep it honest boys. Ive spent lots of money and half minded to tell you to shove it. I can deal with lots of crooked businesses in medford any old time I want.

Looked like mostly Costco Returns at the time I had stopped by. BUT! They are a really good place to buy almost any LEAGLE Firearm. And the will not take an arm or a leg while doing it.
