I needed to have my new Shelby Mustang GT500 PA inspected since it was purchased out of state. The odometer was reading 800 miles and I also wanted to get the first oil change completed. All went well until it was time to replace the oil filter and the shop realized they did not have a filter in stock. My service adviser gave me the news and the options, and we settled on a non-OEM brand because I did not want new oil in an old filter. Good service in a timely manner. I will be back.

I live in Chambersburg and my son had 2 positive experiences at Keystone Ford. Im looking for a used car - reliable but not too expensive. My son came with me for support and he was willing to trade in his old car to help me with a down payment. The salesperson was disinterested in helping us. Very aloof. He didnt even introduce himself! Took forever to get keys and showed no interest at all. He directed his statements to my son (which is why he was there as this has happened to me before) even when he knew I was the looking to purchase. We heard his name when he was called to the office. I have struggled to get back on my feet and am now in a position to purchase but I will NOT go back to Keystone! Very disappointing!

As before the service was great from the first phone call, had to order parts and was not sure how to go about it, Jim that answered the phone looked my truck up and informed me what they had in stock and what they would have to order, took truck in the next day dropped off in the am and had it completed by mid afternoon. They even offered to pick me up at my work so I could get the truck back before close of the day. Had the works with tire rotation, new front rotors & pads and also a new battery installed all for a fairly reasonable price. Thanks again Guys & Girls.

Not impressed with 2012 Ford Edge brake booster extended warranty repair. Repair was scheduled for a Monday 08/09/21, told it would done same day. Didnt hear anything Monday so I called Tuesday morning, got a call back saying it would be done Tuesday afternoon. Called Tuesday about 4pm, left a message. Got a call back saying it would be done Wednesday. Picked it up Wednesday evening and when I started it the dashboard was reset to what I guess was the default, not what it came in with. Took a few minutes to go in to menus and reconfigure it. As I left I noticed passenger side A/C was hot even though both sides were set on 70. I was a little irritated but the service dept. was closed so I googled it and discovered the battery was probably disconnected without a memory saver, something a professional shop would use, including Advance Auto Parts when the battery was replaced previously so why not Keystone Ford? And these problems could all be the caused by disconnecting the battery and not hooking it up positive first. I calibrated the heater blend door through the touch screen per google and all was well. The brakes are great so that fix was good but 3 days for something I scheduled several days in advance that was a Customer Satisfaction recall and the other irritating things when I picked it up that could have been prevented with a simple procedure to maintain power to the gauge module seem curious to me. At least tell me the gauge cluster will need reset if you know it. And heat on a day in the 90s? Google to the rescue.

For the most part I was pleased with my experience at Quick Lube. The one issue I had was the order in which my vehicle was brought into the shop which ultimately cost me about 15-20 minutes of time. When I arrived at the shop there was no one in the facility as I checked my vehicle in for service. Shortly there after another woman came for service after my vehicle had been checked in for service. Her vehicle was processed in. Now I cant say if the next factors occurred on purpose or if it was just happened stance, but I know her vehicle was brought into the service shop about 15 to 20 minutes before mine & if Im not mistaken we were both there for inspections. This is of concern to me because as I understood the shop didnt take appointments & was first come first served. Again not saying this was on purpose, but it did concern me at the time & was part of my first experience. I have no issue with the actual servicing of my vehicle.

I am editing this due to we just traded this vehicle in and upon trade at another dealer we found the vehicle had been wrecked not once but TWICE and of course we didnt ask for the car fax because a business should consider it ethical to disclose this. Word of ADVICE, ask for the car fax before buying from Keystone Ford.We also had two new tire put on and the shop messed up the censors before trading it so it had to be taken to Toyota to fix that issue.I took my Ford Focus to have it fixed in the service department and Gary was top notch, kept me updated on the status of my car, it turns out that the problem that my car was having was going to take a bit more money to fix than I wanted to pay so I went into the shop and talked with Gary and he put me in the hands of Nick and Clint, who did a wonderful job in helping us to get my son back in a vehicle and also took the Ford Focus off of my hands. Great job guys! You all rock!

Over the weekend, I test drove and purchased a vehicle from Keystone Ford. I initially reached out via their internet sales option and received a mix of prompt and delayed responses. The following morning I was contacted by a sales manager who answered my remaining question about the vehicle. We met with Frank in sales who had the car ready for us to drive that day. We took the weekend to decide and fortunately for us, the car was still available. Frank had the car ready for us to purchase that evening. The process was smooth, though it would have been faster if we had taken care of financing online. Despite that, it was still a smooth process and we enjoyed working with Frank and MJ. We received a great deal on our car and were not heavily pressured to purchase anything additional, which we greatly appreciated. Im very happy with our experience at Keystone.

As an extremely busy, full time working, mom of 4 I have struggled to find a trustworthy shop to take my vehicle for minor maintenance. I was having an issue with 2 of my tires losing air for about 3 months and since I was coming up on an oil change I scheduled an appointment with Keystone Service center. Since I work during their hours I dropped my vehicle off the previous day for a Monday 11am appointment slot and arranged for other transportation to and from work on that day. I did not get a call that my vehicle was ready so I called and left a message asking for a prompt return call since I was on a time crunch as it was. Did not hear back so I made my way there after work at 4:45pm. When I arrived they were still working on it and I was told that when they went to top off the air pressure in my tires that something happened to the one tire stem. I advised them that when I made the appointment I had asked them to take a look at all my tires stems because of the on going issue. They completely forgot so something happened and my back tires stem completely blew as I was standing there. They rigged it so that it would hold air until I could go somewhere else to get it repaired. At this time I did not have the time for them to fix it properly. I paid for the works oil change and they pulled my vehicle around so I could leave. My drivers side floor mat was not in perfect condition but now has black oil stains on it from the service guys, my oil life indicator was not reset, no sticker for my next oil change was provided and my tires were not rotated like promised in the advertisement. Now this all just happened yesterday so I suspect I will also find more that was not done. Its just very disappointing to go yet another shop where I feel women are taking advantage of for their lack of knowledge of vehicles. I will not be returning and will encourage others to avoid Keystone.

So this place is horrible. I called about a Ford F-150 they had for sale. They allowed me to look at it. I wanted the truck. I had to call them every time they did not keep me up to date. After a week they explained to me that truck had a leak and they would loose money selling to me so they sent it to auction. They then said they had some other options on the lot. I told them of a few others I liked and they said would get back to me.......they never again contacted me. Not sure how a company with poor customer service and deceit stays in business but BUYERs beware of this place.

I can not say enough about my good car buying experience at Keystone Ford in Chambersburg, PA. I was looking to move into a hybrid vehicle for economy. I test drove a 2020 Toyota RAV4, Honda CR-V and the Ford Escape.. The Ford Escape was comfortable, rode well and was very quiet. What cinched the deal was the fact that I could install a hitch receiver and tow up 1500#.I must give a great deal of credit to the salesperson that I dealt with, Frank Blood. Im an older buyer and Frank took as much time as needed to go over all the technology built into the car.I hope I get as much satisfaction owning the Escape as I did buying it.

Excellent Service. One of the most knowledgeable parts departments around with great pricing. It is very helpful when the parts reps are well versed in actual repair and are able to help. Sometimes theyre only working with whats on the computer screen and unable to help with discussion and sourcing. This parts department has a working knowledge of the products and that has been beneficial and even essential in several cases.

I appreciated being able to look at the different cars without a salesman coming out right away. When we walked into the showroom we were greeted right away. When we told them what car we were interested in we were given the keys to test drive. Russ (the salesperson) was very personable. He went over every area of the car & when I left I felt like I knew the car pretty well. Brad (the financial person) was also very friendly. They both made us feel comfortable. It was a long day, but well worth it. Glad I bought another Ford.

Ive purchased 2 cars from this dealer and used them for more difficult service that I cant do myself.Pros: they gave me a great deal on my new Focus ST purchase in 2013, they gave me a great deal on that same car when i traded it back to them 5 years later, they have a great selection of cars that you cant find elsewhere (raptor, ST, RS, Boss, GT350, etc.), service is quality and on time (morning dropoffs are usually done by lunch), they shuttle me to work when I drop off my car in the morning, the shop hours of operation are quite reasonable (8-5 + Saturday hours), the car prices are competitive upfront and not bloated till you haggle them down (there is of course room to haggle though), the shop doesnt up-sell much to me, the parts department is helpful/knowledgeableCons: the most knowledgeable and helpful service representative they had no longer works there, I dont feel like I got that great of a deal on my Focus RS, purchasing a car here is like a 4 hour process (was like this for both purchases), technical questions seem to only be answerable by an actual mechanic (who are typically too busy to talk to directly), the last paperwork guy when purchasing a car up-sells a ton of non-essentialsConclusion: This dealer is WAY better than Hagerstown or Martinsburg Ford (horror stories from them)(no XP on Winchester or Frederick) You will get a great or average price no matter what you purchase. The people are down to earth and friendly. The shop does quality work for what seems like a fair dealer service. (not talking Quick Lane work, which doesnt seem to have as good of a budget as the main shop) Ill continue using them for work I need done. Maintenance parts are a bit cheaper from Rock Auto or Amazon though. (this seems par for any dealer though)Other Car Dealer Side notes: Sharrett over charges big time for parts (wanted to charge $20 per spark plug - got the exact same ones on Rock Auto for $8 each)(Sharrett does really good work though and sales team is good) I hear nothing but good about Antrim Way Honda. Ive tried to purchase 3 separate cars from Hagerstown Honda, and they thought I wouldnt mind being ripped off every time! (they wanted $53K for a Civic Type-R when I could walk across the street and get an STI or Golf R for $15k less!)Update 1:My Focus RS broke an axle boot. The axle was fixed under warranty. I was going out of town for a week, so I decided to drop off the car before hand and have them fix the axle and replace the worn tires at the same time. When I got the car back, 3 of the 4 rims were scuffed, scratched, and gouged from the tire installation, the factory powder coated brake calipers were chipped and scuffed, and the under tray was torn. I immediately contacted the service department.Update 2:It took 3 total service appointments, but my car is finally back to normal. The dealership did fix all of the issues they caused. The service manager personally worked my case. I would say the original work was good mechanically, but the cosmetic damage was unacceptable for this type of car. If your not bothered by possible cosmetic damage to your 9 year old, 150K mile Fiesta, the quality of work should be fine. I would be hesitant to use this Ford dealership for service on special edition ST, RS, BOSS, bullitt, etc. vehicles though.

My wife and I scheduled an appointment to test drive a new Ford Escape Titanium. Upon arrival for our appointment Frank greeted us and took us out to the car we requested. He took his time and explained all the new features and even demonstrated how the 90 degree parking assist works. We then took the vehicle out for a test drive and were able to take our time. Frank was very personable and we didn’t feel pressured at any point during the process. We decided to trade our Fusion in and purchase the Ford Escape that we test drove. We are very satisfied with the whole process and look forward to our future adventures with our new Escape.

Took my vehicle back to Keystone Ford and explained issue. Work done - Assessed brakes and tire wear; front brakes pad & rotors, front tires replaced & balanced; work was completed; very satisfied with quality of work and professionalism of staff.

We purchased a vehicle from keystone and it was quite the bad experience. It took a very long time for them to get everything sorted and get us out the door. The main disappointment i had was the back and forth I had to go through in order to get the rebates we were promised. I had to go there about 4 times. After they claimed multiple times it was all set it turned out the rebates werent even set up right so I had to go back over a year later. Then I had to wait another year to actually get the check. Imagine having a business where you have to wait 2 years for a service. Pathetic. Ontop of that i was lied to about our key fobs which is a whole other ordeal. The whole experience has made me never want to go back.

Upgrading the stars from 2 to 4.*******Original Post******Went to have oil changed (The Works package) on my ‘18 F-150.I parked and asked how long the wait was. Was told oh we can take you right now. 20 minutes later, they finally brought my truck in.They failed to reset the oil life counter. I took my vehicle here for its service, which was oil change, and tires rotated, and a recall. I paid extra for the works package, and two days later my vehicle is telling me that my windshield washer fluid is low, really! This makes my wonder what else they didnt do that I paid for. The service prior to this I took my vehicle to the Quick Lane, and when I went out to get in my vehicle there were to big long stripes of grease going the whole way across my drivers seat. I will not be going back to either one of these places in the future.

Just bought a 2019 Ford Ranger Lariat. Very pleased with the experience at Keystone Ford. I searched a wide area online, and started discussions with about 6-8 dealerships. I quickly narrowed it down to 3 based on the models they had on their lot and the price they quoted. Once we got to that point, they worked with me to negotiate a deal that included a spray-in bed liner and a hard tonneau cover. The experience at the dealership on the day of pickup was good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They didnt try to pressure me into a bunch of add-ons, and did the paperwork quickly and efficiently. They went over the features and functions of the vehicle, and had it clean, full of gas, and ready to go. Great experience and a great deal on my new Ranger!

I was really surprised with the staff and way I was treated. Some places you can spend the entire day waiting. You know tire you out so that they can make more money. Not here. I walked in, the price I saw on the internet for the vehicle was what they started at. They found me extra rebates to bring the price even further down, and then blew me away with the trade in offer. I was one happy camper. Didnt even have to use a stern face on them. And I love my stern face.I would highly recommend this dealership when shopping for a new Ford.

I bought a used 2016 BMW M5 from Keystone Ford the previous owner traded in the M5 for a brand new Ford Raptor for his 16 year old son lol must be nice. I got a great price and the car was super clean way cleaner than I imagined and when I say clean I mean no rock chips or scratches or dents in the body and no prior paintwork the interior was spotless and even the engine bay was immaculate. Either the previous owner took extremely good care of it or Keystone put a lot money into cleaning it up restoring it because it is absolutely beautiful. I’m only giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars because the previous person I was dealing with Clint a manager never sent me the paper work or returned any of my calls or emails! I was trying to buy it outright no loan but I couldn’t get ahold of Clint. So I ended up looking elsewhere and bought another M5 that was on consignment from The Dealer Network Trade after I payed full asking price the owner of that M5 decided he couldn’t let it go and he didn’t want to sell it yet even after I signed a purchase agreement lol so that dealership immediately refunded me completely before I could hire an attorney. So I went back and contacted Keystone Ford and a different salesman by the name of Nick took my call and got the sale and he did a great job of getting me the car quickly. Thank you Nick at Keystone Ford I would do business again with you but not Clint.

I bought a vehicle here, they held me up for more than an hour, getting all the paper work done (that’s NOT a five star experience), and then kept calling and emailing me till finally I unsubscribed from their emails, but even then they kept emailing me. There is no reason for a reputable company to call and email me after I do business with them. Just one more telemarketer taking up valuable time out of my busy day.

While on a road trip, I got a flat tire. After waiting outside of this location, expecting a tire change, I called them to make sure they had my tire and a technician available to change it. I was told yes over the phone, 20 minutes prior to them opening by a man. They told me they didn’t have it in stock but there was another size I’d be able to put on. Once this location opened, I went inside. I was then told that all the information given to me prior was FALSE. There were no technicians available for a tire change. Nor legally was I allowed to put the smaller size tire on. After waiting almost 4 hours for this location and to be given FALSE & MISLEADING information is ridiculous. I will never return to any Ford dealership due to this experience. If their workers are lying about simple information, I wonder what else they would lie about.

I took my 2014 Ford Fusion in for an oil change. Been noticing my battery was weak sounding during starting. I asked them to check my battery. They checked my battery and informed me it was fine and only needed charged. I was planning on taking a long drive and that should charged the battery. They could of just replaced the battery but the Technician was honest. I really appreciate that. Having a service center that is honest and does good work is rare.

They are good people at Keystone Ford, I was in there today to pick up my truck which is the main truck used for the Creek Cleanup Project, when they were checking me out a manager came out to chat and lowered my/our bill significantly.Thats a small blessing for us as we operate on a tight budget, its also a benefit to the community cause now we can get back to work.We cannot thank them enough for their kindness!CCP Team.

We had a great experience buying a used car. I started with an email checking if the car was available and asking a few questions. I received very prompt and informative replies. I let them know we were coming from out of state. They were very welcoming, not overbearing when we arrived. We took a test drive and had a couple more questions that were thoroughly investigated and answered all while having enjoyable conversations with the sales rep and general manager. We easily came to a deal we were all happy with and our paperwork was promptly processed and they had us out the door in a great car with a full tank of gas. I have no hesitation recommending this dealership or coming back ourselves.

This place is poorly operated and dysfunctional. Long before coven 19 shut down I visited and tried to buy a new pickup. They couldnt find the keys, truck was dirty inside, salesman ran back and forth to the manager for nickel and dime silliness. New vehicles are so easy to buy for a reasonable price based on online pricing. This place is so yesterday, Bought at Frederick Motor Company.

Great experience. The only thing that I wish was better is that when you have an appointment for something specific to happen...say 5PM...dont mess around and then come talk to me at 5:40PM. You made the appointment time...stick to it. Your customers have better things to do. Not professional. Something that should have taken MAYBE 30 minutes...ended up taking hours. It was our 3rd trip in....everything was already agreed upon. Papers were supposed to be ready.Otherwise, we love our new vehicle and General Manager Clint was very pleasant to work with. Thank you.

I would definitely give sales 5 stars but since they opened fast lane for service we will be going elsewhere for service and back to Chevy for our vehicles. We started buying from Keystone because of the great service and purchased 4 vehicles from them over the years after great experiences with sales and service. I am shocked that a company doing as well as they appear to be can have a department that large with employees that dont seem to care about the customers. Rush them out the door get the next one in as soon as possible only works for so long because you loose long term/repeat customers needed for the company to survive. Hope others have better experiences than we have had since the changes they have made.

Just purchased our third new vehicle in 6 years and very happy with the dealership staff. The 2019 F150 XLT we just bought is great. We werent even thinking about buying any vehicle when we received a Black Friday flyer in the mail. The offer said theyd pay off a trade in if we bought new. We checked our payoff on our 2016 Ford Flex and if was higher than Kelly Blue Book. We drove up to Keystone found agreat deal on a 2019 and they were willing to pay off our note in full on the Flex. Great staff from salesperson, GM and Clayton! Thank you all
