Pleasantly surprised! My first thought was that this was a shady little lot dealer and that I would have headache after headache. That couldnt be farther from the truth. Between Tyson and Wes texting back and forth with me, we actually negotiated a price that was a good deal, and fair to both parties. I drove up from Louisville Kentucky fully expecting to find things that were not as described... Nope... Everything was not only as described, but the vehicle was immaculately detailed inside and out. Their detailers are to be commended! Ive never seen an engine bay that clean... not even when accepting delivery of a brand new car! They happily honored my request to have the vehicle put up on a lift so I could inspect the underside. The purchase went smoothly. They let me park my current vehicle right next to the building for several days, until I could drive back up in a one way rental to drive my other car back. Wes even graciously picked me up at the rental return location and gave me a ride back to Carmart to get my other car. All in all, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to do business with them again! Thank you both very much for all you did to make this such a great experience!
Excellent service! I was able to test drive several cars, they worked with me on price range, and gave me a great deal on my trade-in! The staff there is friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Everyone wore masks and the building was clean. I would buy a car from them again in the future!

Dont put your cars for sale online for national buyers, if you arent willing to negotiate a price or shipping.If my price is too low, I respect that, but counter offer. Dont just go, were not interested.Who taught you people how to do sales and marketing? Do you want to make a sale and get a car off of your lot, or not?I would have figured out shipping, payment, and everything in between, because it was a vehicle I was SPECIFICALLY looking for.Thanks for absolutely nothing. I feel bad for whoever comes to that dealer and has to do business with you in person. Woof.Edit: After this review went up, they apologized with a counter offer still several hundred dollars over the KBB of a Lecrosse Super, NOT including taxes, tags, or shipping.Regardless, I know more about the model and trim than anyone on that sales team, and Im not over paying for something with several factory design defects. I specifically want it because its weird, but weird doesnt mean expect someone to over pay for it.Im sorry, youre not getting a sale from me after that one. Good day.

10 years ago I bought my first car Pontiac G6 from Car Mart (back when they were in Savoy) what stood out to me back then was how nice everyone was, no pushy salespeople and that they worked with me on payments I could manage. That left such an impression on me that 10 years later when I knew it was time to trade in the G6, Car Mart was my first (and hopefully only) stop. They did not disappoint! I saw an SUV on the website that I wanted to check out. Tyson gave me the run down on the vehicle and let me take her for a drive. When it was time to talk numbers I told them where I was at and what I could do. Curt was able to work out a payment that was doable.Even after I left they reviewed my paperwork and figured out a way to get my payments even lower!! I definitely did not mind coming back to re-sign finance paperwork if that meant lower payments!! The whole experience once again was great. Tyson, Curt, and the manager (I can’t remember her name now :-/ ) were all very pleasant to work with. I highly highly recommend them!!

Anytime I contacted him he responded quickly. We checked out a lot of other dealers in the area and Carmart gave us the best offer for what we were looking for. I just bought my vehicle from them. The staff there is great, from the sales staff to the upper management. Just a great group of guys! The want to help you buy the vehicle you want to buy, which is so important! Even was able to protect my vehicle with an extended service contract!
I was first impressed with how well I was treated and how quickly they made the process go along for me buying my first car. They even replaced all 4 tires to fix an issue at no cost to me. In less than a month after I drove it off the lot, the 2014 car needed an oil change, new windshield wipers, an entirely new car battery, and has a MyKey feature turned on that affects my driving and costs $175 to turn off. A few weeks later it needed brake fluid, transmission fluid (usually done every 20,000-50,000 miles), and now needs something done with suspension because new tires did not fix the underlying issue. I have been in contact with my car salesman Ben and their office multiple times and have never been contacted back. Safe to say I wont ever go back.
I was very satisfied with the experience I had at carmart, Ben and Bill were great to deal with and made the process of getting a new car very easy and made sure I had all the information I needed in the process. Never once did I feel pressured about anything, or like I couldn’t ask questions. If you are looking for a new vehicle I HIGHLY suggest you give them a try first.

This was the best experience with buying a car I have ever had. I have horrible credit and needed a new car. Tyson and the rest of the team pulled strings and did a few magic tricks and got me approved to finance. I am now the pround owner of a 2016 kia rio. After offering to put over 90% down on a Ford Sport Trac they couldnt finance the last $1000. So I made them a reasonable offer for the vehicle outright, and they refused the offer ($5000 off the lot price for a vehicle they had listed at $5800). Theyre response was to counter offer $6000 plus title and tags. Who counteroffers with an offer higher than the listed price???? Must think people are stupid
Had a great experience here. Fast, easy and understanding staff. Juan and Ben are great to work with. They help me out two times to buy my vehicle. In September of 2016 went in saw a ford edge that i really loved. Thought the whole evening went the next day and drove off with it home. But sadly my suv only lasted two months in a half. Husband was in a rear ended accident and was a total loss.I loved my experience here the first time and decided to go back and I did. December of 2016 gave them another call and went in told them what i was looking for and went to see another suv and we loved it and drove it home the same day. Thanks again to Juan and Ben for helping us out again and always understanding. My husband and I recommend this dealer 100%. Will definitely come back and recommend it to my family and friends.

My husband and I were looking to purchase a newer vehicle with a baby on the way and saw a decent looking vehicle here for a decent price. We always have our vehicles inspected by a garage before purchasing, and the Car Mart people neglected to mention that the head gaskets were leaking and the battery was only operating at hardly 20%. No wonder it seemed like a decent price...it needed about 4000$ worth of repairs on an 8900$ vehicle. They wouldnt work with us on a better price or repairs. Thanks for trying to sell us a lemon with a baby on the way.. no shame. Would not recommend purchasing here. Theyll tell you anything to sell a car.
We bought our car from Curt in October of 2016 and we had a great experience. He was patient with all of my questions and let us take our time to decide if we wanted to buy the car. We got a good price and our car is in great condition. We did not want to work with a pushy salesman so Curt was the perfect fit for us. To top it all off he gave us lots of Reeses Peanut Butter Cups! We would do it all over again with no hesitation.The only negative thing I have to say is that when we took the car on a test drive one of their guys rode in the back seat with us. Weve never had that happen when purchasing a car and we felt like we couldnt speak freely with each other because he was back there. Im sure that is done for security purposes but they might want to reconsider that process.

They knew nothing about the vehicles they were selling. Couldnt answer a single question I had and charged me fees I told them I didnt not want and ended up being unnecessary. That my first vehicle purchase and they took complete advantage of me
Ol Bill and Ben were great to work with! I just purchased a car yesterday, Bill spent time outside in the cold while i searched through every SUV on the lot two days ago without even a shiver! (some twice) The cars on this lot were much nicer than anything I saw at any other small lots. Took me months looking at veh online before going out on the street. I am very lucky to have found carmart! There was no pressure to buy anything, and Bill was not bothered by the million questions I had. We even left for dinner and came back and he stayed over to help. Spending time with Ben to get me the perfect the deal was easy, I knew he was NOT taking advantage of me to just make a big buck. He got me into a better loan than I already had secured and by the time we left there, they both felt like old friends! I will be going back and I will be recommending everyone here! If you dont see what you want on the lot they will and can find you something just ask! I am VERY happy!
The salesman said that my trade in car was ugly and would not resale well also was just very off putting and acted like I was wasting his time. He didnt want to negotiate or anything. It was a pretty bad experience all around....

They definitely went out of their way to make buying a new vehicle like a regular grocery store run and if ur in the market for a good ride and reasonable prices go see them and ask for Jeremy and Ben.
