Was completely disrespectful to my friend for being vegetarian and called her naïve. he asked her if she would pepper spray him cause her keys had pepper spray. he gave opinions that were unnecessary and non professional. got mad when she asked for a different color of phone after he brought out the wrong color. she felt uncomfortable and the person helping her was completely out of line. cell the phone and leave her alone. thank you and please do better😘

The store does great and employees drive themselves to the needs presented to them at that point in time. Gerald is a solid leader and Matt helps to understand things more clearly. 👏

The folks at the store didnt want to help. They wanted me to go away and call customer service and resolve the problem myself. One employee actually said that what I needed couldnt be done. Long story short, I stayed at the store and called customer service myself. While at the store the employee did help me with the phone settings while I was on the call. Calling customer service was a 45 minute wait. Maybe I am not satisfied. But with some persistence on my part, the problem was resolved. Thank you for that. I think they may be there to sell stuff, not troubleshoot.

Went there for the first time today working away from home they were super helpful super friendly

We always get great service from Gerald and the team. Last night the rep we worked with Paul was very thorough and explained things well, gave honest feedback on our questions, and looked for ways to improve our plan and upgrade without increasing our bill.

Neither employee working in the store tonight acknowledged that we had walked in, no Hello, no be with you once Im finished, nothing. Waited for over 30 minutes and still werent acknowledged. I understand trying to upsell people to make more money for yourself, however, we were going in to buy 4 new phones and accessories and we received the cold shoulder, even when one of the employees customers went to the rest room and they were just standing there, we still didnt even get a hello or anything. Guess we will have to drive up north from now on

Hey, I went to this store on 12-29 to get a screen protector for my new phone. ALL employees and customers were wearing masks and I noticed surfaces were wiped almost immediately with readily available cleaning supplies as customers exited. TIA was friendly and helpful, quick to respond and took an extra minute to put a case I brought w/me after applying the screen protector. Thank you

Service was freindly and helpful. Unlike the other two stores I visited that day who were actually either sold out of devices, or selling confusing introductory promotion pricing. Im on a fixed income and really liked the clear pricing and wide selection of phones to choose from. AT&T has been with phones forever. For example, my very first cellular was an old flip phone branded Cingular Wireless. Good company who knows their stuff. Low hassle

I had a really hard time with my iPad and I went in today and Matt helped me out a lot. He was super. I love going to this location it’s the best. I will drive an hour away just to go to this store. I love all the workers there words can’t explain they are so helpful. I can actually walk in somewhere with a huge smile and be ready to listen to there day on how it’s going with no negativity it’s always positive there. When I am having bad day he just makes it better by his hard work and positivity. I also like how professional he is. He wears his mask all the time and follows the 6 feet distance. Matt is the reason why I will continue going to that store!

A Big Shout Out to Jared at Centralia AT&T Store, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient with answering my questions; & because of his 5 star rating customer service makes me want to for sure switch from T-Moble because I used to be a Sprint customer for 30 years & now that T-Mobile has taken over-its been really not good& Ive been very unhappy with them. I am recommending to all my family & friends to go to Centralia AT&T & to especially ask for Jared!

The rep that helped me was very knowledgeable and gave me some helpful tips. He sold me some accessories based on what I needed and not what had the highest price point. Ive been coming here for roughly 5 years and have never had a bad experience.

My problem was not solved and buying 2 new phones did not improve service.Still some people don’t get my textsafter spending 500 dollars.

Staff was incredibly helpful. They spent ample time answering my questions while knowing that I wasnt going to buy that day. In the past few days Ive spent hours on the phone and in multiple stores to decide on my plan and carrier. This location was by far and away the best experience Ive had.Keep up the good work!

This AT&T location is the best one Ive been to. The staff was willing to help me with some billing questions 4 months after my phone purchase. They are knowledgeable about how the billing works and are able to explain it in a way I could understand. Thank you so much for your help.

When ever I go in there .i get treated with respect. Yesterday I went in and had some numbers transferred from my old phone to the one I got now .victor did a very good job getting ot done and answering all my questions I had . I love going in there to get a new phone or just going in wit questions and just to go in to say hi . Iam hoping to get a knewer phone soon .
