Purchased a nice BMW, the only issue was they did not replace a part that they told me they would. So I purchased it and did it myself and installed it myself. They biggest problem is they sold us a car that was still on a reported list of stolen cars. My son got taken to jail and the car got impounded. After the city would not release it fees came to $515, which they refuse to pay. I can not believe that a company will not take responsibility for what they sell. I will never buy another car from them and don not recommend any do so. I’ve never bought a car from a dealership until a couple days ago at this place. They were incredibly helpful and very thorough at explaining the whole purchasing process for me and they even had really good deals on their products. Aside from the business stand point though, they were also very friendly and not the stereotypical type of friendly that you would expect from a salesman. It was like hanging out with friends which just made the whole experience that much less stressful. I live 2.5 hours away from this dealership and will be going there for my next purchase no doubt. Oh also they have a shop dog who loves customers. All around best dealership experience you could ask for.

Let me start by saying I live in Florida and had been looking for a specific truck for many weeks. I found the one I wanted at Autotown. When I initially called, I spoke with Maloy. He was SO friendly that I thought, “Oh, this guy’s laying the sales pitch on thick and heavy”. But, he was nothing like that. Maloy was kind, understanding, and did everything it took to make a deal on a truck with a trade in from 976 miles away. Every other experience I’ve had with car dealers has been dreadful but dealing with Autotown was anything but. We made the deal from afar and he sent photos, videos and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. When I arrived, I was in and out with my new truck in under an hour and that even included them grilling me a steak sandwich, which was amazing. All the guys that work there are unbelievably friendly and straight shooters. If they tell you something, take it to the bank. You will be happy you dealt with Autotown if you are lucky enough to find the vehicle you want at their place.

I bought a Nissan Murano from Autotown about a month ago. I was looking for a very specific type of SUV when I found mine. I live in Missouri about 3 1/2 hours from Autotown. I had never bought a vehicle out of state and the fact that it was a small dealership concerned me a little but the car was EXACTLY what I was looking for and marked at a great price so I made the call. I had phone conversations with Mike, Maloy, and Ben before ever making the 3 1/2 hour drive. All three of those guys were super accomadating and easy to talk to. They made the whole process so easy on me and were just as nice in person. Its been a little over a month and I couldnt be more pleased with my purchase. We had been looking for a specific make, model and year vehicle for our son for 6 months. Ironically, this was definitely a very pleasant experience for us. The vehicle was exceptionally sound and clean aesthetically and mechanically. Staff was very knowledgeable about the performance of the model. The vehicle was presented cleanly and precisely as described online by Autotown. There was no pressure at any point during the testing nor negotiating experiences. Furthermore, the vehicle asking price was well below the Carfax verified great price! Maloy, Mike and Ben all did extraordinarily well with providing prompt responses to all of my questions about the vehicles history and accommodating me for an early morning test drive as well as provided shuttle service pick up on my purchase day as I travelled from Chicago via train and required a ride outside of normal work hours. (Car shopping for a teenager) If you go here bring your mechanic with you. Salesman will try to run a credit app for a cash car w/ over 90,000 miles without ever letting you so much as start it up. ‘Do my credit app and I can tell you the car will run as it should” not a chance. Also, no masks were worn.

Purchased a 2007 BMW, I live outside of Saint Louis. The car has just over 44000 miles, and a salesman named Maloy there was working with me. He told me repeditevley the car was perfect, no issues. I drove 3.5 hours to show up to Brake/DTC/ABS lights on... So i shut the car off and restarted the car, they did not come back on. So I went for a quick 5 minute test drive down the street to tesrt everything and make sure it works correctly. Which it does, so I went back to the dealer and mentioned it to the owner Ben about how the lights had popped on and gone away... We proceeded with the deal as the lights had gone away. I then drove down to mcdonalds down the street, no lights. After eating I get on to Highway 74 and go about 2 miles down the highway and the lights all come back on. So i went and sent Maloy a message about how we can resolve this issue. As of this morning they send me a message that Neither the owner or myself believe we are liable for anything. I DO NOT recommend buying a car from these guys, they do not take care of there customers.

Recently bought a 2012 White Chevy Traverse from Mike. This experience was probably the easiest and quickest Ive had at any dealership. Mike and Ben were great to work with.

My son purchased the “Mint” 2007 BMW 335i. Ben the owner is a liar, the car had the lights on as written in the post, which showed up under my son-in-law’s name as he borrowed my son’s phone to check his email due to his phone being broken. My son simply didn’t realize he was on his account before posting. As you can see the owner of this dealership will lie to fit his story. The warning lights were discussed prior to the deal being done and of course now that the car is my son’s, they claim no liability. As stated, this dealer WILL NOT take care of their customers as claimed. The car is very nice, however not mint or “absolutely perfect” as per the video the salesman sent, which we still have and yes, we realize it’s 12 years old. We expected some blemishes in the paint and some scratches on the wheels, as the car has. Of course no warning lights in the video... so we drive 3 hours and have the issue. My son text the salesman on our way back and the response he gets is “why did you leave the dealership”? Well, we have 3+ hours back home and limited time... Obviously it’s a sensor, nothing that major but one would certainly think they would cover the issue on such a “mint” vehicle. Guess not. Clearly you can see by my son’s post, we have given details, unlike the untruthful owner of this place. As we live a little over 3 hours away, my son simply requested they cover the cost of the diagnostic performed by a BMW tech ($80) and the part(s) to fix but that’s obviously asking too much. Yeah, solid customer service as they claim. Don’t let their rating fool you into to buying from them. They DID NOT stand behind this vehicle for which they claim is mint, so I can’t imagine they will for anything less. All we asked for is for them to be a reputable dealer... the response we got tells all.

Cars were clearly picked because theyre in great shape on the outside and inside.We ended up buying a 2013 Volvo XC90 and in addition to running perfectly, the interior had been cleaned to like new condition. My mom knew Bob through her employment at an auto-body shop and directed me to him when I needed to get a new vehicle. I was terrified of having a car payment and trying to find a car I could actually afford. Bob and his crew were wonderful and very helpful. They helped me find a car in my budget range that fit my needs at the time. I just got a different vehicle, going through them again and they worked their magic a second time with me! My husband has also gotten a vehicle from them. We wont go anywhere else!

I truly dread the thought of visiting a used car lot, and even thinking about negotiating prices gives me anxiety, let alone worrying about getting sold a lemon or getting ripped off. Thankfully none of that was a concern at Auto Town. Ben the owner was very courteous and not the least bit pushy. He helped us decide on the right car for our family situation and then he took care of us through the whole sales process. At no time did I feel any sense that he was trying to take advantage of us. He even ran the blue book analysis of the car for us, and explained how his pricing works, as well as showing us the detailed ownership and maintenance history of the car. Personal service like this made me actually enjoy the process of buying the car, and I was excited to drive away with a vehicle that I had chosen and felt good about purchasing. From the moment my wife and I walked in the door at Autotown we felt comfortable looking for a car. Maloy and Luna, his two year old German Shepard - Lab, greeted us at the door. Maloy told us from the start that he would help us anyway he could and that he wouldn’t be pushy or aggressive when it came time for us to make a decision. I told Maloy upfront that we were only looking around today (Saturday) and that we wanted to sleep on what we saw and then we would make a decision. I also told him that we were looking at other dealerships to see what was available and best for us. He was very understanding and again reassured us that he wouldn’t be trying to push us home with a car at the end of the day. We looked at three or four different vehicles while we were at Autotown and test drove one of them; the Chevy Equinox. Maloy was extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles we looked at and was able to answer all of our questions. As we left for the day, Maloy thanked us for coming in and gave us his number incase we had anymore questions after we left. We ended up going to a larger, corporate, dealership next and immediately felt uncomfortable and pressured by the salesman to purchase anything that we set our eyes on. I told this salesman the same thing I told Maloy, “We aren’t going to buy a car today; we are just our looking and then we want to take a day or two to figure out what is best for us.” He then proceeded to ask us why we would even come in to look if we weren’t “at least even thinking about purchasing a vehicle today.” My wife and I were stuck in this larger dealership for about an hour trying to end the conversation with this salesman that just wouldn’t take no for an answer. Once we left, we knew that we wanted the Equinox for a couple reasons. The vehicle was in great condition with low mileage for a great price AND the big reason was because of how we were treated by Maloy and the team at Autotown. I called Maloy back that afternoon and we were able to get the paperwork started and set up a time to come in Monday to sign everything. It was extremely easy working with Maloy and his team. I will recommend this dealer to friends/family and we will be back, in the future, when it comes time to get our next vehicle! Customer service goes a long way with me; Maloy made us feel like he cared about us getting the right vehicle even if it wasn’t from his store and that meant a lot and was the main reason we will keep coming back. Finding a great vehicle at an affordable price made the experience even better.

Worked with Malloy and Ben on my recent purchase of a 2007 Honda Odyssey. I drove 5 hours from Green Bay, WI to make my purchase after having talked to Malloy about the vehicle a few times over the phone and having a 3rd party mechanic check the vehicle out first. Malloy and Ben were friendly, knowledgeable, and exceeded my expectations. Ive had a the van about 3 weeks now and it runs great as advertised. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend buying a car here based on my experience.
