Jeff was awesome! He was very courteous and explained everything to us in a way that we would understand. He gave us pointers on how to prevent the problem from happening in the future. He also helped me program the external code box for the garage. That was not what he was called for and he took extra time to show us that. We have used interstate garage doors for many problems over the years and they have never disappointed us.

Had garage door opener installed on brand new home in April of 2021 by a different vendor. After 2 months, door would only open and shut with pad held down the entire time. Light blinked 10 times which usually means sensor and receiver are not aligned properly. Called Interstate to the rescue. They answered my call after 4 rings and set up appointment. Jess came out- 15 minutes ahead of schedule, checked out wiring to both sensors, and re-ran new wiring due to faulty wiring in wall during construction. Everything works perfect now thanks to Interstate Garage Doors and their reliable service technicians. Tory was very pleasant on the phone. 5 Stars! Thank you kindly for your excellent service!

Called and order door parts for repair. Technician was friendly and polite.installed components and repaired none function laser for complete function system. Great customer service. Wanted to wait to post this to get a good period of use of new garage doors and openers. 2 years ago we had 2 new Clopay garage doors and LiftMaster openers installed. The garage temperature control simply by upgrading the doors was impressive. The openers are smooth and very quiet and the LED lighting on the openers is far superior to the old openers. Great combination of doors and openers. Would highly recommend and Interstate did a great job from start to finish.

Interstate just finished installing 2 garage doors for me . The serviceman did meticulous workmanship from start to finish. Both doors were exactly as ordered and were in pristine condition. We replaced worn out, dented, 30 year old uninsulated doors with new insulated doors that complimented the look and color of our house. I love the garage door that was installed though Interstate Garage Doors. I had a garage door before that was installed by a general contractor that I was not at all pleased with. The windows were installed in the second panel and anyone could see in the garage when the light was on. I did not like that. Interstate Garage Doors was recommended to me and I was very pleased with the work. I recommend anyone wanted a garage door replacement to have a company that strictly does garage doors do the installation.

Very happy with the doors & a great job on the install. The two gentlemen installing were nice to work around as I was working on other things at the same time.Showroom help was great in helping us decide on insulation & style. Friendly staff all around in every aspect of their business.The only downside; was the lead time on getting the doors in. This is not Interstate’s problem as they are tied with what the manufacturer can provide for them. When you are getting certain doors it is worth the wait & having them do the install.

Needed parts to switch over from extension springs to torsion springs.. I contacted Interstate Garage Doors Inc to service the garage door of my newly purchased home. They showed up on time and did a masterful job. The door was opening on its own prior to being serviced. Not one time since being serviced have I had that problem again. This is the second time I’ve used Interstate Garage Door Inc and I have not been disappointed in their service.

These guys are great. Had issues with both my garage door & opener. They sent someone out the same day to help with a temporary fix (free of charge) until they could replace the springs which would be only 2 days later. The only repair I needed them to do was replace the springs because I was going to replace the opener myself. After replacing the springs the guy also installed/wired the safety sensors for me (I had asked him a question about them so he did it as a courtesy...so awesome). 5/5 all day long. Quick, very reasonably priced, great guys that came out. Couldnt have asked for anything more.

Great people to deal with. Several times I’ve needed repair parts and advice on my daughters opener. It is an older unit that is obsolete. Most times they have the part or a substitute part. The lady at the desk really knows her parts.

I inadvertently backed my car out of my garage not realizing the door was halfway down. I knocked it off the rails and put a serious dent in the door such that it no longer function properly.
