Its pretty crazy how every ace hardware in the area can be completely different. I guess cause they are franchise. This ace hardware has so much for the grills, so it is a grill masters paradise! I feel the handy one in tucker has the most tool selection. But either way you will still have knowledgeable staff here for all your projects!

Had to go pick up my Fathers Day Weber 26 grill from the Ace Chamblee location. My wife called and they had one left. We got there before closing and the item was at the register waiting on us. The crew is very helpful and even helped us to put it in our SUV.Great customer service and great all around experience. Will definitely return to this location in the future.You guys made my Fathers a little better than expected and the grill is outstanding.Thank you.Highly recommend shopping g at this ACE location

It is different to any Ace Ive been to. Such cute and trendy/unique items. I went in for one single thing and ended up staying for over an hour looking around. You probably wouldnt think it, but it is an excellent place for great gift ideas. Lady at checkout with short hair that lives close by so kind and friendly.

People are always helpful. You could find things here if you didnt see them in big box home improvement stores. There are places short of upper scale paint then come here for Benjamin Moore paint.

Staff here is always so helpful and knowledgeable. This is the largest Ace Ive personally been in. Theres a great section of crafted items (that I believe are locally sourced). Always super clean and neat as well, never seen a thing out of place. Their curbside pickup is also quick, efficient and organized. Highly recommend!

I went to two giant, disorganized hardware stores before arriving at Ace to try to find an unusually long hex bolt for a bed. Ace had it, and I was so impressed with how organized all those drawers were on the fastener aisle. The staff was super helpful and friendly too. Next time, I’ll try Ace first before going to giant box stores.

This place is a shopping oasis in a desert of unhelpful big box options! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff are ALWAYS available for the customers! The merchandise is fun to look through, and somehow the they also have what you need in stock too!

I would still like to know how they always have everything I need in a store that is a fraction of the size of the big box stores...but they do! The staff is always amazing, they are super knowledgeable, nice and attentive. I have yet to ask them for something and they not have it. I love that the people I saw at the beginning when they opened are the same today as they were then.

This may be the best ACE Ive ever been to. Not only are the staff extremely kind, they are also the most knowledge and willing to share it with you. We bought a green egg from this store and after this experience they will be my #1 hardware/gardening store from here on out. Dont go to any other ACE - trust me ;)

This is an awesome local hardware store. It seemed pretty large as far as Ace Hardware goes, spacious, and very pleasant to walk through. I easily located some items I needed to stock up on. In addition, I found a very helpful and friendly employee at the checkout. MAJOR kudos to you, Chamblee Ace Hardware for stocking the run capacitor for my air conditioning compressor (Item no. 3906609). It didnt look like I was going to be able to buy that anywhere near me on a Sunday, but you came through for me and my family.

Not too crazy about the customer service during my last visit. I felt like I was a bother to them. Theres a new location in Chamblee thats roughly the same distance from me. Its bigger, nicer and friendlier, so I plan to go to that one from now on.

They’re always on point with curbside pickup. Compared to a competitor down the road where I’ve had to wait upwards of an hour, they generally get my order out within 5-10 minutes. Plus all the employees are quite helpful.

Went to look at grills and wow is this Ace nice! The best selection of grills and smokers of any Ace, rivaling even the bigger box stores. Ended up buying a Weber and received excellent service. The rest of the store is very well organized and perfectly clean (its brand new after all). My new go-to hardware store!

Great environment. I called before entering for service which was outstanding as well. The store has an awesome staff that helped me with my issues accordingly and ended up saving me a little over $100.

My wife and I were thrilled that an ACE Hardware store was planning to move to Chamblee. We met the owner and sales associates. Then we called all our family and friends, urging them to buy there immediately to make sure the store survived. We bought many things we did not need, even expensive items that we could have gotten much less expensively in the discount stores, just to support them. The number of customers grew. When Covid-19 became a problem and we could not find alcohol, hand sanitizer and other cleaning supplies, ACE brought in a large supply for the neighborhood. All the sales reps wore masks and kept customers six feet from each other. Yesterday my wife and I went there for help and the place was filled with customers. None of the salespersons were wearing masks, especially not the owner. This means that none of them care about their own health, the health of those who shop there nor those with whom we customers would come in contact after leaving the store. We will NEVER return to this ACE store. We will buy at the General Hardware on Peachtree, Home Depot, Lowes, and on-line as before. The service will not be a good, but at least we will have a better chance of staying alive.

Awesome staff and lots of great items aside from hardware

Stopped by today looking for solution to plumbing issue. Thought I had 2-3 possible had right ideas. Talked over situation with employee (older white man, forget name). Three minute conversation later, narrowed down to one. Got home, and suggested idea worked like a charm! $10.50 for part vs. $100 to have a plumber come out and fix.Will be back!
