People very nice but i steel cant get service at night tells me only emergency calls. Lots of dropped calls through the day an cant send texts even when im close to boost store ill b moving on this month im tiered of paying 4 something i cant hardly use

Brian is a dummy . needs to pay more attention to what hes doing when setting things up . not to mention rude because he wont admit he messed up somewhere. Cant wait to switch companies.

Cheap service, cheap customer service. I tried to return a phone after issues on the 7th day, because I have a life and couldnt get there any sooner. They said try this, issues persisted so I drove, ya know 45 minutes back to the store for the second time but I was out of time on the return, and they wouldnt do anything about it. Really disappointed. One rep was pretty rude, talking over me and being Mr know it all. Otherwise the other reps were quite receptive and well mannered.

Boot Mobile has been a great help with my phone. And Joe has been kind also understanding with need the help when i couldnt get my information that thought i lost.

I really like the service, workers there were very hopeful and provide us great service

I have tried many cell phone stores in the past ten years, but none of them hold a candle to wireless ect. Each time i have gone here the staff are so helpful and courteous that it becomes hard to want to leave. Travis and all of his staff are very knowledgeable and have no problem teaching you all you need to know about your phone. A plus to these guys!

Out of the 4 states Ive been in Boost Mobile stores, this has to be one of the least knowledgeable staff Ive encountered. Also, I needed a temporary phone for my son and they refused to sell me a phone at any price point without activating it. Out of the 9 different phones weve used on our plan, not once did I have to activate it at the store. I activated all of them online at home. This location wont stay around for long without understanding the principles of retail sales.

EXTENED COVERAGE!!! Seriously!!! Covers the unexpected areas you doubt it would cover!!!Ive been with boost since 2011, started in California, I switched to a couple different carriers but always came back to boost!Today I went and spoke with Brian and this man saved me money and kept me a boost customer!!! The extended coverage works MARVELOUS!!!! I live out in the country (by the hospital) where the signal just died as soon as you passed the hospital,but not no more!!! The extended coverage is well worth the money, service coverage hasn’t failed me once,since extending my coverage!

They catered to my own personal preferences and were spot on to my needs... near closing time and we went from 3 staff members to 1 and Jayson was able to multitask like a pro and set up my service, take payments and set up another new service. Having experience in both retail and food service I was super impressed by the professionalism and multitasking skills... this retail sales person is definitely in need of being recognized for his skills rarely seen in todays society and I hope to see him again in a management position... good job to the centralia team in bringing back strong customer service!

Went to Boost mobile in Centralia yesterday, me my daughter and cousin a walked in at 6:30pm they close at 7 we didn’t leave until 8:45 Brian and jazmyn were absolutely the best customer service providers I have ever dealt with! They were fun and excited to help us and went way ABOVE AND BEYOND! We all walked out with new phones and so many accessories at a great price. They hooked us up with some awesome deals!!! If you’re planning to buy a phone here be sure to buy the case and temper glass somewhere else first before getting a phone here for example an iphone 8 7 6 case/temper glass you can get them at dollar store! While here you have to pay 35$ which works same way trust me. As for the signal of the service boost mobile doesn’t work well inside a warehouse or casino unlike tracfone.

Nice people, but called and spoke to repair guy and he said come in, 45 mins later I show up and hes left work early. We tried this Thursday, Friday, and Sat with same results. Called again today (Sunday) and hes off until weds. I now how to dive to Olympia to have my phone repaired. Its actually cheaper in Olympia, but I try my best to support local business. Kind of hard when they dont want the work.

Went in and Brian gave me a reasonable quote, just didnt have the money. He helped me get financed and out the door for less than $50!

I switched to boost Mobile in Centralia roughly 7-8yrs ago and have never switched to any other carrier since. Ive always had kind and curtious support from store staff when needed. They sell great products and offer affordable services. I personally recommend Boost Mobile Centralia WA.

Not what it once was, thats for sure. I remember boost 10 years ago that was a company new to cell phone service and striving to beat large coverage companies shotty customer service and it also was awesome to have a company that always answered the phone (800 number) as a live rep and easy menu and activation. Now days the recycling of numbers and only 3 month limbo stage, youll be sure to get wrong number callers and text ads from random companies. You are advised not to return the phone and arent able to change the number. Not something I want in a carrier.

I wouldnt even give them 1star! Ive been trying to get the S8 for over a week now and they keep stringing me along! Brian I will agree was great and very helpful and help with all I needed but theres a big guy named Travis however whom keeps giving me the run around and tells me I need this and that witch doesnt happen to be the case! Lastnight he was supposed to be bringing me one from another store that would be avail for pickup today!! This one was previously active so now theyre telling me Im going to have to wait another day or go get it myself!!

Rude from the store employees. They insisted nothing was wrong with my phone never going back. Their Customer Service tagged my account to get a replacement phone and they would not give me one total nd at the Centralia store. On High Street. NEVER WILL I USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN. I had gotten a Samsung J7 Refine. Read all the reviews I could on the phone liked what I read. Really wanted to get the phone. So I did. On November 23. Black Friday. From the minute I left the Wi-Fi services from boost mobile. The issues started and did not stop until I left boost and went to a different carrier. I was finally able to get a hold of SAMSUNG themselves. They looked remotely and said we will send you a replacement loaner while we fix your phone. Come to find out 3 connection sodder points were not soddered. So getting treated like the issues were in my head and not trusting the CUSTOMER. DONT GO TO THE CENTRALIA WASHINGTON LOCATION GO TO CHEHALIS OR OLYMPIA.THANK YOU SAMSUNG FOR CARRING ABOUT YOUR CLIENTS .SHAME ON YOU BOOST FOR HAVING BAD SALES REPS WHO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS POORLY.

I used to think they had good deals until i went a week ago and bought 2 new phones. I got a LG stylo3 and a moto for $371!!! The stylo is $129 on boost website but a lot more there. We were elligible for upgrade which brought it down to $149 and the moto was $79 with upgrade. They charged me $50 for activation and i can activate them myself!! Never going back! EVER!!
