Innovations in Eye Care has been my eye care provider for many years. Drs staff have been well trained in their responsibilities. Their customer care is impeccable.Dr Dolezal is a rare personable and professional eye care provider. I would highly recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Dr. Dolezal cares. He gave me back my life when other eye docs turned me away. He listens wonderfully in order to best diagnose and treat, and updates his practice with ongoing study and conferences. His care of my vision, and of me as a human, has been expert.

He is warm and friendly, very thorough & professional, and kindly explains everything he is doing throughout the exam. Dr. Dolezol is very patient and willing to answer questions. I also enjoy and appreciate his fun sense of humor!

I started going here years ago after my previous eye doctor was ignoring me. I would tell them everything is blurry and they would just give me reading glasses and told me I needed to get used to them. I came here and he chuckled and said reading is probably the only time you can see clearly. He is very friendly and my son likes him to. Glasses can take a while usually 4-6 weeks depending but that’s average for most places I have noticed.

Every appointment I have been to over the years has been excelllent.

I had a little bit of a wait owing to an individual who was having a vision emergency that they squeezed into the schedule. But I can appreciate that because if I was having a problem I would want to be squeezed in myself. The staff were excellent. Dr.Dolezal was thorough and got my prescription dialed in nicely, and Taryn was very helpful with frames. Overall excellent experience.

I haven’t been to an optometrist in a couple of years, and before that, I was not having any luck finding one that would actually listen to my concerns.Coming to Innovations in Centralia was the best choice I’ve made in a really long time. The doctor was absolutely amazing. He listened to my concerns about my vision, talked to me in layman’s terms so I understood it, and cracked some hella good jokes in between.You better bet I will be singing his praises and referring everyone I know to him

I kept having problems with my eyes . I was sent to the regular eye doctor . Who told me my eyes were fine and just gave me a prescription for eye glasses. But I knew something was wrong with my eyes . Finally my pcp sent me to Dr. Doleza. He was great . He understood what I was stalking about when I was describing my issues. He did thorough tests. And has me being seen every 3 months to monitor a medical issue that is interfering with my eyes. The staff are all very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I would recommend anyone come to see Dr. Doleza!

We both enjoy and appreciate going to this clinic. Dr. Dolezal is so patient, knowledgable, and really takes the time to explain not only what he is doing, but what he is seeing clinically for you. The office staff are also very nice to work with.

Very quick, courteous, professional service, not a huge selection of frames for VSP Insurance but the rest of their service made up for that.

As someone who has been going to them for several years now, they have messed up my prescription more than twice for my lenses. I’m going to be looking for a new doctor

Dont use them....They dont care how long you have to wait for your glasses they dont answer the phoneThey never ever call you back you have to call them 5 or 6 times to get them to call you its all about the benjamins with them not your glasses you will have to wait 3 months to get them. Is it worth it?They are rude and arrogant

Absolutely the worst customer service. They are unprepared and unprofessional. The front desk lady was very rude and didn’t seem to care about the happiness of the customer.

Very rude receptionist there! Been waiting a month for my daughters glasses and still nothing! Definitely will be going somewhere else in the future. when I brought daughter in for her exam the front reception lady was wearing slippers! Very unprofessional place

Super annoyed and frustrated with this office. I spent an HOUR on the phone with my daughter’s insurance and then the Health Care Authority and then this office. I could not have been more clear with ALL involved that my daughter saw her pediatric opthamologist and needs NEW lenses for her EXISTING frames. The frames are less than a year old and she loves them. The HCA told me directly that there is zero problem with ordering new lenses. I spoke with someone in the optical department at Innovations in eye Care. I explained the need, and the information I had just been given from HCA. My instruction was: “No problem, come on in!”Less than 24 hours later, I bring my daughter in. I’m told, there is no way they told me they could order lenses for an existing frame. She had “no idea” who I would have talked to...The state doesn’t do that. Really? I talked to the state HCA myself. They didn’t even bother calling or attempt looking into it.Thanks for wasting my time.

Dr Dolezal worked hard, was very dedicated to giving me sight back to my left eye. now for the first time in 50 years, I see 20/20+ out of both eyes. He and his staff are great people dedicated to giving you the best care.

Ive been coming here since I was little and now Im 20. I continue to come here because they have kept the same standard of care.

Billing is a joke and so is the staff handling scheduling. Had been going here for over 10 years and in the last year its become a joke. Cant even get a call back from them, Eye injury or not Ive waited days for a call back nothing very unprofessional so disgusted. Ill go elsewhere from now on.

Had eye injury, they admitted me immediately, successfully treated my injury, and sent me on my way with 2 eyed vision.Also pleased with the 16 yrs Dolezal was my opt. before getting Lasik.

Dr. Dolezal is great but the policies with the lab are not.It takes nearly a month to get my glasses back.

The receptionist has very bad customer service and very rude.. Will not be returning.
