Called in for a different issue that was not resolved but was advised on the phone that there was an airbag recall so I decided to make an appointment to go out there. Once arrived, another rep informed me there were no recalls so to sum it up, I was fed misinformation and wasted my time going out there for nothing. Can’t trust this dealership.

They were Awesome.Their Customer Service goes above and beyond. I learned that they are a Family Owned Business. No wonder they intently listen to your requests and were very concerned with getting it all done correctly. If Anyo e has a Mazda that needs service, I strongly recommend this facility. (Especially since the Dealership where I purchased the car had Terrible Customer Service...and theyre all the way down in Rancho Palos Verdes)....

On Wednesday I came in to get my car serviced, I had a flat tire, immediately told them I needed my tire fixed and gave them my information. No one said I had to check in to get it serviced. In the meantime my car was getting serviced I figured I’d go and speak to someone about my lease payments to potentially purchase the vehicle. I spoke with a sales representative whose name is Lailani. She was nice, however I said multiple times I did not want to purchase a vehicle today, but I did want Information. Long story short i did not want her to run my creditshe mentioned only a point would be deducted, to my surprise 28 points were deducted from my credit that day. I then told her 28 points were deducted I thought you said just one, she responded by saying only one or two. Seriously!! my ten year old sister can do better then this. I don’t understand how someone can still lie to my face to get a sale out of me. She misinformed me and my credit was affected more. On top of the fact that I was already lied to and upset I leave to get an update on my vehicle, to find out they had just parked it and no service was done because it was not checked in. The service department showed lack of communication or were just lazy. Why would I pull into service for someone to just park my car this is not valet parking. This was seriously the worse experience here and we’ve been doing business with them for 5 years. As a client I am disappointed in both departments. I think management needs to retrain these people on customer service skills.I went back and spoke with Rafael from the finance department who I should have gone to since the beginning. Maybe he can train them to have better customer service skills. I have never done a bad review but this was beyond, my day could not have ended worse. This team needs to get it together.

They always treat me like I am the most important person in the world...I always walk out with a good feeling or a smile from a pleasant joke on the way out. They just treat me like family... the good family not the hater type...

They dont have a system to check customers appointment made thru their website. Never apologized, irresponsible, and poor customer service skills. I wont buy mazda just because of that.

Buying a car here was easy. Service department is by far one one the worst ones. Mazda knows of the issue with the gun metal wheels coating coming off. I was told that anything on line was false and turned away. Called another dealership and told to bring it in to gave someone look at the wheels. At lease they will make an effort.

Let me start by saying I am extremely picky about my 2014 Dodge Challenger. I brought it in to have the spoiler painted to match the side stripe. I worked with Joe who was fantastic. They matched the stripe color perfectly and did an excellent job with the install.

Do not bring your vehicle here. I was told by Henry they do craftsmanship work which was false. They did not give me my vehicle back in Right condition. I had to bring my vehicle back plenty of times to get my car properly fixed and touched up. My paint on the car is not matched up correctly either. The paint is dull looking. still got problems with front axel etc. I seriously recommend you dont come here.

First of all, they have a couple Yelp stickers on their door fronts...YET I SEE NO REVIEWS ON YELP! How does this happen??Anyways, I had over 8K in repairs done about 3.5 years ago.Earlier this year I noticed small spots on my hood that looked like a clear coat was lifting.I noticed it was getting larger. Im annoyed.So I contact Browning and my first call wasnt so informative.My second call was better.(This reminded me of my initial experience with them...lets just say they did not leave me a good enough impression to want to come back.)I came in to get it seen and had no problems with them admitting it was their faulty work. (Im glad there was no argument there.)They can redo it but theyll need 2 days and a rental will be provided.I told him Ill be in at 8am on Tuesday.Im a little annoyed but I can understand that this can happen so I try and keep a positive attitude. At least my whole car isnt peeling, right??Today I went in with a positive attitude but left feeling really frustrated and angry.A rental car was not waiting for me and had to deal with the hassle of working with Enterprise.Its been an hour since I stepped in BCC and now at Enterprise waiting for a car that looks like it can take at least another 30mins...probably more like 45 mins- 1hr looking at all the ppl around me.WHY AM I BEING INCONVENIENCED????I had to leave enterprise WITHOUT a rental and came back for my car.Ill be calling the office today and will speak to a manager about this and see how it spans from there...but until then Im very unhappy.

WORST SHOP EVER!!!!!!Unorganized, uneducated. TAKE YOUR CAR SOME WHERE ELSE. Call a dealer and get a recommendation. Do not go here because you will wish you hadnt.... Save yourself time, and aggravation.
