Was seeking a new pharmacy and choose to try this one for the walkin covid vaccine. They gave me the one requiring 2 doses without telling me until after they stabbed me. I return 4 weeks later as instructed and now that are appointment only. Phamist manager was antsy and pushy to get me to leave. Even though i showed up when instructed and even when they opened and was thier first customer...

I used to love this pharmacy. They had great employees and always had things ready on time and if you were coming in with a script and waiting they would have it done in no time. The past few visits here to the pharmacy have been very disappointing. And the pharmacy says that they are low staffed and behind. Thats what Ive been hearing from the last three or four weeks. Hopefully today makes some changes soon.

Stephanie was awful. Absolutely terrible. I asked how long it would take for my medication to be done and she then went on to tell me they do over 500 prescriptions and answer the same amount in calls that she did not have a time for me whatsoever. Also asked me if I wanted to come in the back and see “how she does her job”, ended up calling the customer service line for cvs to make a complaint and she told them I’d have my prescription in 1-2 hours (definitely before the end of the day) - my prescription was ready 4 hours later. When I did pick my prescription up Stephanie had just left and I dealt with Izeli (spelling maybe off) and he was good to me. But other than that the whole trip was a complete nightmare.After the phone call with the awful Stephanie I feel like she purposely pushed my prescription back. I would NEVER go back nor recommend this pharmacy. It was also very disgusting in the store/bathroom.

I used to visit this pharmacy and people in store are very polite but today they were extremely rude over the phone. Even though I understand they might be understaff but the person I spoke to yelled at me and hanged up before explaining to me what was happening. I felt very uncomfortable and strongly advice others to avoid contacting via phone calls if possible.

Very rude pharmacy. We are traveling thru and my 4 year old special needs son is needing meds. Pharmacy was rude to me on the phone and to my hubby in store. We had an issue with the script being sent over and they said thats not their problem.

I left CVS pharmacy for another pharmacy about a year ago, after bad treatment by staff. Due to convenience, I transfered my prescriptions back this week. I didnt receive any notifications, so went to check today.My new phone number had not been entered, and I had three waiting. No problem, until I was waited on by someone who may have been siphoning off amphetamines. She was in such a hurry, she refused to walk five feet over to the other computer when I asked why an expected refill was not there. Sorry to have inconvenienced you like that, lady. Sorry you had to waste time waiting on me and all, especially with absolutely not a soul in line behind me! I hate CvS.

The worst call Ive ever had in the US was talking to a female CVS pharmacist representing this branch. I wouldnt recommend calling nor visiting this branch at all.

I just had to write a review after my experience with one of the sweetest employees. I came in looking for some nail polish and makeup to help get me all dolled up for my date with my sweet husband. I didnt know where it was so I saw this employee, her name was Caitlin. Make sure to remember that because she really deserves a raise! She helped me find my items, and told me what colors she thought suited me after I asked, she was spot on! Not only that but at checkout she helped me save $10 right at checkout with carepass! She was wonderful! I will be very upset if she does not get a raise, she really does deserve it will the work she put in to help me!

Ive used this CVS as a pharmacy and convince store for several years now and Ive always had a pleasant experience. The store has a great selection. Only thing I dont like are the infamously long CVS receipts

Had the worst experience... I went to CVS to make a simple purchase and the manager of the store, Alex Hutchison, verbally harassed a female customer in front of me. Extremely unprofessional behavior.... I would not recommend going to this CVS location unless you want to be verbally abused...

Extremely horrific experience with Alexander Hutchison, the MANAGER. Extremely unprofessional, threatening, rude, and power tripping. He threatened to handcuff my friend and I, and banned us because of some sort of resentment towards us. He chased us all the way to my car, screaming that he will make sure that my friend and I are arrested if we do not leave. We were already leaving his store when he continued to threaten us in front of a big crowd of costumers. My friend and I were doing nothing illegal and even spoke to local police about it. He is a danger to society and should not be allowed to work at CVS with such scary anger issues. My family and friends will make sure to never go back to this CVS as long as he is still employed by CVS. Would NOT recommend to go there unless you want to be yelled at by a 64 tall and big man.

Was just banned for life from all cvs in the USA for an unknown reason. that says it all. wouldnt recommend unless u want Alex hutchison chasing you out to your car without a legal reason.

Pharmacy is best ive found in town. Pleasant, accommodating, and quick.

Ive never used the pharmacy, which seems to be where the bad reviews are coming from. The prices are normal for a convinient store.

Extremely rude pharmacy staff

Pharmacist Stephanie might be one of the nastiest people I’ve ever spoken to. Rude, condescending, and hung up on me asking normal questions. Try to find a CVS with kind pharmacists :)

It totally depends on the person you get. About half of the staff are amazing and make you never want to go to a different pharmacy, and the other half are inept and rude at best. Its pitiful when you have to start talking over someone to try to get their attention because they assume they are infallible and wont listen, and youre just trying to figure out why their system made a mistake and how to fix it so that you can get your prescription. Its even better when you request the same fix to the problem that another employee at the same location figured out, but are told its not possible and that their decades of experience supersedes any knowledge that you have. Ive had better luck in the afternoons and evenings, and the good employees truly are phenomenal.

Paige was very patient, and she helped me print about 50 photos on the CVS photos machine. She was also very kind. I highly recommend asking for Paige at this cvs if you need any help.

The slowest pharmacy I have ever been to . They had started to process a prescription for me two days before I stoped by and still they asked me to wait 30 minutes for the prescription to be filled.

They have wonderful and friendly staff! I can only remember some of them by name by all of those I have encountered have been wonderful!

I pretty much just come here for prescriptions. The staff is quick, they set up my meds with easy open bottles so I dont feel like an otter without a rock, trying to open the other kind, banging the bottles everywhere to get them open. Haha. Everyone has been pretty friendly. Today one of the techs was joking through the drive-up window. Nice experience. :)

Its not good, i went to the back with 15 dollor ear buds to count my money because the kids at the front would ask for some and maybe steal it then went back payed for it. The next day i returned it but then they banned me from the place for stealling them... how the hell did i return it if i stole it??????? Please contact me for more details

Always clean inside

The selection is decent, they have good stuff here. But they never seem to have many people working the counter and their self check out machines are LOUD and often on the fritz.

Staff is very friendly and I always see the same male pharmacist every time I go. He remembered my insurance issues and suggested other, better options for me which I really appreciated. The drive thru microphone is terrible though and so hard to hear.

Worse pharmacy ever. They have lost multiple prescriptions that have been called in for my doctors office. The pharmacist was very rude about the situation, claiming it is the doctors office fault. After having this experience multiple times, I am no longer using them. Additionally, they put in the wrong birthday and refused to change it.

Ive had multiple bad experiences at this CVS. Every time I call, I am on hold for 20+ minutes and when I get through to a representative they are very mean and disrespectful. The lady I just recently got off the phone with even yelled at me. This is not the service I am use to at other CVS locations.

There is some 20 dead trees on this property for years. Just look on the street view. Please remove and replace them before they injury someone!

DISCRIMINATION AT ITS BEST HERE!!!ON March 1st 2019 at approximately 10:45pmI came to this location to purchaseA money order. It was for $654 so I had to get twoSeparate money orders. I cashier acted as if I was asking too much of her for just getting money orders. She then marked every single bill I used to purchase the money order with to check if my money was authentic and she even marked the one dollar bills might I add. I asked why and she told me it was a new policy but I watched the next cashier and she did not do the same with her customer. So today I came in to purchase money orders for the same amount but as soon as I asked the cashier I was told they can’t do money orders after 9pm which isA lie because i have purchased them before well after that time. I was then asked how much the money order would be for when I didn’t even matter at that point because I was told cvs doesn’t do money orders after 9pm THIS SHOULD BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY IT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE I AM UPSET AND FEEL DISCRIMINATED AGAINST

At CVS pharmacy they are very friendly very knowledgeable of drugs heart of the other store is very friendly 2
