Grovers has employees that REALLY know what they are speaking about and it shows. Whats best about Grovers? If they dont know the answer, they tell you that they dont know instead of trying to fluff their way through it. And they have confidence in the facilities they refer you to. Special order lighting? Done! Ceiling fan or lights? Yes, they have those, too. Bathroom vanities, mirrors and lights? Desk lamps? Table lamps? They are there too! Grovers is perhaps one of those rare instances where the words once and done actually apply!

If you need assistance grab a number as soon as you walk in. It can take a while if there are people waiting already.Good place to go for simple stuff, hose fittings, little plumbing parts, electrical stuff. They even have water heaters.

You would be better off with a sign that says i will work for food if you go to customer service counter 8 + employees and they burned the ckock ignoring the counter till closing time go to the other guys they have people at the counter and will get you help

Grovers has always felt a little like walking back in time whenever you enter the store, but I dont mean that in a bad way. Grovers provides a level of service seldom seen in home improvement stores. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I know many people are put-off by the way you have to take a ticket for service, but once you have a person to help you there is no doubt that you came to the right place. Its almost too bad that they really only cover electric and plumbing supplies as it would be nice to have them available for other home improvement projects. The prices at Grovers are very fair especially when you consider the lever of service that provide. Another nice feature of the store is that they carry a number of otherwise hard to find plumbing items that you might otherwise have to order. Every time I have been in any of their stores I see a van or truck from a local electrician or plumber parked outside. Any place thats this popular with the professionals that do this for a living, should be a good source for you average do it yourselfer.
