Only ever used them for picking up wish orders but always pleasant experience

So many time i went and the door was locked. Not open when it supposed to be. The store stunk like weed and old cigarettes. I will never ever have my packages sent there for Less cost for shipping. I will just pay the full amount for shipping.

2nd time going in a week and they are closed!!

This place messed up my phone, they do not know how to fix phones, he messed up my phone sensor. My phone messed up after 3 weeks and he did not know how to fix my phone screen, he keep telling me to come back.

Great experience. Took my PC that completely stopped functioning in, he had it completely cleaned out and repaired in 2 days for a very reasonable fee. A very honest, good guy. Highly recommended!

I trust this man and appreciate his services. He is kind, fast, and clearly very efficient. I requested a custom order and he had no issue fulfilling it. He is very kind in the sense that when I wasn’t sure how I felt about the new screen I asked him how much it would be to have it replaced with the original color and he preceded to tell me that he would do it free of charge and that it was no problem whatsoever. There is no damage to my phone, and it looks great with the new screen. It appears as though he may have even restored the water-resistant element of my phone with the new screen as there is an obvious gasket around the edge of the screen (impressive, I must add.) The only issue I had throughout the entire interaction was that he required my passcode. I have repaired mobile devices before and have never once required a passcode to test. I would recommend enabling a guest account for his testing (all modern phones have this.) although this was one of my concerns, I can’t seem to find any evidence that tampering with my personal files has taken place. The owner of Motec Media is very trustworthy and you can’t beat his rates or speed. 5/5 rating would do 6/5 if I could.

I love this place; the gentleman is always nice and if he can not fix it he will not take your money! I have taken many things to him and only not able to fix 1.

Took phone in on January. Came in once a month asking about it. Always was told that he needed a couple more days. Finally had enough and got it back in December, still being told he needed a couple more days. He did give my money back, but while he was doing so, tellin me that items left past 30 days have a $5 a day charge. He then tried to tell me that i should pay him $1500 for impound fees. Over all, im pretty sure 12 months is sufficient time to allow for getting it fixed and i have a hard time understanding how he wants to charge an impound fee for items left there over 30 days when i came in every month and he was the one that kept telling me thay he needed a couple more days.

90% sure this guy went through my phone and sent personal pictures to his email account. do not give up your password even if he asks for it!

The guy i talked to and handled all my business with was soooo nice and the price was as cheap as i could get! I will definitely be going back and recommending him to others. the store wasnt fancy but thats not what i went for so it didnt matter to me. Definitley check him out for all your needs.

Place was full of bugs and smelt of cigarettes. The shop keeper mumbled and was very unorganized. Not recommended.

Phone looks great but has a few problems after screen replacement, like not recognizing touch, typing is hard because it detects other letters being touched
