We participated in one of the classes they offered, for a $35 fee, which was very disorganized, under stocked in materials and if you had any questions you we were treated horribly! The young lady who was there to help with the class was extremely rude and ignorant. I sent the owner a message about her bad attitude and was ignored. Im shocked that they would allow their employees to treat people this way!! What happened to good customer service???

This place is awesome! They have work shops where you can get crafty and make your own signs. The work shops are a lot of fun and you meet a lot of awesome people. If the work shops are not your thing, or if you simply don’t have time to make something than they sell those same products in the store. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. I really love Prickly Pear Primitives.

This store is fantastic! They did work for my wedding and for my sisters baby! My boss needed something last minute and somehow they were able to squeeze it in and make it happen! They are so prompt and attentive to your needs and wants! Great place, great people to work with!

They make beautiful things, but are far from reliable. I custom ordered a piece of furniture. Three weeks had passed, which was when I was told it would be ready to pick up, but I hadn’t heard anything, so called, and was told that I had never even placed the order with them. After going back through their notes, they realized they had written all the measurements I gave them down, but they forgot to start the order! I was told to come in and pick it up that Monday, when they are normally closed, so I showed up, and then they failed to show up and meet me, even though they were the ones who scheduled that time with me. I had made a special trip into town for nothing!To make matters worse, I booked a private party with them for my Mom’s Bachelorette Party. There was one day open between both our schedules, so I booked the slot. I called today to ask a few questions on the party details, and they told me that they had been meaning to call me, because they could no longer accommodate my scheduled day and time for my private party that I booked a month ago. All the invites have been printed, and details made. Unfortunately I have to throw them all away, and start from scratch.When I expressed my frustration to Shannon, and got off the phone, Charolette called me back shortly after to yell at me about how she didn’t appreciate my attitude, why can’t I be more understanding, and I should give them a little grace. Ha! Wow, really, it’s MY FAULT?! I can understand things come up, but their flakiness is an obvious, frustrating pattern. I will not be supporting their business from here on out. CAUTION with their reliability. Learn from my experience. Don’t get screwed over like I did.

Love this place, have taken many classes and they even set up a table for me to sit at since Im unable to stand for long periods. Go take a class or two, you will enjoy.

Worst customer service ever. I had went to the store 4 weeks in advanced to ask to have a sign made for my wedding for June 30th she said she could make it and wrote everything down. 2 1/2 weeks went by and I had not heard anything so I called and they said its on the board to be made. Another week went by and then I messaged her and she said yes she had it on her board and I asked her to please please let me know if she cant make it so I could have it made with only a week left before my wedding and she said she would look later when she was at the shop. The day before my wedding I messaged her if The sign was ready and no reply nothing. Terrible place with terrible customer service.

Customer service is terrible. The classes cost just as much as buying something they made. Everything they didnt make has been purchased from the Hobby Lobby and resold. You can still see where the Hobby Lobby stickers were ripped off.
