Ramona did my move-in during the early phase of the pandemic. She exercised and adhered to the CDC guidelines, remained professional as she is STILL the same during my visits. She is very sweet and patient. I had an issue with the Storage door and she came over immediately got the door opened in minutes.Nelson is a ROCKSTAR as well. In a haste, I must’ve left my storage locked closed, over the locked wasn’t. He looked me and placed a call directly to my personal line to advise me. I came over & all of my belongings were still there in tact.This facility’s bathroom is sparkling clean as I have had to use it several times to wash my face and get dressed during multiple transitions.For my fellow Prime shoppers, there’s an Amazon locker on the premises, an added bonus to this already super convenient location; purchase and store your orders in a safe, clean environment.

This is such a nice facility. It’s super convenient to our home and very new and clean. It’s climate controlled so our stuff is well taken care of and it’s really easy to get in and out if you need to grab something. The staff has been really amazing, especially Danielle.

I’ve had a storage space here for a little over a year (I used to have 2). This place is great. The staff is helpful and friendly, carts are always available, the hallways and building are always clean. I’ve always felt safe here, even when I was picking/dropping something off at night. I’d recommend to anyone.

The associates were very friendly and accommodating. Nelson and Danielle helped me to not only start a school account with the company to provide a place for our Drama program props and sets, but they made sure that I had everything I needed to be able to access the facilities when necessary. As a community school we appreciate them providing such courteous and helpful service so that we can grow our drama program for our students.

We downsized in 2020 and had to store some items while we figured out what we would keep from our large home. Nelson was wonderful in helping us decide the size rental we needed and we actually ended up renting 2 units from him. Now that the culling is done, we closed our rentals after about a year. Every time we came out it was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Nelson was always there with a smile to help us out.We highly recommend Life Storage.

I had the pleasure of having Nelson assist me with my rental; hes very professional, friendly, displays patience, and considerate. The entire facility is immaculately maintained and well lighted. This Life Storage is by far my most favorite and number one choice for storage.

I just rented a 10 x 15 unit here, and I am looking forward to moving my things in and out. Nathan at the leasing office was incredibly helpful, walking me through the facility and guiding me in the rental process. All of my questions were answered quickly and accurately, and I feel very reassured that my belongings will be secure and cared for here. On top of that he was even able to help me find an applicable promotion and save me some money on the unit. Very satisfied with the experience.

Danielle and Nelson at the Life Storage Facility (#633) on Chamblee were very helpful and attentive. They were highly communicative and we able to provide great service via phone or email, saving me time. Mike from Life Storage #411 was also very helpful in getting me a great offer.The facility was easy to locate, access, and in good condition. The storage space was clean and secure. Hallways were wide enough but had a couple corners that needed maneuvering but not so much that it was a hassle. They provide dollies at the entrance and the elevators are close and pretty large.My welcome bag was messed with (it was left at my unit due to covid protocols I assume so Im hoping it was just bad luck that some stranger took the free lock) but Danielle immediately provided a new lock and I didnt have any security issues after my unit was filled and locked.Access during the lease period and checking out were easy. All in all, I got really great service.

Horrible facility!!Broken elevator for almost 4 months. I spoke with a nonchalant property today manager whom said there is one working elevator. I dont give 2 fs the elevator on the side where my storage is does not work and its Hella inconvenient. I will not make a payment until they fix the elevator.

The Life Storage organization is the Chick-fil-A of storage facilities. Yes, you are paying for empty space, but the customer service is exceptional through and through. Also, the locations and services are smart and convenient (all units are climate controlled, complimentary 24hr access for first few days, and a discounted cargo van available to rent for the move). Overall, the experience makes the purchase something you feel good about. Not only was the cost significantly less than the competition, the level of effort brought forth from the staff to instill confidence in a newbie was fantastic. Aside from reps over the phone, I have only had the pleasure of working with Victoria so far (who was really friendly, professional, and helpful).... but I would expect the same from Nelson. Rent here (or at a location convenient to you) and I bet youll be as impressed as I was.

My experience with Mr. Nelson Price, the storage man was absolutely wonderful . He was heading for lunch as I approached the office doors . He kindly stopped what he was doing, and assisted me with my storage my reservations, even when he was scheduled for his lunch break . (Totally Amazing) !!! As I spoke with Mr. Nelson he was able to find a lower rate for my monthly storage unit. I was able to save money, after having a HORRIBLE experience from my previous storage facility . So this made me extremely happy he was able to help . His customers service and his tone is overall so warming, and inviting . Anybody working with him, whether it be staff or customers, will have that feeling of security, comfort and pleasantry with renting from Life Storages . Keep him apart of the Life Storage Team . Super clean, easy to get in and out. The flatbed carts made it easy to bring boxes up in fewer trips. The space is nice and everyone who has helped us has been really kind. Nelson was a great help setting everything up on our first visit! Feels safe and there are cameras everywhere.

Just went to this location trying to move out and they had people waiting for carts . Asked the associate if they had carts he stated there was five and only one was in use as we watched the camera and was people waiting outside with piles of boxes out there... unfortunate they had to wait and so did I when it’s managers job to scout for carts and make them available only location where this has happened and rented from 4 other locations within the life storage family and currently moving to another one .... Also I was sent a notice to vacate from a Matt Carson ?? and I didn’t officially state I wanted to move my storage.... but ok

First off, the Manager (Nelson Price), was amazing on the phone but even more so, in person. Additionally, the facility was very clean, actually, the best I have ever seen. I am very glad that I am utilizing this facility!

Ive been renting from this location since they first opened. I initially rented the largest space they offered and then more recently moved into a smaller unit. The space has stayed as pristine as the first day I moved in. The lighting is bright and the place extremely clean. I feel safe going in at any hour. There are cameras everywhere and the computers know - who enters and who exits - all day and all night. The Staff here has been wonderful. Theyve stayed true to their word and always available to help. Victoria Tirado is a Manager there. Shes been there since the beginning and shes been a great asset for Life Storage as a whole! Rent from these folks and youll never look back!

Moving is stressful but Victoria and Nelson provide the professional calm and guidance to assist their clients with their storage needs. The facility appears to have a very good security system with user- friendly but secure access. It is very clean and offers a variety of storage solutions and supplies to meet your needs. Nelson and Victoria’s assistance and support during my move has made it less stressful because of their understanding of moving and storage needs.
