Interviewed for a mechanic position at this dealer and even though I did not make the cut I have to say this is one of the best dealers around. Their internal policies for repeat business are to be honest and never up sell unneeded procedures. I have never seen so much pride in every employee and it didnt take long to realize why. The owner treats everyone as an equal regardless of position. I may have not gotten hired but I know a good place when I see it, highly recommend.

Wow! Have to give a huge shout out to Jeff White at Monken Nissan for helping us get our new Pacifica. Brought my vehicle in on several occasions for the same problem. Each time I paid for parts and labor to find out the next day that the problem was not fixed. Overall, I spent over $500 to not have the problem fixed. Come to find out, a diagnostic test was never completed or they would have found out that the computer was going bad in vehicle and that was what was causing the problem. Have since paid over another $500 to a different mechanic to actually have the problem fixed the first time it was there. The ladies that work the front desks at Monkens are very friendly and know their jobs but unfortunately, I dont believe the mechanics there know what they are doing.

Monkens is a name associated with loyalty and integrity. Every car I have owned has been a Monken car, from my first car that Harold sold me to my current car that Tony Marcum sold me. The service department is wonderful with the best mechanics. I had a tune up and other maintenance done on my Nissan and my car runs fabulously. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else for my cars needs.

Originally went to get a car I had found on their site, only to find out that the banks wouldnt finance it. One of their team members Bob logullo went out of his way to help find a car that was both in my budget and could be easily financed. If you do go to this dealership I would advise anyone to seek out Mr logullo, as he made the experience very easy and less stressful than the usual car shopping.

Just had the oil changed on a car I purchased from Monkens (last year). Wow, they gave me 3 free oil changes with the car purchase. The service team was great and they checked everything. The service department of a car dealership is often the deciding factor when I purchase a vehicle. In fact, it is usually the first question I ask my salesman. I hit the jackpot with Monken Chrysler in Centralia. My experience has been an excellent one beginning with the no pressure sales staff to the excellent service department. Customers often receive the red-carpet treatment during the purchase transaction, but quickly become a number after the purchase. This is not the case at Monkens. Each time I bring my car in for service, the treatment is like I am a first time shopper at the dealership. The service is quick and efficient. The service staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable in the wonderful waiting room. I feel like my business is appreciated! So rare these days!!

Not even going to sugar coat things.. Never ever been a fan of monkens. Had a super bad experience with them, so of course burnt me from it a bit. Since I knew Ryan Williams I figured I would just go see what it was about. Two days after signing the papers and getting the best car of my dreams. I got the best text Ive gotten in awhile, they found out they could get me a rate from another bank so low it should be illegal. Literally knocking my rate by 80%. They already had the sale finalized, they didnt have to call me back and restart all this work all over for them again... But they did!!! Thank you Ryan and monkens finance team! Youve just built a returning customer for years to come!

This was the 4th car weve bought from Monken, and Bob Logullo is awesome. Actually they are all fantastic, but Ive called Bob and told him what I want/need and how much I can pay and he always comes up with exactly what I want. He works on a deal as long as it takes, and he always returns calls and emails. Monkens service department is like no other dealership Ive ever dealt with. They are friendly, they dont try to sell service you dont need, and anytime Ive needed a loaner car Ive gotten one. Until we move out of the area Monken will be our go-to dealer for new and used cars.

I was looking for the new 2015 Nissan Rogue and called Monkens to set up an appt to come in and test drive one. I worked with Scott Marcum who was AMAZING! I told him what I was looking for and he made sure that he found me the Rogue that I wanted right down to the color. I traded in my old vehicle, which had nothing fancy in it and Scott walked me through all the buttons and different settings the vehicle has. He made sure I was comfortable and made sure all my questions were answered. He also took the time to call me a week later to see how everything was going and that I liked the vehicle!

Christmas Eve, last year, the engine blew in my truck and I had no other means of transportation. I still owed on my truck, which complicated my situation. Without much hope, I contacted Scott and asked about getting another vehicle. Scott and Wes went to work right away with a great deal on a new car and allowed me to trade in my truck. I love my 2016 Nissan Altima! Just weeks later my daughter, a single mom, desperately needed a replacement car and Scott was able to work a great deal on a reliable car for her!
