Jaime from Safelite came out to my house and replaced the windshield on my 2006 Honda CR-V yesterday. He was so great and a pleasure to chat with while I watched him masterfully replace my windshield, a skill hes apparently perfected. What a great asset to the company! Im glad I chose the mobile option instead of turning it over to someone and sitting in a waiting room for 2 hours. I would highly recommend this place. Hopefully I dont ever need another windshield... but I would definitely go thru this location again, and ask for Jaime. KudOs Thank you.

Called for an appointment got Quick Service.I dropped car off. Car was done with new front windshield.. courteous and friendly people. My pickup gets new rear window Monday . Dec 21.

Cant comment. They couldnt get us an appointment in under 7 days and they are impossible to speak to on the phone. I found a local place who could help me.

They came to replace my windshield and it was not done correctly. I tried to call for a repair and wanted to explain my windshield problem. You literally cannot speak to a person. The call number just tells you to get online and hangs up. What great customer service.... I will never use them again.

Experience was smooth, employees were helpful and understanding. Service was done very quick.

Unfortunately they canceled my appointment last minute and pushed me back 4 days. The company makes it easy to get the appointment setup but lack of of trying to complete the appointment is disappointing. Called a local shop and had it done the same day safelite was to complete. Better others should consider the local shops also.

We needed to get our windshield replaced and stopped by yesterday to set up an appointment and were lucky enough to get one for 8 this morning. Dropped it off while Brian did the work. Good job, nice professional people, would definitely recommend.

Quick service, friendly and professional. Before doing the windshield replacement they explained everything and then got it done in exactly 1 hour. The windshield is also perfect.

I dont know about this place but my sister when in this place today and had her windowsill put in didnt even put her inspection stickers back that was terrible

The folks at Safelite were courteous, foresight, and timely. I dont like that I had to get a repair but, this is the only place I would go to if it happens again.

Replaced my wifes windshield on time with no issues

I called to talk to someone about getting my windshield replaced. The phone recording says the only way to do this is by internet only. Would if I dont have internet? What happened to calling to talk to a human to do business? They lost out on a windshield replacement.

Definitely a friendly business and didn’t have any trouble. They agreed with me and that’s what I like you know some places just like to argue about what they think. Yeah they had to order a windshield so expect a delay but nothing serious.

This is my second visit to safelite within six weeks and again I felt compelled to give a five star review for David who had assisted me while at his store. I had an issue, I called insurance, i called my dealership but nothing. After speaking to David for 5 mins he had a solution to my problem. Much appreciated.

After getting a quote we decided to have the windshield replaced. However once onsite for the install the price had drastically gone up $175.00. But I spoke to the shop manager and voiced my issue with the price. Told him a local competitor was going to do the same exact job for almost $200 less, he immediately started figuring out what happened to the original price. After a half hour on the phone my final cost was relatively close to the competitors price and I was completely satisfied with the outcome. Both customer service and quality of work were above exceptional.

I received a call from my college-aged son, advising me that the drivers side window was broken on my 1999 Chevy Suburban in Shippensburg, PA. I immediately called Safelite. I knew they handled windshield replacements, but a side window?? The company rep I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and considerate. He advised that Safelite did in fact also replace side windows in vehicles. I was concerned because my vehicle was an old one, but I was reassured that the side window replacement was still possible, even considering my vehicles advanced age. I gathered all of the info given to me by Safelite, and passed it on to my son. The appointment was set up for a mobile repair within 48 hours, keeping in mind my sons busy college schedule.Brandon from Safelite arrived promptly for the appointment. He was fast, efficient, and professional in his work replacing the side window. He cleaned up all of the broken glass from the interior, and even cleaned up the broken glass outside on the ground in the street as well! Upon completion, the site area was thoroughly cleaned, and all of the exterior windows were washed!From the minute I called Safelite to the minute the job was completed, this unfortunate incident was handled professionally all throughout of the way. Excellent job Safelite, you did GREAT!! Thank you!! I will always use Safelite for my vehicle window replacement needs, and will continue to recommend Safelite to all of my family and friends.

Cherry picking the customers. If your car is over a couple of years old dont bother coming here. If there is a hint of rust or a slight dent they will send you to an auto body shop that would have done the installation of the window anyway. Refunding your monies is a huge inconvenience as there are no numbers to call on the website, and now have to wait 5 days while they collect interest on my monies for services not provided. Shop local, these larger franchises are just not doing us any justice, especially by automating the customer care centers and not employing Americans.

Can only make online appointments and rates are high.

Our windshield got smash with stone in highway a few months ago. Our insurance company told us to come here. They did a good job. Very quick. But in a few months later the crack is wider, so we came back here again. And they fixed it for us. It looks good now. Hopefully last forever since they cant change the whole windshield.

The associates were friendly, professional, and efficient. They even carefully removed the stickers and replaced them on the new window.

After a stone hit the windshield causing a chip, and reporting it to the insurance, they sent us here to have it repaired.The manager explained the process in detail to me, which I really appreciated. He also explained that if the repair left a visible spot which I found bothersome while driving, I could opt to have the entire windshield replaced with insurance covering all but the deductible. He was very courteous and pleasant to deal with.The waiting room was incredibly tiny and almost claustrophobic. But despite it being a very hot afternoon, it was cool inside so that was a plus. The work was done quickly and I was on my way. Yes, I can see the spot, but it doesnt bother me.

As a former auto insurance agent in Chambersburg, I referred clients to Safelite. When I had a chance to experience their service as a customer, I was happy to be assured that I had been making the correct recommendation. My Progressive claims rep was able to see their availablilities and made the appointment for the next day, and I drank coffee in the comfortable waiting room during the curing process. All of the negative reviews for this business occurred before an ownership and branding change, and I wouldnt hesitate to go back.

The manager David is useless, had my car there on the 25th of February for my appointment to replace my windshield and they found out they didnt have all the parts. Lost time because of this and no apologies. David said they would order the rest of the parts and it would be 5 to 7 days. 2 weeks later still no parts and after speaking tho the useless David today he said he would check on it and call me which of course he didnt. Safelite us the biggest scam I ever encountered. David is a terrible manager but in todays world he is probably looked at as ok. Sad company.

Pricing way way way too high. RT11 glass plus can do the same work for better pricing.

Gave all information on phone, 24 hours later I had a new windshield. I thought it would take forever to find one For a 2007 Armada. The process was. Exactly what I was told, they Even cut a peice of old windshield with sticker and taped the edges. Friendly service. they kept my truck inside when done so as not to spoil my Food bank deliveries. Update : water is leaking inside my truck, have another appt for tomorrow​. @@@ small prices of rubber were clogging the drip line for sunroof. All fixed up.

Called frist time on 15 minutes no one answered called second time on 20 minutes no answer went else where they answered go tomorrow for new back glass

Terrible, terrible service!!! 4 tries/weeks and still no windshield!!! 1st week after ordering...wrong windshield, ordering new one. 2nd week...windshield has a large scratch, ordering new one. 3rd week...Oh, didnt they tell you we cant install this when theres snow/ice/mud/etc on the ground, scheduled for in shop install? 4th week...took day off from work and arrived for appointment on time, waited an extra half hour past appointment only to find out they cant find windshield!!! Declined offer to have another one ordered!!!
