Was quoted one price for a mattress and frame went back 2 days later to pick up and the 15% discount that I got for signing up for their rewards program would not come up on the email. Not to mention that they was going to charge me $300 more say the price I was quoted was not right! So I found what I needed on line from Wayfair and it was even cheaper and was delivered to my house!
I love this store every time i go, tasha has helped me, and let me tell you that her customer service is outstanding!!! She has always made sure that i get what i came for and she makes sure i get all the discounts she can for me....not just one time but EVERY TIME!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE BECAUSE OF TASHA. Very nice people and they are a great help, very polite and friendly and they actually remember who you are when you come in the store and I have a Service Animal and they have welcomed her since day one and have never been rude or anything, and if you needing help with anything at all they are right on it .

My visit was fine except I wanted to buy Halloween decorations for my grandchildren but they were completely sold out! What a bummer and such a let down.

Got a nice $900 mattress on sale for $700.
Should have taken 5 minutes but turned out to be 45. The lady said there was only 3 employees working.....the checkout lady needs a different job. It took her 45 minutes to check 2 people out! Shaking my head and I thought it was ridiculous!

Not bad pricing or selection but what instantly turned me off was the clerk practically stalking me thru the front of the store begging me to sign up for their free rewards card. Said I didnt want it and she practically followed us thru the store saying how we needed it. O wont be back

Big lots is located in Fairview Park Plaza & has some very nice things to do any number of decorations. But it is a little bit expensive for some people in a small town, but it must be doing good business because its still open.
