While yes the staff if knowledgeable and you get what you pay for......It comes at 3 to 4 times the cost at the big box stores.Paid $65 for 4 small hunks of metal. Found it at the local Home store for 20 bucks These folks are just rip off professionals. And the very nice salesman right off the bat insinuated that these were the wrong items being returned as if I was running a scam. Never again
