Great customer service! Awesome team

This place is HORRIBLE. African American lady who works there no customer service whatsoever. HORRIBLE!

Tiarah was very kind and helped answer my customer service questions. She did her best to figure out a solution for me and was very professional! The shoe selection is always on point too!

1) I walked in to the store and the employee didnt acknowledge me or ever offered any help or assistance2) He was to busy making other side business with another customer about reselling shoes and how he can save him a couple of pairs of limited releases3) I came back hoping someone would help me out or offer me assistance on the pairs of shoes I wanted to get, but the same employee was swapping numbers and talking with the same customer about non work related subject so I stand right in front of them hoping that theyll end their conversation and but the employee still didnt acknowledge me4) I walked right out and decided to not purchase shoes anymore since I was extremely upset after the employee had me wait for nothing5) I was going to spend a little over $900 on me, my children and my wife if the employee wouldve took a few minutes of his time and helped me out instead of pretending customers dont exist, any other angry customer couldve simply grabbed what they wanted and walked right out and he probably wouldve never acknowledge itP.s. I will be contacting corporate about this situation, and please hire more professional people so this type of situation will not happen again

They dont have the size shoe we are looking for in a specific shoe. But Federico and the other employees were very helpful.

This place has a variety of shoes and has a lot, that the other stores dont carry. The customer service is great and your always greeted with a friendly attitude. I like that this store is clean and has everything organized.

I asked a store associate to hold a shoe for me. They said they could no problem but only for an hour. 30 min later I came back and they sold it. The reason they gave me was that it was in high demand. Whats the point of saying you hold shoes for an hour but then not doing it? Whats the point of having a policy but not enforcing it? Just dont tell customers you hold shoes if you dont.

Nope dont even get me started they lied about the time they sell the shoes it supposedly started at 8 but when i got there the sizes they had were trash, plus they didnt have my size horrible customer service.

My grand kids like to go buy his shoes in that place
