A lot of craft items and house hold things. Can make a Fran for any picture size. They also have classes for different crafts. Can call them for schedule and what classes they have. Great ideas on picture frames.

I absolutely love Michaels. However, ever since I became disabled from a car accident, its very hard to shop there. Yes, I have a wheelchair, but I cant load or unload it by myself. They have 1 wheelchair there, but its hard to wheelchair yourself around and shop. I wish they would get motorized carts. Theyre not the only store. Hobby Lobby is the same. Yes I can shop online, but I like to shop in store.

This is an ok place just very expensive,the diamond dot art pictures I was gonna buy at Michaels but found the exact same pictures at Jo-Ann Fabrics for almost 40% less and thats without the 40% off coupon Jo-Ann offers so in all actuality I got them for 65-70% cheaper than Michaels...the ones I bought cost me $14.99-29.99 at Jo-Ann and they were $32.99-68.99 at Michaels....SMH

Asked for help and the store didnt have what I wanted. They even checked the store of another craft store to see if they had the product I was looking for. The other store didnt have it to help me out. My 3rd craft store lost my business because I didnt get the help I needed. If youre looking for great customer service look no other place but Michaels. Amazing flower selection

I find Michaels to be a great place for craft supplies. Better than the other craft chain store in town. Its a bit chaotic but crafting can be chaotic so it goes with crafting vibe. I recently found great tie dye kits and also some wonderful holiday decorations. The prices are what I would expect and there are sales often.

I dont need an early reminder thatChristmas is knocking on the front door. But let us past Halloween first better yet wait after Thanksgiving

I frequent our local Michaels quite often, mostly to have framing work done. I just want to say that you have one employee in the framing department that always goes above and beyond for her customers. Krista McClellan is so very helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. In a word, she is awesome. Michaels could and should use her as an example for the other employees so that they can provide the same stellar service that she provides for her customers.

Michaels of course the place to shop for craft needs . I was there late, An hour before closing, and found the place nearly deserted. Sometimes going there at regular hours, The lines are very long. So its worth while to go there during off hours. I Saw some really reasonable multicolor stacked drawers for crafts that are really cute. Since couple years ago the baking Wilton supplies have decreased.

Went in and ask the cashier how many transactions can I make to use a coupon and the cashier asked her manager, the manager Sarah replied over the walkie talkie 2. I had friend with me who wanted to do the same and the cashier was nervous to do it again because we came in together so she called the manager to the front. Sarah the manager took one look at us ( we are African American) and then stated that we can only do 1 transaction, I stated that at first she said 2 she then bulged her eyes and stated its at their Discretion and walked away! That will be the last time that I spend money at that location and I will make a phone call in regards to this kind of behavior. We made the purchases at 3:17 p.m on 3/7/20.

Do not return items or cancel an online pick up order if you paid with a gift card. You won’t be able to use the card again for 24-48 hours.Went to the store to pick up an order only to see they were having a buy one get two free sale on one of my online order items so the manager cancelled the order so I could get that deal but did not tell me it would take 24-48 hours to refund to my gift card. When I went to check out I was SOL. Drove an hour away and left with nothing. I was very disappointed that I was not told prior to cancellation.

I love Micheals. They almost always have what I need. If you check online you can almost always get at least 40 percent off one item which is a really good deal. The staff is always friendly and will often point out if I have missed a better coupon. My only complaint it the carts are really squicky so whenever I am there it is always really noisy.

Always super clean and the employees are great at helping everyone. Which is extremal beneficial in a craft store because their are so many products. You can get overloading looking at everything from the beginners to advanced level depending upon your project.The staff was very accommodating.

Michaels has good selection of most common craft supplies. The staff is friendly. Its not unusual to see customers that get weirdly territorial about aisle space (which is funnier than it is frustrating).

Michaels has a LOT of arts and crafts supplies. The one thing they dont have much of is fabric materials. JoAnn Fabrics across the street is better for that, but they have all of your other crafting needs especially for kids and always a bunch of seasonal items to help with decorating for the holidays.

I can always find great deals here. It is a very small building which makes it hard to get around with a cart, but they always have rotated, new, and upcoming items. For the size, its well organized and I can always find what Im looking for.
