This is a tremendous locally-owned shop with friendly staff. They have a terrific inventory. Im especially fond of their regular restocking of local and regional beers (they have a fondness for Triptych and Blind Pig). The owners are terrific and they deliver through Drizzly as well.

The layout is cool. The curved counter makes me feel like I’m being served from everywhere at once. I’m not drunk when I walk in but their service is so good I am dizzy.

THE OWNER/WORKER OF THIS STORE IS RACIST!! I came in the store today and in the midst of locating the item I came to purchase, I stopped to look at some lighters that were placed on a small stand on the counter near the cash register. In effort to get a better look at the lighters that were placed adjacent to me I pulled the stand closer to me. In the process of moving the lighters closer, I inadvertently knocked over a SMALL box of tobacco products placed on top of the stand. The cigars fell behind the counter. I immediately looked up and apologized just to be told to leave the store and that the man refused to serve me and my friend. I asked him if he was serious and he responded yes, you dont move a stand like that in any store. I am still still in shock by the condescending tone and disrespect I received from this man while simply attempting to purchase a product from his store. I have not experienced this level of blatant prejudice from anyone in a long time and refuse to let it go unnoticed. My friend and I respectfully left the store as we were asked to do, but my response to him would be that yes, I will move a stand closer to me at any store I want to if Im trying to get a better look of a product that I want to purchase. My actions did not warrant the type of response I received and I am sure far much has taken place in this liquor store. He shouldnt open or work for a business if he doesnt want to serve ALL people. Lastly, hes lucky Im not the ignorant black person he prejudged me to be, because another person wouldnt have been as nice about it. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
