Friendly service. Great selection of shoes, but not sizes. The shoe prices are same as anywhere else, and some shoes were more expensive.

All of the younger employees are a brilliant bunch of people... So helpful! However the older blonde lady with the glasses needs to learn a thing or two from the younger generation about customer service. Its amazing to me how condescending she is every time I come In. she cramps my vibe when I am trying to get my freak on yo like come on lady go work at the DOL with that rude tood boo.😘 I wont spend my money when shes there ever again. Bad vibes. 👎

Killer Deals!! Everything in the store is 50% Off plus on Clearance!! Most men’s Under Armour shirts are less than $5!! You know what I did??? Yep!! I loaded up on t-shirts, dress casual collard shirts!! I think I bought 20 shirts for $45!!

Had quite a selection. Prices for sketchers were the same as the store in the other building that I had just left, and the ones I bought were on sale. When I got ready to checkout, the line was long and there was 1 cashier. Oddly, when i walked in, there were 2... would not shop here again.

No great deals here, but cheaper than Sketchers store for the same shoes.

Not a good place to shop for Nike shoes. I refunded these shoes and then they give my a card with $80. I got other shoes instead and when I purchased I didn’t have enough so I removed 1 thing and I waited 10 mins just for them to say I have no money on the card. Waste of my time smh

Went to get some nice shoes for a date night. When I got home and tried to put on my new shoes I couldnt because the insole was glued crooked. I took them back and all they did was give me a refund. Ruined my day and I had to waste $7 in gas for no reason.

Have shopped many times, no issues, normally our go to place for shoes (5 stars). Bought shoes for the kids less than a week ago; went in today to do two exchanges, one was wrong style, one was damaged. A couple days ago I talked to someone at the store about policy since I didnt have my receipt. I was told that was no problem, to come in since everything was saved on my app. The gal Debbie that was working was rude (not the same person I had talked to before). She was talking down to me, almost making me feel like I was trying to steal shoes from the store. Even told me she would do it, but to not expect it again. I always thought one of the points of the app was to keep track of your purchases. Finally got the transactions completed and was happy to leave.

I really miss this store at the 3 Rivers Mall in Kelso Washington. Im not sure why they closed it cuz we dont have very many shoe stores to begin with! I Appreciate nevermind the vast selection of dressy shoes and summer shoes and whatever comes out throughout the year. Good prices and large selection.The atmosphere was ok.

Shoes are nice. Reward Program leaves a lot to be desired. Same with telephone customer service. Had almost enough points for a free pair of shoes just over a year ago. Made the purchase, pumped up the points. Went in today, looking forward to a free pair of shoes. Nope. Points drop off on a rolling 12 month basis. Zero points! Called customer service. Too bad, so sad. Starting over. What a sham. Oh, and while we are at it, please combine the two accounts tied to my phone number. Nope, cant do that. Just let one go inactive. Excuse me, you just said they are both inactive. Round and round we went. Stayed on the phone to leave feedback. Answered the first question with a 1 and was disconnected. Guess the system didnt like my answer. Well still shop there, but we wont count on earning points.

This place has very helpful workers. I overheard one worker being helpful and knowledgeable. They often have sales. However, the sales may not always be that great of deals for being on outlet row.

Amanda was the friendliest and nicest person working there. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and was helpful and knowledgeable. Shes a gem!

They were the only ones who had the shoes/boots that fit me as I have a problem with finding shoes or boots to fit my extra wide high arch and high instep foot and they were stylish too. Staff was very freindly and helpful.

Mismarked prices on clearance shoes and after shown that the box had the price they still only had it was mismarked as an excuse, all of the exact same shoe had the same price...big mistake. Employees lingered and had 0 personality, only repeating like robots has anyone told you what our special is going on today? Its... repeated by the same employee 3 times within 10 min to us specifically. Plenty of other shoe stores in the area.

Large selection of shoes but the employees have a bad habit of lingering and making you feel pressured. Overall atmosphere is unpleasant to shop with friends and family.

Greeted coming in and out store and wasnt promo bombed which is so nice. Prices are a bit steep.
