Seriously the best bowls in Vancouver hands down!

The sandwiches here can be good unfortunately I have been here twice lately at night and the bread is so stale I can’t even eat the sandwich. Twice now I have had to throw the sandwich out. How hard is it to train staff to test the bread.

I literally just moved to downtown from Hornby Island. This has been my go to for lunch and or dinner since I settled. They are nice people and make delicous food! You can also modify anything from the menu which is awesome. Happy happy customer here.

I almost get my lunch everyday from this place. Very friendly staff and yummiest food ever! I tried all salads, bowls, and sandwiches and they are all awesome. Just be careful about sandwiches when you bite as they are overloaded with many stuff. The only downside is the line up around noon as everyone comes to get lunch. Also, the place is small and not ideal if you want to eat inside. It’s mostly good for a quick lunch and take outs (Photos: Chicken breast salad, pulled pork salad).

We appreciated the quality & value of the food here. Can I suggest a pickled jalapeño for a more palatable element to this dish? Tidy and efficient service.

Best place to grab lunch to go. The sandwiches, salads and bowls are all awesome - great combination of flavours, and top quality ingredients. The prawns are my favourite but everything is good. Staff are cheerful, friendly, and never fail to greet you with a big smile. Highly recommended!

Simple yet flavorful menu. They are sensitive to dietary needs: vf, gf, df and the staff is great. If you have eaten here, you know what I mean...if not you need to.

Ordered Chicken bowl and it was really tasty. Service was fast even though it can get busy. I will come back again to try other menu like their soup and salad.

Love this little gem for lunch! They have a good menu with healthy options including sandwiches, bowls and salads. You have your options of proteins (or vegeterian), offer a daily special and all of their meat is gluten free (yay!) Ive been a few times and when I dont pack a lunch this is my go to spot. Their service is nice and speedy too!

A good place for lunch in Vancouver with cheap prices. The salads with soup is very good. There is many salads to choose from.

This place has the best food all around! Whether you crave a sandwich, salad, soup or rice bowl, they are all delicious, filling and super tasty. I am addicted to everything and eat there at least once a week. They have exceptional customer service and even went out of there way to bring me something that was forgot in my order to my office. I would recommend this place to everyone, and I DO!

Really tasty veggie salad but it was a bit expensive. There was a light dressing and the veggies were cooked in a flavourful paste. I would go again, would be nice if they had more veg options for a cheaper price (e.g avocado, tofu).

Great sandwiches, warm and delicious.The take away is fast, I didnt wait more than 5 min today at lunch time.The quality of the food is great. We can taste its fresh.10$ is a bit pricy for a sandwich. But the sandwiches are original and fresh.

It is what it is. Simple food done really well. This is my go-to light lunch or dinner spot. Best place in town to grab a quality salad with a quality protein. And the pulled pork sandwich is pretty good...

Tasty sandwiches, but they are a bit messy. Pay attention to the instructions on the sandwich in terms of how you open and approach them; they are there for a reason. Their thanksgiving turkey sandwich is only there around Canadian and American Thanksgiving, but it is well worth it if you can catch it on the menu. The rotating soups are tasty, and they have Boylans soda for sell.

Amazing sandwiches - their secret sauces really do it! Fast, affable servers and small batched cane sodas complete the deal. Perfect place for a quick work lunch.

Been going here for years, but it has gone downhill lately. Example today, went in for a pulled pork sandwich, and it was cold. I understand that the sauce and different condiments can cool it off but the pork was cold. If I wanted a cold sandwich, would jump across to IGA and get one 1/3 the price. Not sure if its the timing, always come in at 2-3PM after work. Try to keep the meat warm. Will try the Hornby location, if it doesnt work out will have to a find a new place. Shame, was good.EDIT: and from what I remember, the bread used to be toasted, or looks so from pictures online at least. It hasnt been for a while now.

Ordered the pull pork. Sandwich was filling however, pulled pork was on dry side. Prices seemed to be pretty reasonable for the large portion size you get.

Excellent service - their prawn salad has become a lunchtime staple for me when I work downtown! They do get quite busy during the lunch hour, but I have always received consistent and friendly service. Even during busy times, Ive never waited more than a few minutes for my order to be prepared.

Its too bad COVID took these guys out of business - they had great sandwiches.

Solid after work dinner healthy selection for us. Have tried both sandwich and salad options, though I usually prefer their salad. Just know that they only do sandwiches and salads but you can choose your protein ranging from pull pork to prawns. Good fast option for after work.

I eat here at least once every week. Sometimes four or five times a week. The chicken breast sandwich is a signature meal. And their bread, which they make in-house, makes everything tastier :)

It would be nice to clean the sticky table surfaces once in a while!

Its a great place for quick salads and bowls. Their vegetarian bowl is delicious ! The service is also always great.

Went to 420 Robson as hornby location was closed at 430 for staff reasons the chicken was cold as well as dry no taste please go to hornby location is superb could not even finish it wasted by cash oh well next time

Careful! The food safety seems very poor. I ordered a quinoa salad along with rice bowl, and the quinoa tasted funny. Assuming it was just the flavour, I consumed it. Later that night I had a stomach ache. The quinoa was most probably stale.Service is mediocre but I would be more concerned with the hygiene and food safety standards at this eating joint.

Loved this place, but its going downhill fairly quickly. Wait times are 20 minutes for a salad today, and what I got was smaller than usual and pretty dry.

Nice menu / ingredients /flavors / staff. Could you let me know if you decide to change your sandwich packaging ? I dont know why is so complicated to eat a sandwich, it gets messy and ruins the experience.

Normally a great experience but I ordered a holiday turkey sandwich today and it was so overly salted that I had to throw half of it away.
