I try to be patient with them and again they screwed me over on my leather. They triple charged me for some leather thats not even close to what I ordered. Then the female had nothing but a attitude like I was in the wrong.

If a 0 star was an option I would give this company that. DO NOT trust your hides with this company. It took over 2 years of me calling and trying to get a straight answer as to where my doe hide. Once the company said they “lost” it, there was no sorry, how can we fix this…..NOTHING.

They have a wide variety and good selection of everything. Leather, hides, tools, medicines. They are fair. All these drums were either tied by them and then painted. Or supplies bought their and then made. Their good customer service get my business and our non profit Unkitawas business.

I love the wide variety selection! Im very disappointed with the quality of the hides I got because I ordered the #1 expecting them to be the best, but they have a lot of very noticeable markings, scrapes, and very discolored with blemishes, and it must be stored folded up because it has a bunch of squared creases and a long crease down the middle ( so maybe a #3). If you are going to do some very nice show pieces I would not recommend this, but for everyday crafts this is the place to go!

This place is pretty cool I went there for the first time a few days ago and looked around. We saw some hides of animals like coyotes, wolfs, beavers, rabbits, and some others, which means they have a good variety of furs that you can purchase from. They also make native items like drums, drum sticks, canoes, flutes, an arrow or two and some other things, which they all make in the store. They also sell leather to make vests or something else and some different types of gloves like deer or pig skin. Over all I really recommend this place to visit with your children because it is really cool to see those type of things.

Scammed and poor quality. In June, I purchased a wolf tail they had available. After contacting them, they reassured me it was either a grey wolf or a timber wolf tail. Upon receiving it, it was a coyote. In addition, the coyote tail was in terrible condition. The leather was still and torn, the fur was matted and still had burrs in it from being outside. Had it at least been a decent coyote tail, I would have been still upset over being scammed but at least satisfied it was a nice one.I thought it was possible their “wolf” tail was a Bush wolf, which was why I contacted them on the first place. After being told it was a timber or a grey, I felt confident that it was what I bought. Even if it was a wolf tail in poor condition, I would have been satisfied. This was neither wolf or quality.I’ve contacted them since purchasing it twice, no response. I had it looked at by a local taxidermist to assure that it really was in fact a coyote and not what I paid for.I’m greatly dissatisfied with this store and they will not be receiving my services ever again.

I wanted to love this company but their customer service is terrible. They charged my credit card $19 above the amount I authorized. Rather than correct the problem, they suggested I mail back the order for a return (which would double my shipping charges) and now will not even respond to email. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Lots of furs and skulls available but it is designed more for online sales than in-person visits or browsing as there are no prices listed on anything. In fact their website asks you to call ahead before visiting. Hence you need to already have an idea of what you want. They open early (7 a.m.) but also close early (3 p.m.) so out-of-towners need to plan accordingly since its a bit of a drive from any big city (though not far off the Interstate). Staff very friendly and helpful

This is one of the worst website businesses I have ever come across. They sold me a dry rotted hide and will not refund me my money or even resend me a better elk hide. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. I hope the BBB will put a Lien on their business bonding. I will never ever do business with Centralia Fur and Hide ever again. I will be speaking to a lawyer.

Over the course of several months I ordered several thousand dollars worth of drum Building Supplies from this company. One day I made a small order of just one drum head and when it arrived it had several holes in it. I approached Sue and provided pictures. She told me the drum maker said it would not change the performance of the drum and refused to send a call tag to pick up the drum head and send me a new one! She said I would have to PAY to send the head back and IF they decided it was not good I would have to PAY the shipping for a new one! After purchasing over $7,000 worth of drums from them! I will never use this company again!
